Multivalue Lookup
We would like to use Zoho as our application backend, but I'm pretty much starting from scratch here. What I'd like to do is to setup a multivalue lookup field from one custom module to another. So, say, student takes many courses. When creating a student I'd like to specify which courses he is associated with through a lookup. What's the cleanest way to do that within ZohoCRM?
Is there an add-emails feature, like Bcc Dropbox feature, without having to send an email to a contact?
We're new to Zoho, so maybe we just need training? Bcc Dropbox is great, but I can't find any way to add an incoming email to a contact record without responding to the incoming email and Bccing. It's frustrating not being able to go back in time and add important emails to our contact records. No offense, but SalesForce has an "Add Email" button, so where's your button? Help!
Allow users to see eachother Leads but dont allow them to send Emails to them
Hi I have an issue with one of my users. We allow everyone to see each other's Leads/Contacts etc. And they can also see their emails sent from Zoho. Is there a way to NOT ALLOW them to send either Individual nor Mass emails to other people leads. this has happened by mistake several times and the leads get confused. I want everyone to keep seeing other people leads, but to stop them from sending emails to them.
Adding custom details to an event
We hold an annual summer school, and this will be set up as an event each year in the CRM. We would like to add extra details like dietary requirements, future career aspirations etc. Could you please tell me how we go about adding extra details to an event (my user profile is the system administrator)
Unable to remove secondary email address, but, I'm the Super Admin. Why isn't it working?
I have tried so many ways and times to remove the secondary email account on my user account. I keep getting a message to contact the adminstrator, even though I am the Super Admin. How can I resolve?
automatic report having only 2000 row even in csv
Hi, When I run a planned report, I obtain a csv with only 2000 rows. however, when I run it on the portal, I obtain all the 3800 lines in the csv. Why is there a difference between the two? It should be the same number of lines right? Would it be another way to achieve this and have all my lines on a report? Thanks, Stanislas

Recommendations for tracking prospects
Hi Folks: I'll admit upfront that I'm a CRM amateur, so perhaps this question has a real obvious answer. Basically, I'm wondering what's the best way to keep track of leads. Updating a pick list
We use pick lists to categorise both accounts and contacts. We need to be able to remove or add some categories which we have done previously by mass updating, however we note that this removes the original pick list fields from an account or contact and replaces it with those chosen in the mass update. Is there anyway of adding/removing categories from the original pick list so that just those removed/added change.
report on deleted event
Hi, Is it possible to create a report on all the deleted event on a month? I am extracting the reports each month and I would like to have also the event being deleted. When using email templates, how do you change the "to: " field?
Hi, I've created an email template called "Blah", which fits under the 'Contacts' module. When I go to the Accounts tab, and click on the account "Green", I scroll down and "+ Send Email" A new email pops up, and I open the the template "Blah". The template has the "to: " field populated as the email address on the account. How do I change it such that when I open the template "Blah", it populates a different email address "internal@company.com"? Thanks Matthew

Is there a way for the second email ID of the Client/Lead profile to recieve a macro (email send to them) automatically as well?
I think that when I send macro email to recent entries and part of these have two emails listed, just the primary email gets the information. I want that second email to be receiving the correspondence as well. And if possible - to add third email field/box. Thank you!

I have a problem, have one of the products that I accept, I need to list 5 steps to get it delivered. And you need to report which customers and which step you are on. Example: 3 clients in step 1, 4 in step 3 and so on. But I do not need for all the products or projects I sell, only for 1. Hi, I want to create a custom function where when a contact's emails categorised as ''bounce'' with Zoho Campaign to simply erase the contact record. The reason why we need to do this is because, in our industry, the turnover is very high, people are working into a company sometimes for less than 6 months. When we have a contact with an email address, we assume they still work there. By erasing the records, if the email bounced, ensure we only keep the right contacts in our CRM. How could we do that?

Rule is not triggered on update of a record via API
Hello, We are using API to update Contact's last login date and number of days after last login fields. We have Rule, which is triggered everytime Contact is updated, there is a condition to create a task for the contact owner if number of days from last login is equal to a number. It used to work, but now it does not work. And rule is not triggered by API update. When I update contact manualy, rule is triggered. So conditions in the rule are correct. Thank you in advance, Ivan
Problems with API
Hi! We are having problems with the API. We sync data from other server to Zoho CRM, and we need to trigger certain workfow rules whenever there is a change. The problem is that when we update records via API, and we do it massively, the workflow rules arent firing. We generated a ticket, but there is no way to follow it, and we haven't received a e-mail.
