Accounts Module "Duplication/Filter"
What I am trying to do is have two different tabs at the top of the CRM page. Basically I want to have two Accounts pages, the only difference is the filters applied to the accounts. So for example I would have one a Distributors and another as Customers. They would be filtered by Account Type. I know this can be done on the accounts page using filters and creating views but for ease of use the tabs at the top would be the better solution. I just wanted to know if this was possible, thank you.

Description Field in Events is missing
Recently the description field in Events does not show when opening and looking at the event. If I edit the event, I can add a description, but am unable to view. This has occurred within the last week. Please let me know if there is another way to see the description besides editing the item. Thank you, Mary
InsertRecord for custom module where a Lead is referenced
While inserting a record in a custom module, records get inserted, all other fields are updated with provided data in the request but referenced 'Lead Id' is not being populated. Limited and structured with virtually no customization allowed. Extremely limited reporting with no related modules. No way to disable email notifications to all your users as you test and learn to navigate the module.

Emails not attaching to contacts
I have been using Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail in conjunction with Google Apps for a little more than six months. I have used inboxes in gmail, CRM and Mail with no issues. About 4 days ago all emails stopped associating with contact records. I made no changes that I am aware of. Emails continue to flow into all the inboxes but are not associating to contacts. Contact name vs contact roles in deals
Hi could someone help with this.. Why are there two ways of adding a contact to a deal? 1. Contact Name ( standard field-Lookup ) 2. Contact Roles ( related list ) So the process is I create a lead then convert it and a contact is created and linked to an account. When I create a deal instead of adding a contact via 1. Create a Potential with Custom Potential owner.
Hi, I'm having trouble specifying the "Potential Owner" through my custom function. My function creates the new "Potential" and fills in all details fine, however, It does not fill in the "Potential Owner" field at all. Is this not possible? I saw in the Set Up->Modules->Potentials->Potential Owner as a look up field and shows the message as given in the attachment.
Any way to include individual Potentials in a Forecast report?
Or alternatively, include Target (from the Forecasts module) in a Potentials report? I'm trying to generate a report that shows each potential in the pipeline that's likely to close next month (stage = negotiation or higher), by salesperson, alongside their target for that month.

Card Scanner versus Leads app.
Hello, I would like to know the difference between the 2 applications. My reason for asking is that we presently installed Card Scan application and noticed that the contacts are automatically saved into our CRM - contacts. The problem is we now have duplicates. Sometimes the contacts or Accounts are maybe not identically written the same as on the business card and that creates a double contact and or account. I would prefer that it signals the similar contacts and or accounts. Would in this case

Hi, I would like to send email notification to all customers that have overdue payments. For that I have created a workflow that sends email to the customers if their payments are overdue with 7,10,14,17, >=21 days and a boolean field Send Overdue Email is updated. Do I have to use the schedule setting in order to update the Send Overdue Email automatically everyday at 11:00 or there is any other option to trigger the workflow automatically?
Help with Formula field Please
I'm trying to add a formula field to the contact form. My intention is to grab just the day from a field called "Contacts.Payment Start Date" by using the following in a formula field on the same form: Dayofmonth(${Contacts.Payment Start Date}) So for instance. If the payment start date is Dec.15,2012, I trying to get the value of 15. However I'm doing something wrong I can't see as it's not working. Any help appreciated. Kerry
Can I change the week to start on Sunday rather than Monday?
How do I change the calendar to display the week starting on Sunday? All my other web apps either have a setting for "week start day" or the default to the week starting on Sunday. How can I change this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"Quick Actions" customization
In Zoho CRM is there a way to customize the fields in the "Quick Actions" list? For example, the quick action "Add a New Contact" can be found when viewing an account. When using this function, I'd like to be able to enter the Title of the contact I'm adding. Is this possible?

Why does Zoho show me banner ads at the top of our CRM to all users?
I keep seeing banner ads at the top of CRM, today it was about "Why your CRM should be fully integrated, read our blog." It shows this to ALL my users not just admins which looks super unprofessional trying to pitch CRM features to basic users, especially considering I'm paying for an "Enterprise" product not sure why I'm being shown ads. We even had a user open a help desk ticket thinking they were supposed to be doing something. I did live chat and was told it's by design and cannot be disabled

Zoho CRM issue: Our super admin has deleted his Zoho account (do not ask why). CRM is still alive but nobody has admin rights. Multiselection Picklists and Reports created of one option from the list
I'm trying to tag contacts with various tags. I've created a multiselection picklist for these tags. Now I want to only see all the contacts that have one of those tags. However, reports only list the tags all together. In other words, the multipick list has created a one to one relationship, but I need a one (contact) to many (tags) relationship. How can I create a report that shows up all the contacts who are tagged with just one of the options from the multiselection picklist?
E-mailing a partially filled form
I need a way of e-mailing a potential client with a form that is pre-filled with the information that I already have for them and blanks for the information still needed in order to turn them from a lead to a client. Terrible user management for admins
I've been working with a variety of enterprise level CRM's since 2004 and I've never encountered such poor user management features for admins. The inability for an admin to change the email or password of a user is truly bewildering. A user has left and I simply want to change the email on the user to the new employee. I'd put up with not being able to change the password if I could change the email, the new employee can do a forgot password. Come on Zoho, this is 2016. Even the old username is

Deals not showing up in Module picklist on new Webform

Can I search notes and see which contact/account that note belongs to, or is it only possible to see the note title and note context? (I don't have an account yet so I can't test myself)
Confusion about integration of Campaigns w/CRM
We use both CRM and Campaigns. I get how to create a campaign in Campaigns to mail to - for example - all our Contacts and Leads. We do a monthly blast that way and it works very well. We have other campaigns in CRM that are smaller subsets of contacts - for example, just people who have asked to get information about our workshop series. I'd like to now do a blast to them from Campaigns. How do I get the two applications to talk to one another? Thanks!
