Change Lead Ownership Based Upon Time of Day

Link in conversions for "industry" and "product"

Two topic : • Drop down issues between "leads" and "accounts" : When filling up a lead the "industry" standard drop down (where we have added new entries the "industry" information) does show up in the "account" name after conversion. trying out new look after using zoho crm for yea. We integrated creator and it works great but on new design we have lost the ability to add a new entry on creator from within crm. Hope that makes sense. Ideas
Pressing the spacebar key when entering a note causes the cursor to jump to the search box.
Hi Zoho support, Some of our users have noticed in the new Zoho CRM UI that whenever they press the spacebar key when entering a note, the cursor to jumps to the search box. This is happening in the most recent versions of Firefox (47 and 48). To work around, we've asked our employees to switch back to the older version of Zoho CRM. If a user clears their browser cache, the issue will temporarily stop but resume after a few minutes. (No specific time frame has been recorded.) Please advise. Best

Report on previous lead status
Hi I'm looking to assess the success rate of certain leads by determining a sales conversion rate at each stage of contact. The best way i can think of to do this, is to see what the lead status was prior to successful sale. Is there any way to generate a report on the previous status of a lead?
Permission Denied
When updating records in CRM - in this case Account Type field - I am getting a message Permission Denied, Please select an active user. If I close all browsers, open new, then I can update one client. Next client gives me the same error message. ??? Ray

In Zoho 2016 space opens search
When I'm trying to add a note or comment, every space causes control to jump to the search bar and my typing continues there. This happens in both Firefox and IE 11. Any ideas? I-have-to-type-like-this-which-is-painful. I'm going back to the old version.

Boolean to See if End Date has passed
I'd like to create a Boolean field that checks to make sure a date field value is prior or equal to today and returns true if it is. The business case is to set an Expiration Date and then have a Boolean formula field called Active that checks to make sure the Expiration Date has not arrived/passed. Hi. Does anyone know why this might have happened? I sent an email using the 'Mass Email Contacts' function in the Contact module; sent the email using a template that was successfully tested on two individual contacts; and the system said/confirmed it was successful. Does it take time for the emails to go out? Am I being impatient? Also, will it show up in my Zoho mail account as being Sent? Any guidance or feedback will be welcome. Multiple Contact Page Layouts
Is there a way to have multiple page layouts for contacts? For instance if I wanted to have Contact Type A, with it's own set of say 25 custom fields, and then Contact Type B, with it's own set of 25 or so custom fields... is this possible? It seems I can only have one template which means I have to include all 50 custom fields for all contacts, which is not the desired behavior. I know I can create custom modules, or apps... but I can't make those records created be a contact record, which screws
Speed Issues
I am new. I have extensive Salesforce experience. I am trying Zoho because of price. Obviously it is not equal to Salesforce feature wise. However, I find that the features are probably good enough for my project. I imported 589 records last night. Since then the latency issues for every screen are unacceptable. Maintaining Customisation
I currently subscribe to Contacts Manager and have customised fields done. I am thinking of upgrading the CRM Enterprise because of the enhanced features and primarily for the Reports. Can I export/import the contact record data and have the customised field data and emails go across to CRM? I also have emails currently set up with our company email address/signature for users and want to keep without having to redo the set up in Email. Thanks

Error 4422
Hello, Any query leads to error code 4422. I have been writing some PHP code to get access to some data stored in our Zoho CRM following the Developer API Help pages but I keep getting the error code 4422: There is no data to show, no matter which query I send. My code worked above few days ago, and now dont. I change nothing in it. Can it be connected with new Zoho UI update? "Sent" Email Status
I have sent few emails to customers who have gmail.com address using zohocrm. We ourselves use google apps. Few of these customers have gmail address. Our welcome emails and "quote request ack" emails are showing "opened" status but emails which contain quote for product are still showing "sent" after two days. I am trying to setup an integration with webmerge to automatically generate documents using information from my zoho crm. In order to link the fields to the template, I set up a webhook with URL paramaters for each linked field. The Parameters in standard format are limited to 10 fields. When I append custom parameters to link 5 more fields, those fields are not passing along the information to the merged document. please assist.

Chrome with New UI
Hi I am using chrome as my default browser and it's good that it remembers the inputs when I first typed and will save me time from doing it again as most of them are repeated. But when upgraded to new UI, without doing anything to my chrome setting, this feather disappeared. This is very inconvenient for us as when we send out emails I use to have the addresses memorized by chrome and only choose which to use. But now I hv to manually type these out. Can anyone help me out here, this is very important.

view emails from colleagues
Hi, i have setup imap email setting on both my and my colleagues account. Both setups are set to "public viewing" Now on the contact's slide we can both see all the emails exchanged. BUT: I am using the 2016 brand new version of Zoho CRM and my colleague is still using the old version .. he can click on all emails and view/read them. On the other hand I can see all the email exchanged but if I click on of of my colleagues emails it loads for a second and then nothing shows up... is this a bug in
edit a locked field
hi, I want to make new leads and define them as project titles and not as a person. Unfortunately, the name field is locked and seems to be the "main source" when looking for leads. I added a new field for the project title, however, it does not show up when I want to refer to this project. It only refers to the person, which I don't want. How can I "ease the power" of the name field and give it to my project title field?` Thanks a lot for your help, Stephan
