Where is the best module to schedule tasks for projects/opportunities
If you have multiple opportunities for one contact in CRM, is it best to schedule tasks relating to that opportunity from the CONTACT module or the specific OPPORTUNITY module. Or does it not make a difference? Thanks. Michael Hudson

Workflow not working please help
Please help me - I have a workflow that I use to update a field account type to Deal when an opportunity is created. I want to add in = if the campaign source is + customer add on, or contains prospecting to not activate. Can anyone tell me what is wrong here? I have tried it a few ways and it is not working. Hello I created some custom fields (type: single line) in the Lead module in order to have them even in the Account and Contacts module after convertion. If I need to modify the content of those fields and would be good that the changes in one "field", say in the Account module, can be automatically updated in the connected field in the Contacts module (there can be 1 account and more contacts). Hello. Is it possible to export/create a report based on a Leads/Contacts View? What I'm trying to do is use search on the column headers on a leads/contacts view to filter through my options and see results. I am not able to migrate attachments to existing leads. I've imported a batch of test leads and am trying to migrate attachments to those leads. I exported a lead report and am using the Lead ID as the Parent ID but I am getting an error message and all attachments were skipped. This is the message: "Could not find a matching parent record for this look up field - Parent ID"

We'd like to be able to enter a new lead from an existing contact that has the contact's information already filled in, rather than manually entering the contact information each time. Is there a way to do that?

Hello: I am new to Zoho CRM and entered in my leads without an issue, however when I wanted to enter in my current customers, I noticed that I could not enter the same "basic" information as I did as the leads. Expanding Notes filed so you can see more information.
Is it possible to expand the notes section on a customer record so you can see more information? It is limited to one column and it would be great if this can expand across the page? See screenshot to see what I mean :)

I am used to my contact lists sorted alphabetically by last name and in Zoho it displays first and then last. I tried creating a view and on the right column putting the last name first and then the First Name second but it still displays "first last". What am I missing?
