Exporting and re-importing to a custom module
I'm faced with limitation of fields and features from the task module so i decided to make a custom module. but i am having issues with re- importing back the data in the custom module. how do i accomplish this by keeping the original related contact to that imported record. How to use email template to send email to one or more leads
Hi Forum, I wonder if you can help me please? I'm using the Zoho CRM free version, have setup an email template in Zoho CRM and then navigated to Leads, selected one lead and then Send Email. In the email dialogue that pops up, I only see 'None' in the email templates list. How do I get my email template to be available so I can send an email based on the template to one or more selected leads. Hi, apologies if this seems basic, am new to Zoho. I am wanting to be able to check how many meetings per day my reps do and how much their average order is. EG, they have KPI's of: 3 meetings per day. 15 meetings per week. following up all new leads entered by the office within 24 hours. Average order per meeting of over $500. Weekly Revenue of $7500. Is it possible to either set a check list, or have a report that shows these things so i can review every friday with each rep?

API Limits - Zoho CRM
My client has more than 1.6 million contacts in Zoho CRM. Update is needed between 5 to 8 fields in each of the contact records. This process must make weekly or fortnightly. With the API it would take several months to perform the update. What alternatives do we have available to achieve the goal?

Find contacts near somewhere
Ladies and Gentlemen, since we are talking about a CRM program, it is used for sales management. Therefore a support for sales trip planning seems logical. When we signed up the program I did not realize this is not possible on Zoho. "Find contacts near me" is not a function usable for planning. I need a function of "find contacts near where I will go" or anywhere else. Is this somehow possible? It would be a dream to see all contacts on a map, but this seems to be still far away, right? Deleting duplicate Leads

The “add a contact” form is not loading. I’ve tried both Chrome and Firefox browsers. I’ve shut down and restarted the browsers. I’ve restarted my computer as well. The “contacts” tab works. I see my list of contacts. But, “Add a Contact” does not load the form.
New Contacts Not Loading
Tried several times to add a new contact, used both new contact buttons but it just says "loading..." but never loads. I have rebooted the computer, the other modules come up just fine, campaigns, new accounts etc... Not sure what to do? Chris
Sorting Lead list manually
I have a long list of leads, and would love to be able to display the hottest ones at the top of my list. Is there a way to manually sort the list? If not, any suggested work arounds (ie is there a way to mark a lead as a favorite and then just display those and/or sort on that?) Thanks David
Zoho CRM freezing when trying to add a new Contact
We are experiencing difficulty when trying to add a new Contact. We are finding that the page will not load but just had the "Loading" message for some minutes and does not ever open. It is only a recent problem. Anybody out there got the same issue or knows a fix?

How are "bar view" colors chosen for CRM Calendar events
I like to view my CRM Calendar in "bar view" but there is no rhyme or reason for the color's chosen by default. Is there a way to choose a color for events. With random colors chosen I cannot make sense of my calendar as the appointments stack up Thanks

Once a year I would like to send an email to my existing customers and ask them to update their own profile, within a form. Therefore I would need an individual link that with direct connection to the database record. This feature is very powerful, because you can use it to enhance dataquality and even gather more data with surveys or subscribtionforms. Does ZOHO provide that opportunity? Is there a workaround? CRM Export/Report
Hello there! I stumbled upon a little problem while trying to create some sort of report in Zoho CRM. I just wanted to create a csv-like file with specific fields. First I tried to accomplish the export with the help of the export functionality under setup/Data Administration but that allows only the export of single modules where I would have to combine them myself. The tab "Report" is usually enough but in this case it allows only 3 additional modules to create a report which is not quite enough.
