Under Leads we have the Links section allowing to run a link with lead parameters/fields. I would like to run a local program such as a smartphone from the Links section. What is the correct syntax if at all possible? Thanks.

Create Lead from Cold Call
I have been using tasks to document my time and note while making cold calls. I do not enter cold call prospects into the program until I consider them a lead. Is there an easy way to create a Lead from an activity? Or once a Lead has been created copy the relevant tasks to that Lead file?

Hi The record email send feature is a great feature but could be so much better. Here are some things I think would really assist 1. Preparing migration file from a Salesforce export
I've exported my CSV files from Salesforce, but the dates didn't come across as yyyy-MM-dd, so I went into Documents in Windows, opened up the export folder and then opened up the first exported file in Excel and tried to reformat the date field and then save the file ready for importing into Zoho. But the file will not save as a CSV file with dates in yyyy-MM-dd format. I've tried several work arounds, but none worked. My salesforce records are very standard and under 500 in number. Run Rule: When owner and created by are different
Is it possible to create a rule to send a notification when: Owner isn't = Current User For example I want to send a notification when a case is created for somebody else other than the creator. The only way around this that I can see.... is to setup multiple rules for each user. EG: Case Owner is = X AND Created By isn't = X Case Owner is = Y AND Created By isn't = Y It becomes very awkward when we have lots of users. Thanks for your help

Hello, I'm trying to sync my Zoho CRM account with Quickbooks Premier 2015. The problem I'm having is I basically need the QWC file from Zoho but the online manual that I'm looking at from Zoho is not accurate. The steps do not give you the options needed to get that file. Hi! I'm really desperate with Zoho right now... I've tried using both Cloudwork and Zapier to connect Zoho to Mailchimp, but both just plain and simply break Zoho (how can it be so low?) API limit of 250 calls. The user has an email address associated to the account. @myaccount,com I create a template and in the From field I select the @myaccount address although I have no idea where this comes from. Work flow rules
I am trying to set up a workflow rule that would alert a user if someone else creates a case for them. It would be nice to make the rule that says to send an alert when the case owner is not the person who created the case. Right now the only way I see to accomplish this alert is to make an alert for "User1" executed on creation with a rule that says "Case Owner is User1" and "Created by isn't User1". But then I have to make a new rule for every user. I have more than 10 users and only get 10

NOTES: Save hardly ever works
I started using NOTES recently and was surprised to see that after saving my notes and reopening them later, most of the information had not been saved and I had to start over, trying to remember what I had written. I tried it again and again, only to find that most of the time, clicking 'Save' or 'Save and Close' doesn't do anything. Then I came to this forum and found that similar questions from 5 years ago had not been answered. By the way, it should save automatically. You shouldn't have to remember
