Hi, I am new to Zoho and just a very small business (no IT support) and wondered if anyone could help me please? Can Zoho CRM send email reminders for events? Email- incoming server port issue
Hi I have a problem setting up my email on the Zoho CRM system. Our incoming server port is 143 and its an IMAP email account. Our outgoing server port is 25. Now I can change the outgoing server port but I cannot change the default incoming email server port as it won't change from 995 to anything else (I want to change it to 143). Is there any way I can change the incoming server port number on the Zoho CRM email settings? Otherwise is there any other way for my email to work on the Zoho CRM platform?

Creating a mass email to contacts
Howdy, Sorry, I am new to Zoho but just signed up to the professional version. I have a list of contacts - circa 300 that I met at a trade show that I need to send a bulk email to. The contacts have been loaded, I've created the email template but the template is not available for selection when I select the clients to email from the main Contacts tab. I'm sure it must be easy but I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it. Any help greatly appreciated. TIA Adam

standard users cannot access campaigns
Not seeing which security settings that a standard user needs in order to add a campaign to a contact or even seeing campaigns. Logged in as an administrator, there is no problem. Suggestions?

Subscription questions
Our Zoho CRM enterprise trial has ended and we’re thinking to move to the paid subscription. Just 2 questions: 1. Does professional subscription cover the Email synchronisation feature? aka, when we send an email via Gmail, it will appear in Zoho CRM. 2. Currently we have 7 users in Zoho CRM, but only 2 active users are using it. We want to move these 2 users to the professional subscription. Do we need to remove the rest 5 users first, or we can leave them using the Free edition?

How can I capture LinkedIn account info into CRM?
Here's what I would like to do:- I am exhibiting at a show, and I have a QR code displayed. Prospective customer scans my QR code, which goes to a page where he can complete a ZOHO CRM form OR.... Log in with LinkedIn and have his LinkedIn details complete the CRM Lead form for him. Apparently, these things are possible with the REST API. Anyone done this? Can it not be a standard feature?
Incorrect Data Type of Argument
I have a field "2015" in accounts. It is a currency data type. I am creating a new field, with is a formula - currency and decimal 2 space. When I use this, I get Incorrect Data Type of Argument If(Accounts.2015 > 1000, 1.00, 0.00) What am I doing wrong???
File Storage Limit Exceeded
I cannot attach documents to e-mails any more because I have exceeded my file storage limit. This happened because I removed a user and thus reduced the limit. In fact I am well past the limit now. How do I delete my previous e-mail attachments on mass so I can carry on using e-mail? I have looked at previous answers to this and it looks like you will expect me to go through all my old e-mails and delete each one separately. I don't have time to do that, surely there is a way to delete them all

Text edit breaks Invoice Template
I have a strange problem that I need to fix as soon as possible. I had to edit our invoice template so that the headings were in German. For example, I changed the text INVOICE to RECHNUNG. I did the same for all the various labels on the template. I did not alter any of the field definitions in any way. One feature I want is that I should be able to send the email from ZOHO CRM and if the person replies to that email, that also I should be able to see in ZOHO CRM as threaded conversation in the Leads view. User not appearing in activities pulldown
I've created a new user and he has an activity assigned to him. When I sign in as an admin I see Jeff's Tasks in the activities pulldown, but when I sign in as Jeff I do not. I'm guessing it's a simple permissions issue. Thanks

We are looking for a work around related to adding new fields to work with Invoice product details. We need to be able to add new fields and do calculations. We were wondering if we upgrade to Enterprise Edition will we be able to create a custom module that will connect to CRM Invoice product details? What work around can we look at to enhance CRM Invoice product details once they are entered on an invoice? Product Details - manual entry
Invoicing, this is a show stopper for me... I have set products, but often need to customise them with basic comments, colour, type, name etc... Is there a way for me to customise the Product Details? I also like to switch off Stock Control as I am a services company, maybe what is needed is proper service industry module for Invoicing?
