Ringcentral/ telephony and cRM
Sometimes the telephony pop up box will not close. Yes i know use the end call button. We have it id not working on that call. Reload nope. Close Zoho and relog in. Nope. As you can imagine this pop up open across all the apps is a pain. I tried contacting last week but their chat system was not working. I guess COVID is decimating India. Sorry. Could i ask that instead of giving answers via email or online chat it would be nice to share the solutions back on this forum or what is the point.
Attache email to potential
I would like to aatache an email to one of my potential deals. I have setup the mail add-on and the mail account I figured out how to attache the email to a lead or contact but I don't know how to attache it to an exsiting potential? how to attache it to a new potential? Is there any way the crm track the emails related to the potential and keep record about the correspondence automatically when I send/receive more emails related to this potential? I usually corresponde with the same customer on

When I choose a Sales Order, click on the Send Mail button and send an email, the targeted recipient gets the email with attachment as expected.
