Custom Module and Dropbox
Does anyone know how to integrate Dropbox with a custom module. I have a module called "Buildings" and I'd like to have Zoho create a folder in Dropbox for those buildings just like it would for Accounts and Contacts. Can't figure out how to get thatCalendly/Zoho CRM Sync
Hi Everyone, We currently use Calendly for our customers to schedule appointments with our sales team. The Calendly events are set up in an event where the appointment owner is chosen in a round robin basis to make it fair. When we turned on teh Zoho sync, I see that the events are passing throughto the CRM, however, the appointments that are being set are not with the contact owner. For contacts that are already in Zoho CRM, is there a way to make zoho mail automatically push the emails into Zoho CRM so I can see all emails to a contact. Hi there, I currently have a WordPress Gravity Form with the Zoho CRM add-on enabled. I have a hidden field on the Gravity Form set to print the {dd/mm/yy} date format at the time of the form submission. I have mapped this form entry to create a lead profile and print this data in Zoho CRM. The integration is working fine, however, the date is registered in the {mm/dd/yy} format inside Zoho CRM, even though the Gravity Form is registering the form submission in the {dd/mm/yy} format.
