Zoho CRM Plugin no longer appears in Outlook
I installed the Outlook Plug-In a while back but disabled it because the pop-up window was a bit slow (I now know I could have disabled it but I didn;t know that now). Hi, When I click a link in the outlook plug in for CRM it always tries to open the link in Internet Explorer, even though my default browser is Chrome. I even disabled Internet Explorer altogether in the Windows features and when I click the link nothing happens. I take it that this is hard coded in? Why not make an option for a manual refresh instead of constantly trying to keep up as users move through their email.
