Deleted drop down list values still showing in filters
Hello, Re: Custom Module I renamed a number of values from a dropdown/select list. When filtering the old names are still visible as filter options even though there are no records using the values. I effectively now have twice the filter values that I need, which is very confusing for my users. Is there a way to clear the filter cache perhaps? Simon
Confirm that I want email sent
Working in the "Leads" module in Zoho CRM. I have a checkbox that automatically sends an email to the lead once checked. I would like a dialogue box to appear when that checkbox is checked to confirm whether or not the email should be sent. If the user clicks "Yes", the email sends. If the user clicks "No", the email should not be sent but the box should remain checked. I have read through all the Zoho documentation online and can't seem to figure out what I thought would be a simple task. Can someone

We just registered for Zoho and are trying to import our contacts and all their info from Sage ACT! Pro. I've been exporting the data as a .csv and trying to import, but no success. Any insights? I'm beginning to get frustrated!

Calendar Colour
Is there any possible way to put a bit of colour in the crm calendar? It's so depressing...white, light grey... :( Can we at least have one colour for the events so we can see them better? Light grey on white background with very light grey text is horrible.

No header and footer for standard templates
Hi, Just working to design a new inventory template. When trying to change one of the standard template, the template editor is still the 'old' one with no possibility to create header and footer. Is there any possibility to edit them with the 'new ' template editor ? thanks

Lead Source Changed on Web Form
I have a few forms up on our website. The "Lead Source" field is hidden and auto populated with "Web Research" as the value. Over the weekend I had a lead come from one of my forms with the Source value as "Advertisement." The lead was bogus and SPAM. But I do not understand how my Lead Source value was changed. I've gone and checked all the source code of the forms and nothing seems to be wrong. Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas?

Disable email notification to lead owner when mass updating
Hi All, I'm the super admin of my zoho account and this week we changed our "lead status" list options. Yesterday I update all leads in our database (15,000) where "lead status is empty" to "not assigned" using the mass update feature selecting 500 records each time. Because of that, the owners of the leads received TONS of emails. How do I disables sending email when doing mass update? As Admin, I don't to send emails to the lead owners when doing mass updates. Best way to mark leads inactive?
Currently our team has almost 14,000 active leads in the system which have been accumulated over many years - some purchased by lists, some from sales people who have moved on etc etc. Of these, I believe there are less than 1,000 up to date, valid, quality names. However, it feels counter intuitive to start deleting leads from the system (we may want this data should someone come back to life later). So we've decided we need to "archive" these people in some way. Separating them from the fresh leads
invoice template row totals not showing currency format starting this week
In my Quotes / Invoices / and Purchase Order templates - in the Grand Total for each row, they are not displayed in currency format, this is a problem that started this week. I assume there was a Zoho CRM update this week that caused this problem. Wondering if there's an easy fix or way to roll-back this Zoho CRM update?
Proxy Settings - Zoho CRM
Hi All, I'm trying to install Zoho Add-In for Outlook, however it is asking for Proxy Details. I load all Proxy Details and tick use authentication box and then click save, but as soon as I do that and try to log in it still asks for Proxy Details. It seems the proxy details are not saving in the form.

Website Contact Form message field
The CRM webforms only seem to be useful for creating or updating leads/contacts. I do not see anywhere how to set up a simple contact form and integrate it with Zoho CRM. It was suggested to use the description field or create a multi-line field for the comment field of the form in the Lead/Contact section but that makes absolutely no sense. Email not working
Hi We have been unable to send or receive email through Zoho for about two hours now. Is something wrong with your server or is there currently an issue with mail? Not receiving any error messages, emails just don't send and nothing new has come through. Thanks David 48796320

Price Books
How do Price Books work? I understand that at the product level we can establish different Price Books or levels, but how can they be applied to a Customer? My issue is that I have a Retail Price List, Wholesale, And VIP price lists that are applied to customers, certain customers buy from certain lists. How do I assign a price list or price book to a customer? Are they tagged or is it a field setting?

I'd like to have an option to filter accounts without activities in the List View. I noticed this is a filter built into the Contacts List View. Can it be made an option for the Accounts as well?

Monthly conversion report
Hello, We need to be able to produce a report that goes by month to show how many leads are converted to accounts. In Salesforce we used to be able to do this with a formula but this doesn't seem possible in Zoho CRM. Being able to see the conversion rates for the month is a high priority as this is how we pay our staff. Can anybody help me with making this sort of report on the Zoho CRM system? Thank.
Sales/Contact Fields Not Merging
When we make a change to our Sales phone details, they are not updating in the Contacts phone field. I checked and only have 1x phone field, 1x mobile field etc. When I open the mapping section, it does not give me an option to merge them. Can anyone tell me what is going on here?

Hi All, anybody has found a way to collaborate with other company department using Zoho and something else? E.g. a task for a technical attachment to an offer must be assigned to a technician and it makes no sense to provide him with a Zoho CRM license just for this. Regular importing data into a Custom Module with an Account Look-up field
I believe that, as of now, it is not possible to import data into a Custom Module with an Account Look-up field and see the custom module data on the Account immediately after import. - either through the import UI interface or via program code. I have searched the internet, spoken extensively to Zoho support but to no avail. Nowhere can I find anyone who seems to have done this. And this isn't some esoteric operation - surely most custom modules are related items on Accounts and/or Contacts
