Mass emails not sending in Zoho CRM
When I send a mass email to some of my leads the page reloads but no emails are sent. Could someone please look into this? Thanks
Webforms emails goes to Lead and not the assigned user
This issue started today. All my webforms suddenly started sending the lead (person who submitted the form) the response email instead of the assigned user. Anyone know what's going on?
Tracking and documenting business deals/potentials between two companies
Hello, I work for an organization that has beneficiaries (companies in developing countries which we come alongside) and help them find business and do business with western companies. My question is, is there a way using Zoho CRM that we can record activity between paired companies and track their business deals (as 'potentials' for example)?. I know that a CRM is usually used as a means of tracking and documenting activity between the user of the CRM and outside individual customers/companies.

Updating Account Information via CSV Upload
Hello, We have thousands of accounts. For some of those accounts I have a CSV file with additional information that I would like to upload. How can I go about doing this? I would like my upload to add the information to existing accounts, rather than replacing or creating new accounts. Is that possible?

Sometimes I need to let my team know an important info entered by someone else in zoho CRM. I would need that this info "flash" or blink in the field, the best would be in red color for instance. This may happen for the field contain a specific value that has to be defined (or permanently if easier to develop with rule is that field is not empty). Could you think about it ?

I've just off the phone with Zoho. There have removed the ability to map an Auto Number field across the lead,contact,potential and Acoounts. So if you use a unique number generated from a lead, you can no longer carry this through to other modules. We generate many leads which have a unquie number which is their customer and invoice number. Hi, I need To Get records based on Multiple criteria. Viewing emails from other uses for a particular Lead, Contact, or Opportunity
Within Zoho CRM, for each of our leads, contacts, and opportunities there is a section called Emails. In this section if you select from the drop-down a particular user from our organization, I (as an admin) can see the emails sent to/from that contact with our particular user. For some reason the list of users from our organization is less than the number of actual users and so I don't see everyone I'd like to in order to have visibility into the communications and customer interactions. A-Z Links
Hi In the Lead view, leads can be sorted into alphabetical order by clicking on the header, however If I sort by Company then click on the A-Z link at the bottom of the page it just sorts via Lead Name rather than by Company. Surely is the current sort mode is by Company, the A-Z links should take me to the company name of that letter? Am I missing something? Regards Mark

Zoho, Please remove your formatting on numbers in Zoho CRM. The Skype click to call formatting is preventing me from being able to call numbers from my computer(with google voice) and from my new android phone. Please keep in mind that some people do not want to use skype, for those who do, there are plenty browser add ons that will give them that functionality.
intergrating Zoho CRM with Excel
Hey, Maybe this question was already asked, but i didn't found it. i want to export my contacts to excel, but i need it to be a "live" excel For example, if a new contact was added to the crm, i want to open my Excel, press refresh on the data and then to see the new contact added to my Excel. with no need to export it again from the crm. NOTES NOT SAVING
Hi, This problem has come up multiple times across multiple computers. Notes are not saving onto account pages. Note content is written, then save is selected. The screen scrolls down as usual to show the top of the notes section, but the note is not there. The offending computers have been using Internet Explorer, so in the mean time I have told everyone to use Google Chrome. Thanks, Adam

Adding fields to approvals
Hi, I am getting the CRM to work how we need it to, however one thing I would like to work out is something on the approvals process. My sales team submit deals for approval with a checkbox on the potential tab. Then I get an email asking me to approve. however the approval screen and mail only shows the potential name and requester. Ideally I would like the approval screen to show some additional fields, such as total value and Margin (one is a custom field) Approvals doesnt show on the dropdown

Mass update multiple selection field without losing previous selection
I have several multiple selection fields to keep data about our contacts' interests. When we do a seminar we may have to update 100 contacts with a new interest. I think that all mechanisms to mass update a multiple selection field (mass update from a view, spreadsheet import) would erase the previous selection. Is there any way to mass update a multiple selection field respecting the previous selection, adding new selected options without unselecting the previous? Thanks.

Having problems batch uploading tasks
Hi, We are experiencing some issues when batch uploading tasks from our previous CRM system. Namely, contact name and account name are not being identified in the batch uploaded tasks. The tasks are created just fine, but the contacts/accounts field does not populate, even though these references have already been created in the system. Anything you can share to help us move this data into Zoho?
Mass email limitation
I have a list of approx 850 names in Zoho and want to send a Mass Email to all of them. When I used an Mass email with a template last month, ZOHO responded that they sent 250 emails only. We are a non profit and want to mail at least 750 contacts Is their a way to do this at the cheapest option as it is a real hassle to upgrade to $12 then downgrade all the time? Kind Regards Oresti

Data seems to have disappeared
Hello, I really hope this is a quick interface problem that can be fixed and not a problem with loss of the data: As of this morning, on the list pages, the titles of the relvant records appear in the list, but when I click through to the record detail page, no data appears.
