I am working with Doctors who are affiliated with multiple hospitals, which are all in a family of hospitals. How do we link the doctors with each hospital, if they can only be under one account. Ex: Happy Hospital has 4 hospitals a, b, c and d which we have all made into their own accounts. Dr Y works at a,b, and c How can I link Dr Y with all 3 so when I search him, I can see he's at 3 of them, without putting him in the system 3 different times under each account.
Organisation to independant contractors CRM sharing
I am an independent contractor doing business with various organizations. I use Zoho CRM but my main client does not at this time. I would like to be able to set them up so that we can share project/specific_contacts information. I do not want to discard my records but would prefer if we could share across my organization and theirs. What would be the best setup and process recommended?

Double leads. Way to check once in system?
All- We just realized we have doubled a lot of leads and it is causing some issues with outbound efforts. Our issue was we had a list of contacts imported earlier in the summer. We just recently uploaded a new list and when they were uploaded for some reason they did not check to see if they were already in the system. These new leads in a lot of cases were assigned to a different owner. Is there a way to take all of our leads and check for doubles / lead owners? Or do I need to go through each

Hi, has anyone seen this issue? All the potentials I have entered are showing $0 for expected revenue. I have already checked the status and probability and moved them higher and still no revenue pulls in from the associated quote. The quote does have revenue. I have looked for date issues but can not seem to see what the problem may be. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi everyone, How can I relate Invoices to Opportunities? I tried a custom field called Lookup and put Invoice which works, but I want a many to many relationship. So the same way for example when you go to Accounts, it has a related list "Opportunities" and it lists all the opportunities under them. Hi, I am trying to import tasks from from another CRM to Zoho. I am not sure of the values expected in the field mappings. I started by exporting a set of tasks from Zoho CRM itself and import back the same. The tasks are getting imported, but the following fields are missed out. Zoho Web Form - No Results Sent

Our sales team use the mobile.zoho.com interface We many customers that have the symbol "&" in their account name. For example "B & M Auto Electrics" If we do a search for "B & M" the search text sent to the system is "B & M" and no result is found. On the full web version this is not a problem. Is it possible, when importing data from a CSV or xls to do an update - if it finds the contact record already exists? I have a spreadsheet of additional data for existing contacts and can't manually update addresses etc for 200+ records. How can I do this en masse? thanks

Could Call Attempt (1st, 2nd, 3rd) be set to default assume that if I'm entering data for that call, the call time is now? In practice, I make a call, and then immediately update this field. It would be great if it defaulted to now, rather than me having to toggle through date and time. Thanks, Tom

1000 row limit in imported file?
So, I see on the right side of the page as I try to import my first batch of contacts that there is a limit of 1500 records in xls formats. I am importing a CSV file and it fails to upload telling me there is a limit of 1000 rows. What's the difference between records and rows?
How to hide sections that don't appear on the customization page
How can I hide sections like "Competitors", "Products", "Quotes", etc. on a page? These choices don't appear on the customization screen, so I see no way to hide them. Some of these are not applicable to our business and just clutter the screen for us. Thanks.

Distinguishing Contacts from "Customers"
In a B2P scenario, I am not sure how to distinguish regular contacts from actual customers, according to the Zoho methodology and lead conversion process. Lead - All Lead View question
We work primarily with the military so we have several contacts within each military base. When I view Leads, I'd like to see not only which department the lead works for, i.e. Fitness Center, but also what military base they work at. So I'd like to see their name, phone, deparment (which I use company name for), military base, which is a custom field I added and email address.
