Can't see email for more than one address
Hi everyone. I have 3 email addresses in the system, but only one of them delivers email to my inbox. The other two can be found on my control panel but it's simply a profile for the email address. Probably a simple answer..but what is it? Thanks for your help.
limit number of attendees for event
Hello, I am developing an event registration system and would like to be able to set up a limit on how many people can register for an event. I was thinking about creating a field in "Events" to set the maximum number of users, and then I wanted to get the number of already registered users, however I don't see which API method I can use to do that. ZOHO CRM - Web to Lead Form has stopped working?
My web to lead form has stopped sending details through to ZOHO...appears to have been like this for a few days now. Form is located here: http://crossfitantaeus.com/intro-form/ On clicking submit user is forwarded to the 'success' page but no details come to ZOHO. No email is send to the lead manager. I've checked the 'approve leads' area and nothing in there either. Please HELP!!!!
Matching prospects with preferences
I have a real estate company and need to figure out how to log my properties into the CRM with pertinent information (i.e. bedrooms, bathrooms, area of town, etc.) and it notify me of people that are interested and in turn send them a notification. Is there a way to set that up in Zoho? I was thinking that I might be able to use the "inventory" module and enter the property attributes there but I don't see how I would then query on those attributes. Thank you
TASK PAGE FREEZING
When I complete a task and press save the page remains on the screen. I have to close zoho and reopen to do any other work. How do I fix this problem?
Can I get rid of "List Price" etc. in Quotes?
Every quote we do is custom - we are selling a service - not widgets from a bin. There is NO "list price" in my business. I would like to use quotes to capture information on pricing we have given the customer eg. "the quote" and then follow that through to Sales Order and Invoice.
BCC Dropbox and Accounts
The BCC Dropbox is very useful with Leads and Contacts. Our primary data entry is with Accounts. Can you please set up the ability to edit the 'Search Pattern' to includde the ability to search for email addresses in Accounts as well as contacts and Leads? Is this possible or is this out of the question? If it is not possible can you please explain why.
How To Convert leads to potential account and not to Account or Contact
Hi There, I am using a free Zoho crm account. Is it possible for me to convert my lead to potential alone? What happens is, when I convert my lead into a potential client, the details will also add in my contacts tab and in the Accounts tab. I want to convert my lead into potential only. Is this possible? I would like to share data elements between Accounts, Contacts, and Leads
There is certain information I enter at the account level that I want to feed to the contacts, not just to see it, but also to be able to create views based on those criteria. It would be nice to allow bidirectional editing, but I would be satisfied to simply be able to map those fields. I find myself creating the same fields in accounts and Contacts and then doing import/export, when mapping the field would be a lot easier. Are there any plans? Arthur Young

Skipping names on import
I just imported 100 records all with the mandatory fields populated. The tool however kicked 27 of the out and would not load them. They look exactly the same as the others. What's the issue?
Sharing Data
I've created a new user for my zoho crm account and when she logs in from her computer she is not able to truly access our company's crm data. What's the problem? How do I give her full access to the account? It's as if she has her own account. I don't know how to link her to our data.

Using combined products
Hello users, I need some help with a product related issue. We have products that are sold seperately, but they can also be combined into one new product. Of course I know that it is possible to create products one by one, but that would involve lots of updating when a base product is changed. All the combined products that use that product should also be changed manually. That can't be the idea in these days :) Does anybody have any suggestions on how to approach this matter?
Any updates on linking the account address to the associated contacts?
I see in past posts that users have been asking for a way to populate a contact's address using the address of the account with which that contact is associated. In my mind, there would ideally be a checkbox in the contact address section that says "copy account address". Has there been any progress on this or similar solutions?

Activity Tab - Request to add Account info associated with contact
I would love it if ZOHO CRM add the account that the contact is associated with when looking at the list of open activities in the Activities tab. Right now we can only see the contact in the Activities tab and its extremely helpful to know which account they are associated with to help organize the task priority. Thank you. Boris

Bounces || Campaigns
Hi, Please see the attached screenshots of one page. Can someone please explain to me why these contacts bounced-ie why are they on this list? AND How can we sync them from CRM so that they don't bounce? Two of the contacts (Joanni Sherriff and Denzel Jacobs) profiles on campaigns were manually updated. Yet, they are also on the bounced list. We have not reached our sync limit, and still have syncs available for the rest of the day and month. Kind regards, Ninke

View Account Name When Adding Contacts to Campaign
I created a new campaign. I'm trying to go through my contacts and add those who are appropriate to this campaign. It is difficult to determine who should be added because the list of contacts does not display the Account Name. How can I have the Account Name displayed alongside the contact when adding to the campaign? Screenshot attached
Description info disapears when converted from leads to an oppportunity
We had a detailed decription in Leads. When we converted Lead to an Oppurtunity, the information in the description field disappeared. Is it possible to recover? Thanks.
Auto populate List Price
We are trying to enter products in quotes and invoices whereby the user cannot change the price of a product, manually or by selecting a list price. Can one select a product and have the field List Price be automatically entered by the system without the user's input? We want to secure this field so users cannot change or alter the prices once a product is created/selected. I haven't been able to find my way around this. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

Possibility for making a url list from any custom fields related to each contact?
I would like to have a list of related websites to each of my accounts/contacts displayed on each of the contact cards- (not the add link function ion the far right of the screen) but i cant find any custom fields that can fit the way id like it to: the url just displayes the whole url (id like to just use an ahref for a shorter version of the name) and pick-lists have an url option- is there any idea how to do this? I thought about making a simple html list with links- is this possible to display

Track customers by product sold and date?
I need software to schedule follow-up contacts with customers who have purchased a given product. When a customer buys a given product, I need to schedule maintenance calls and routine service work as needed for that particular product. So I need to combine product information and customer information to set up this system. How would Zoho software handle this kind of set up? Dear, is it possible to have a non-paying account for Zoho CRM as not being a commercial profile in our firm, but rather administrative. My work is limited to updating and inputting client data.
