Process automation & emails to many contacts
Hi all, I'm looking to move to Zoho CRM from a custom-built application for our small travel company. We have about a 1000 clients (B2C) per year going through a standard process with about 30 steps (booking received, booking confirmed, sent an email to wish safe trip, etc). Much of the time saved in our current CRM is by creating todo-lists based on this process, and then performing an action for many clients all at once. Hi, are there any plans of making it possible to see a list of workspaces from Zoho Docs when attaching a file from Zoho Docs to an email being sent from Zoho CRM. Currently only your own files and "files shared with you" are viewable. To view and be able to access workspaces could be great... In most organisations all documents are shared between users by using workspaces, so not being able to see them when attaching files from Zoho Docs to emails is a major downside... Lookup Field in Events
It would be usefull to have a lookup field within "event" to link a product to an event. Example - event has lookup field for customer if we could look up product aswel we could store info for customer, time & product for an appointment. Also when hovering over event on calander shows same info.

How to handle Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)?
Is there a way to manage (and re-add to the inventory) products that have been returned? Is there a plug-in for this? This might involve also modifying the invoice or handling some sort of credit to the customer.

BCC Dropbox not working
The BCC Dropbox does not appear to be working. I have tried sending an e-mail to an existing Lead as well as a Lead that does not exist [hoping this would create a new lead]. Neither worked. E-mail was not returned undeliverable, it just never showed up in Zoho. I do not have the paid mail add-on, but it's my understanding this was not required for the BCC Dropbox feature. I am a new user and have never had it work successfully, so there is a chance of user error, but I think I have double-checked

Using forecasts with long payment cycles
Hi, We use Zoho at our organization and we are a IT services org (not a product co). Forecasts purely work on Closing date basis as of now. For eg, if I have a potential with 20k$ with a closing date of 15/May, then my Q2 forecast under May would show 20k$. I would rather want it to reflect over a sales duration. Field Update Custom Field on Automated Rule>Action
using the automation feature. I've created a new rule under the Sales Order module. I'm trying to assign an action whereby I have an associated "Update Field" action. Hi I'm about to change to a new email address that will be used to an from my Contacts in Zoho How do I set it up so that: - emails already tracked against contacts (via the old address) remain and are accessible - any emails from Contacts still sending to the old address get tracked to that contact and are visible Will I still be able to send to Contacts from the old address (somehow)? A map on the prospects page that automatically populates the address field. When you click on the map, google earth comes up and the house where you are parked at will show and you hold your finger on it and it pins the house, then after clicking done the address field automatically populates. I saw this in another program called roof IS. It is nowhere near as good as Zoho but this would be a great feature and a time saver as well. Thank you. Tony Goff

I am trying to use a picklist field inside a formula field and am getting a syntax error. Is this possible? The picklist has the numbers 1-5 as pickable options. Do I need to do some type of converstion to get this number and use it in a formula? Thanks, Eric

Hey Zoho, It has been mentioned to me that where client data is held in cloud severs not in Australia, that there may be some issues with meeting Australian Privacy Act obligations - the big issue is the US Patriot Act and access to information for data held in the US. Can I ask; Does Zoho confirm to the Australian Privacy Principals and if not specifically, in which country is the data held (so I can determine if that countries data/privacy provisions are suitable). My friend who is in the same business I am, and works the same type of leads as me has been using ZOHO for the past year. Is there a way to copy his setup and use it as my own with my personal account? It would be like copying his setup as a template and using it under my account. PIcklist changes not showing
I've changed the picklist values for the 'Industry' field in the 'Accounts' tab using the 'setup' screens. When I go into 'setup', I can see the picklist values I set up. However, when I set up a new account, in the 'Industry' picklist, I still get the standard values that were there by default, not the ones I entered. Why is that? What do I need to do?
How to use price books to add discounts automatically?
Hey, I am testing Zoho and I have created a product, which has a flat quantity discount. When I create a quote with a quantity that fits the discount range, the discount is NOT automatically added to the sub total. I am required to type in the discount. What are the price books for then? I want that if the quantity matches a range in the price book, Zoho automatically calculates the discounted price. How can I achieve this?

Contract Renewal Reminder
Hi I love this CRM but I am trying to set some reminders so a customers renewal date is shown. I have made some changes and added a renewal date field in the customer information and changed the tab header to match this. But when viewed on the home page, I cant seem to get the renewal date to show, as this is ver important. Is this possible to do and I would like the next renewal to show first... Thanks

Mapping Fields from Contacts to Accounts
I would like to somehow map fields from contacts to accounts. For example, how ZOHO CRM automatically generates an account when imputing an account name into contacts. I would like this function to also serve other data from contacts, such as Account Website or Account Address. how to import "list price" to use the Sales Order module?
Hello, I am trying to use the Sales Order module but there is something unclear to me on how to link a product to different sale prices, any help would be very welcome. I started importing in the Products module my items' list (and the Unit Price=price from the manufacturer) then I tried to set up 3 different Price Books according to the profiles of customers, say Gold Silver Bronze (each of them with different list prices) but I didn't find the field "list price" when importing with the module
