Multiple groups
I have two distinctly different groups of leads and I do NOT want them to overlap. I wouldn't want an email intended for one group to go the someone in the other group. is there a way to separate the groups or label them so that they are separate and distinct groups?
Adding Account Owner to the Business Card View of a Potential?
I would like to have the Account Owner field appear on the Business Card View for our Potentials. I am able to add Account Name to that view, but I do not see a way to also have Account Owner appear. Is there a way to add Account Owner to the Business Card View of a Potential, and if so, how would I go about this? Thank you.

I made in the module "orders" the fields: abonnement; salesfee% and salesfee € I want the following: Salesfee € = abonnement * salesfee% Our dealer gets 20% fee of abonnement. Oportunities - How to administrate closings and losses
Hi, first of all sorry for my english (i'm from Argentina). I will try to make myself clear about my doubt. I create oportunities for all my "possible closings". When I do a commercial proposal, I create an oportunity. The problem I'm having is that when our service is Sold or NOT sold, every oportunity stays where it is. I mean, if the we cannot make the sell, the oportunity stays there (like not sold). How can i administrate my oportunities so when the closing is done or not done, I can "erase"
User to see other peoples leads , but no other admin access
I want to set up a user, so they can see, maybe even edit that lead (add more detail), but I don't want them to have full admin rights (eg Manage Users etc) How do I do that?

Is there a way to add email subject lines and date sent into reports in the free version of Zoho CRM? I have a custom report that feeds all activity and last points of contact for calls, tasks, events, ect but it doesn't give me the email option.
Mass Update Negative Integet
I've created a customer field of type integer. I now would like to select appropriate records and do a mass update to a negative value. The system doesn't allow me to. I can open each record individually and set them one by one to a negative number. But mass update does not work. Error message is, "Please enter a valid (field_name)" Any advice?
Display a confirmation window upon clicking of a checkbox in Contacts screen.
Is it possible to show a confirmation window when users click on a checkbox (a custom field) in the contacts screen. If users answer yes, the checkbox will be checked. Thanks!
Making Web Forms Fields Mandatory
Is there a way to make all the fields on a custom web form within Zoho CRM mandatory? I noticed that when the "Company" field was left blank, a pop up box warned me that it needed to be filled in. However, I was able to proceed with the submission when the "email" field was blank. Thank You
Web to Lead form
I am in a trial professional version of the CRM. I have been testing out the web to lead , and web to contact forms. The web to contact form seems to work fine, however, the web to lead form is not sending the data into the CRM? The manual approval is turned off. I deleted the form, and made a new one, no issues. It is also not sending me an email notification. Also, when manual approval is turned on, where does one go to approve? Thanks

Receptionist taking messages / tasks via webform?
I have used a virtual receptionist service in the past to take calls and enter messages and leads into a google doc form that populated a spreadsheet. I am no looking to integrate this into Zoho, however, I am trying to figure out the best way to approach the issue. Zoho only has web to lead, case, or contact. How to list the title (responsibility) of a person in the contact list?
To make it short, if you go to an account, you see a list of contacts for that specific accounts. You see their name and numbers, but there is no way to differenciate their function in the company unless you open them individually which is time consuming. We would like their title (function in their respective company) to be listed next to their name and phone in the list. This way we can easily identify the director, developer, or accountant and be able to know who to contact for specific issues

Change discount calculation
Hello Zoho team and others, I tought I finally managed to create my perfect invoice template when I realise that one operation isn't right. The problem comes from a specific discount in the total. It's a discount that will just influence the VAT and NOT the Grand Total. I show you with an example, that will be more easy to understand. my sub total excl VAT is 1000 € My "specal" discount is 2% ==> 20 € So my VAT(21%) will be: (1000-20) * 0.21 = 205.8 € Up to that, there is no problem.

I am aware I cannot copy customization to the same account twice. If I was to copy customization from CRM - A to CRM - B Then CRM - A to CRM - C Could I copy CRM - C to CRM - B? Would this entire process work?
