Add emails to Zoho from Android
I'm finding I'm traveling more and more without having a laptop, and getting emails on my Android smartphone but not having (or knowing of) a way to connect those emails to my Zoho account like I can if I'm using Outlook. Is this possible?
Can not attach files
I am unable to attache a file. Here is the process: 1) Click on "Upload File" 2) Double click on "Drop files or add attachments here..." 3) Browse window opens. Browse to file then click Open 4) File name does not appear. 5) Attempt to upload anyway by clicking "Submit" 6) Get "No files to upload" error. I am using IE9 on Windows 7 x64.

Workflow Field Update / Custom Field
I have added a follow up date custom field that I would like updated on certain triggers. I cannot see my custom field in the dropdown list for the Field Update action. Am I missing something? How else would I be able to accomplish the below example? Example: Rule based on Create / Edit on Lead Status = No Answer Field Update -> Follow Up Date = Today + 1

Hi, I run a small garden maintenance firm and often invoice clients on a monthly basis for work I have done during the previous month. I want to be able to set up sales orders for each job I do and then combine them into a single invoice. Is this possible? Any ideas or help welcome. Thanks Ben
Currency format in Inventory reports CRM
Hi, I'm struggling with the currency in the inventory templates in Zoho CRM My currency setting is set to Poland. The format I get is 1 354 zł, It supports 2 decimals but does not display them if I don't have cents in my value. I would need to display 1 354,00 zł instead 1 354 zł, Would you have a functionality which would allow me to set the currency format i need. Zoho CRM Solutions
We are using the Zoho CRM professional edition with a mail add on and zoho invoice. The Professional editions should have a feature where we can email the selected solutions to our customers / sales team in our desired format - PDF or word doc with one click. Currently we are required to download that in a pdf format and then email to desired contact. Same functions are required for potentials, reports etc. For zoho invoice - we had requested for the amount to be mentioned in words with estimates
Why is the account name not displaying in the activity report?
I am trying to create an Activity report to display all activities (Events) that has a subject that contains "Demo" and a Start DateTime of Tomorrow Onwards. The columns I am displaying are as follows: Subject; Start DateTime; End DateTime; Potential Name; Account Name; Company (from Leads); Activity Owner; Account Owner, Account Type and Stage (Potential). Cannot insert saved template into new email
Hi, 1. I went to Setup > Templates > Email Templates and created a new template for an email and I put it into both the Public Email folder and a new folder. 2. I then went to More > Emails > Compose new Email....and want to insert my saved HTML template into a new email. I tried clicking on Templates link on left - nothing showing. I tried Insert from top, and it says 'No Saved Template' Thanks for the help. Also, if it's easier, I could just paste my HTML directly into a new email, but cannot figure

How to create a new contact from Cases
I'm finding it difficult to create a new contact from Cases. We are a service management company which caters to the B2C and B2B markets so we use Accounts for our biz customers and Contacts for our B2C customers. In case of a call for a new job from a new customer; I can create a new Account from Cases after lookup fails to find that customer in its list. Similarly in the "Related To" field lookup finds the Contact but one can't search and create a contact on the fly like once can create an account.
Convert/connect Zoho CRM, to Projects, and Invoicing
Is there a way to link each functionality so I don't have to ipload each piece/reenter contact info/etc? For example, once we closed a contact I have the option to convert it to a project. Then if I create an invoice in Zoho Invoice it can be uploaded into a project task. If not, I would LOVE for this feature to be added. It would save me a ton of time.
Account Permissions for different individuals (Companies)
Is is possible to Create an account and give access to only this account to individuals in the organization. (i.e. an employee can only see accounts they are assigned with their log on). For our organization an account is a company that we are doing business with and we would like them to have access to their account information without seeing any other accounts other than what they are assigned.

Adding pictures business cards in the product tab
I like the new feature added to the leads & contacts (business card pictures) but it got me thinking. It would be nice feature if we could add a picture of each product to the business card in each record, 1 step further would be to let us use that uploaded picture in the list view. Also is it possible to add pictures to the potentials tab?
Purcahse Orders Setup/Template
Purchase Orders The setup is wrong as it shows "BILLING INFO" and "SHIPPING INFO". If you're creating a PO, then the BILL TO in the template should be titled as VENDOR. Then it pull all the address information under the 'chosen' vendor. SHIPPING INFO should be replaced withe the Organization Info - as the recipient of the order. Again, it pulls the address information under the Organization profile. Another suggestion will be to add the BILLING and SHIPPING INFO in the Organization profile.

Trying to eliminate a user in a trial account before upgrading to professional
Good Morning, We have a trial version and wish to upgrade to professional. However, the first email that was entered is not associated with a user, it is just a company account. I have tried to delete it, leaving my own account, without success. What am I doing wrong? Thank you, Molly

Not impressed with customer service
We are in Day 3 of a CRM evaluation and to be quite blunt, we are not at all impressed with the customer service at Zoho. It has been impossible to get someone on the phone, messages are not returned and email requests for help are not acknowledged. Am I missing something here? Do we not qualify for support since we are in an evaluation stage? Email field for accounts
Hi everybody, I see that in Zoho you cannot associate one or more email addresses to accounts. You need to create a contact in order to save an email address for an account. In our previous crm we were used to add the company email address to the account record, then create "personal" contacts with their respective email addresses. What is the common practice in ZohoCRM when you want to save (for example) a generic email address (like info at companyname.com) which does not belong to a real contact?

Error, when you go over 32,000 characters in a template, you can never recover from it no matter how much you delete. Forget Outlook integration that does not work, how about just working with Word. Edit Product Detail for Quotations/ Sales Order
Hi, This is the worst option i found in ZOHO CRM that if i create a Quotation or sales order and add some product in product detail block. If after some weeks my product price changed and i updated the product price from 100$ to 125$ then it replaced this price on all previous products in Quotations and Sales order and Invoice. Presale Question - Email field in Accounts
I'm in the process of migrating from another CRM platform. I see that by default the Accounts section in Zoho does not inlcude an email field. You need to create a contact in order to enter an email address. Our actual CRM platform can save multiple email addresses associated to the a single Account (and not to contacts), which makes sense since the company can have a generic address (eg. info@). We normally put the generic email on the Account then we create contacts for real people. How to do that
