Import Error
I am trying to upload an excel file to Zoho but i keep getting the error message - "Please ensure that Column Name(Header) in the import file should not exceed 100 characters". I have tried changing the file name, deleting columns, but it is not uploading. Previously, i managed to upload a similar file with no difficulty. Really appreciate the advice. Thanks.

Help importing UK phone numbers from Excel
Hi I cant see how to import a UK dialing code from excel as it starts with a zero, and imported from a number column on the formatted spread sheet , unless its a TEXT box imported from a csv it drops the zero in front of it which is no good to me, any ideas pls?

Hi. Is there a way to make an image link in a template that keeps the URL active when it converts to PDF for emailing? I have a template that i'm happy with and want to use a catchy image to prompt a simple initiation to book based on the quotes provided. Unfortunately as soon as i email or convert the quotes to a PDF the image loses the link. How can i prevent this from happening? Danny.

I want to know how many emails were sent today to my leads and contacts and who sent them the emails - we use Google apps for the email but have synced it with zoho. Let me know how can we get this report easily.
Potential pipeline by stage only shows deferred
So I can't figure out why when I go to the Potential Dashboard, my pipeline only has 1 color... and that is the category of deferred. I'm just starting to populate all my clients but I have several won and several lost and 1 deferred but it is the only one showing up. What gives?

Our business way is: We make a contact, it´s posssible than this contact help us with the selling processing (life distributor or subagent) or not (only contact) The contact can give us an account Sometimes the contact recieve any comission, sometimes don´t receive I think the best way for us in Zoho CRM it´s considerating "contact" if the person or company don´t help us at the moment with the selling processing and "vendor" in another case What´s your opinion? A Couple Suggestions...
I submitted a couple suggestions to your technical staff but nothing ever came of them. I am in hopes this Forum will have a different result. 1)When entering a lead from the main listing page to view a leads details and you return to the main list by pressing the back arrow it returns you to the top of the page. Invoice report... need it 'by product'. Any way in CRM to do this?
I don't see any way to produce an Invoice based sales report showing, for example, total sales of a product type in a year. I'm hoping I'm simply missing something. How do I set up zoho so that all emails are recorded by under the individuals information i.e, in leads? If I send a email by clicking on their email address it opens my outlook and sends it that way. (which is what I want) but it does not record the email in zoho unless I scroll down and click "send email" but if I do it that way then it does not send from my works outlook email.

CRM feature request for recurring tasks
I would like to see a special follow up task.. that I can set to a contact that only updates when it is completed rather than the normal recurring that places every recurring task in the list.. Sales : No logo in pdf exports
Hi when I want to export a sales into a pdf, the logo doesn't appear in the pdf instead of the logo appears a small broken icon, but if I selectet preview before impression, the logo is there. I respected the Zoho rules : (- 580px X 250px @ 300dpi) i tried jpg, png, gif... sames problem Any help please?
Field Update in a workflow
I am working in automation I have created a field update for the Account module I then create a new rule in the Potential Module On Create Edit of a potential I want to call the field update above - but it does not show in the list of avaiblable updates ( I have also tried creating from within the Rule but the field I need to update is not shown)

Ok heres my scenario, 1. created a new lead 2 converted to Potential 3. Wanted to send an email from our 'info@' address, so that all users can see whats going on, I can only set this up within 'email' module so i did, 4. Hello, In Leads, I am customising Lead Source e.g. XYZ exhibition 2012 instead of cold call can i copy amended lead source to have the same drop down list in contacts or do i need to create a new custom field from scratch called lead source and copy to potentials, contacts etc? Hi, Need to input more than one character in the search function? It's a good feature to English version but it 's a problem/bug to Chinese version (I guess all Asia version has same problem). For example: I want to list all my customer whose's last name is "王", I cannot do it due to this feature/bug. Outbound phone calls
It would be great to have the option when recording a call - to either have as completed call or attempted call. That would allow you to easily differentiate from a call where you left a voice mail to where you actually spoke with a person. Hate to record every attempt as a completed call. Any ideas ??

Hi there, I created a form on Zoho to put on my website to capture Lead information and it works wonderfully. But I was wondering if I could use this same form on other websites. I imagine the code that gets generated from creating the webform would paste fine under the hood of any site, but is there a way to track which site the form was filled out on? Add a link to a quote
We paste a map into all of our quotes. The map is different for each proposal, it is based on what the potential customer is ordering. I see that you can embed an image or link into the inventory template but I need to know if there is a way to add it to the quote so we do not have to change the template with every quote. The map could either come from Google Maps, Google Earth or it could be a png or jpg file. Thanks, Marcelle

I've created a list of Accounts and Contacts. Now I'd like to associate contacts with thier appropriate accounts. I don't see any Contact lookup in the Accounts tab and I don't see any Accounts in the Contact tab. Please advise.

Trying to start to test how it really works the PO system you have created, I have imported a first series of products. And from here it starts the notes: 1. I could import only Unit Prices (price I have to pay to my Vendor). Nothing related to my List prices. 2. I cannot create replicate our numbering scheme for Sales Orders in Zoho, any idea how to ?
We number our Sales Orders like this YYYYMMXXX, where YYYY is the booking year, MM the booking month, and XXX is an "Auto Number" being reset for each month. It seems to be a dealbreaker in the group to use Zoho CRM to be able to keep this numbering scheme. Now, it is important that this number is never a duplicate and it would be a pain to "skip" numbers as it would generate time-wasting researches.
