Report that shows a date field that = this month?
Is this not possible? Trying to figure this out. I want to make a report that shows a date field that = current month but that doesn't come u as an option. Right now I'm picking "is between" and I pick the first and 30th of the month but that I'd have to change every month and remember to do it. Is there any way at all to have it show current month as criteria or do I have to do it manually? Also is there no way to change the content of an email that's scheduled with report scheduler? Add custom field to in-module search?
Hello! I added a field to my Contacts module, and would like to be able to see this field either in my default view, or search for contacts where that field is empty. It is a check-box that functions like the "Email Opt out" field. I tried to add the new field to my search options in "Search Layout" customization, but still don't see it when I try to do an in-module search. I still only see the Phone, Contact Name etc., options... I hope that makes sense... Please help! Thanks.
Problem uploading XLS
I had a file of 1593 records so I split it up into one file of 1450 and the rest on the other file. When I try to upload the file of 1450 it kept telling me it had to be less than 1500. I highlighted about 1,000 rows down and deleted (even though they were blank) and the upload worked. Now though in the import wizard it only goes over to column 13 when there are 15 columns. This hasn't happened on any other spreadsheet besides this one.
Increase limits!
Please increase the limit on string type formula custom fields. Limiting to 2 fields is far too limiting for us. Surely it can't be that hard to increase the allowance on this.

Printing an Invoice in Portrait A4 from Zoho CRM
I'm having difficulty with printing out my invoice in Zoho CRM. I want to print it in A4 portrait but so far the only way I can manage to do that is to email myself and "quick print" the attached PDF. If I print straight from the platform it's missing the information from the right hand side of the invoice. If I save it as a PDF and try to print it (either as portrait or landscape) the invoice is squashed into the top left corner of a landscape page. How do I print the invoice in A4 all the

No User Activity Reports?
Admins should be able to view a report that shows detailed user activity including Log-in/Log-out time stamps, duration of time logged in, which leads/contacts were opened that day and the duration of time spent on each contact. I'd like to see all the outgoing emails sent by the user for the day/week/month etc. (I need to know if my remote employees are truly working or sitting on their hands.)

I require to get a report (or a view in Accounts Tab) of Accounts with no activity in a period of time (last 6 months etc) to keep on top of Customers that may not have been contacted within that time. Is there a way of doing this?
Associating leads to accounts
Hello Very much a newbie which you will be able to tell from my question! I have imported a load of leads from a spreadsheet I was using. Each lead has a company, lead name (my contact at the company) and the usual fields. What I want to do is extract the company from each lead and set that as the account. That way when I view my accounts, all my accounts are listed and each lead is associated with an account. Unless of course I'm doing it the wrong way! Thanks in advance!
Export tasks
Hi, I want to export my tasks to Google Apps Tasks. But I cannot find the settings to do this. When I go to Setup > Apps and addons > Google Apps I see only the possibilities to synchronise Contacts and Calendar. Although the documentation says there should be an option Tasks it isn't there. When I create a task in Zoho CRM there is no button "Save and Export to Google". I seached and searched for a solution, but cannot find it. Anybody an idea? Thanks Sophie

I'm looking for meeting notes for a contact at a company that would have been attached to the record by attaching an email. I know the company, but I can't remember the persons name (and we have more than a hundred contacts at this company) is there a way to search or sort contacts by most recent modification (including a modification like attaching an email from Outlook to a contact). Any other suggestions for how I would find these notes?

Why tasks and events are not automatically synced when openning a potential ? Seeing an empty event or task field let think there is nothing going on. Therefore it's necessary to manually sync these two fields each time you open a potential.

Regarding ( Select View, Create View ) for leads in Zoho CRM how do I delete a record in one view with out deleting the record in other views. I created a view for example specifically just for one target market in which I deleted all other records with in that view, only to find out I actually deleted all those records in EVERY view listing I had in my account :( Yes I restored the records but obviously not the point. I just have a general question regarding to contact records. Is there anyway to have a notification or an alert sound when a new contact record appears in zoho.
