Taxes in invoice
Hi I am having some troubles trying to create an invoice in Zoho CRM. I have defined a tax rate (VAT) with a value of 18%, and a product (Product A). Product A has VAT activated. When I create an invoice: - If I click Tax on the product line, I get a message "No taxes associated to this product". - If I click Tax at the bottom of the invoice, a box shows up which does include "VAT: 18%", but it behaves as it if the subtotal was 0 (which it's not). Is this an error of Zoho, or am I doing something
google chrome and lookup fields not working
Team, When using Google Chrome, I am unable to select from a lookup field table. I have tried many different approaches but I have been unable to make this work. When I need to populate a lookup field I go to IE to complete the field. Needless to say this is not ideal. Any fixes or work arounds?
Undo Copy Customization
We are planning to try "Copy Customization" but it is possible we may need to undo if the results are not as hoped. Is the process reversible?

Can't open pdf attachments from Zoho
I am using the latest version of Chrome and I am unable to open a pdf attachment. I click the link and nothing happens. There has to be a setting in Chrome that is causing this since I was able to do this in the past. Normally I would receive a download or open in Zoho viewer option. Now I click the link and nothing happens. No error just nothing like it didn't click on it at all. I had this problem in the past with Firefox and switched to Chrome and now the same problem. Help is greatly appreciated.
Data Migration Wizard Errors
Hi there, I am trying to import Calls via the "Migrate from other CRM" in the setup. No matter how I format things (especially date), it always fails. And this is the most frustrating. It just fails with no error report or log. Just a stupid email telling me it failed. Given that this feature is for Admins setting up the system, you really need to provide logs. Can you please provide me with sample csv files for the various modules in the Migration modules so that I can be sure my data is formatted

Create reports with related modules
Hope someone can help here, or I need to contact support I just dont know what I'm doing wrong. I start to create a report I select the main Module ie Contacts, I then select 2 related modules Potential business and say accounts. I then have in the available columns all my fields from my related modules I then choose the ones I want, move them into the selected columns and run the report however the report contains no information from the 2 related modules. Unable to send email to a contact from another user
We would like all our email to contacts to be sent from a house account. For example, support@example.com. I have created a user for this account and they have a unique email address. The account has been confirmed. I have created an email template and used this email address in the from field. However, when I send an email to the contact, the mail continues to use the current user's email, not the support@example.com. It will not let me update the from address either. Any thoughts?

text area field too narrow - only allows text in half the size of the box
THe area for viewing and typing text in a text area field is half the size of the text field area grey area in which the actual text appears. It seems like there is another column or an indent or tab of some kind within the field I'ts incredibly annoyng because my screen now has text fields that take up half the screen with only one or two short words in each line.

Editing the dropdown options in a contacts field
In the page layout for contacts, i had added a field called "Gender". I also gave it a drop-down "Male" or "Female". I did this last week. I can select one value or multiple connected field values, but not unconnected field values, for example: Assume the field values are, in sequence, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 I could select 1 or 5 or 7, for example, or 123, 3456, 567, 89, or any combination of connecting field values. Retiring/removing contacts - best practices
Hi all! I can't find any help regarding this… in Zoho CRM a Contact has just quit his job. We don't know where he'll work next, but obviously, he's no longer part of the company listed in Accounts If we delete him, then we lose all of the history attached to him (and the Account). Re-Submitting User Interface Change Request
Back about 1 year ago when I was still one of the BETA testers for the new ZCRM UI (User Interface) I asked if it is possible to "lock" the main toolbar to the top of the screen. I find that when using long records - such as complete contact, account or potentials records I have to do a lot of extra scrolling. Creating a report
Hello- I am trying to find out if it is possible to add the "notes for this account" section into a report I am creating. I am trying to create a report that I can download into Excel that would include Name, Specialty, Address, etc but would also include any notes I have added. I used to do reports like this with Salesforce but can not figure it out in Zoho. I can attach an example report of one that I am trying to get it to look like if that would help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Importing Events/Tasks/Calls
Does anyone have a step-by-step guide for importing Events/Calls/Tasks. Can't find anything in the help sections (seems very glossed over). When I try, the imports does not link to Accounts or Contacts, but does link to the Leads module. Zoho themselves had a chat with me, but are seemingly unable to understand my problem. It's simple, when importing Events for an other CRM, the import does not link to th the Account and Contact records, even though the Account Name and Contact Name are identical.
Dynamic Subject in Workflow Task
I created a workflow task that will automatically create a task for me when I generate a new quote. The new task puts itself out 7 days and is just a reminder for me to contact the customer to see if they are ready to sign their contract (quote). The issue I am running into is that when I generate the task, I want the subject to dynamically reflect either the Contact or Account name so that I know who to call at a brief glance in either the Zoho CRM home page or my Outlook Tasks. Add "Product Code" field in Purchase Order
Hi, In our Product module under Product Information we use the two fields Product Name, (mandatory), and Product Code. It happens that we have the same product name which are differentiated by their codes. In the Purchase Order module under the section Product Details, (where you add the line items you are buying), we see the Product Name but I would also like to see the Product Code. Web to contact form no longer working after joomla upgrade.
We recently upgraded our website to Joomla 2.5 and the developer copied over the code for our web to contact. I've tried re doing the web to contact form but its still not working. Importing Activities into Zoho CRM
How do you import Activities into Zoho CRM and ensure that they are linked to the appropriate Contact records? When I try to import a csv file containing Activity records, and I open the CSV file using Excel, it is modifying the Activity ID numbers. When I view the CSV file in Notepad, the numbers appear correct. I reported this problem one week ago. Please advise on when you will have a fix for importing Activity records. Thanks! Brian

Import problems with CSV file (coma or semi-colon)
Hi I can't import, in my Enterprise version Zoho CRM, my leads.... just a try of two persons :) In the screen where I have to choice the right field.... in the field I have not the label of a CSV file column but all the labels separated by a semi-colon... societe;nom;prenom;... If I accept and I import this value, it is possible, I get all these labels in my fields (and not the data to be populated. Does this problem come from my "CSV (Coma delimitedted) *CSV " file or from Zoho CRM settings ?

I had a question about the bulk email feature through the Zoho CRM. Let me offer you a scenario: I want to email about 1700 contacts using the bulk mail merge feature. CRM Text Size.
Hi, I use Zoho CRM here in work and yesterday the text went very small. I tried to adjust it in the browser settings but when I put it on a set it to a size that made it easy to read the CRM pages the text was much too big on other pages. I've tried turning it on and off and logging out of Zoho and so far nothing has worked. Is there anything I can do? Thanks, Eoin.
