Workflow rule execution
I need help setting up my workflow rules for the Leads module. My situation is as follows: My Status field in the Leads module can take one of the three values: [EMPTY] Follow up 1 Follow up 2 I also have two follow up email templates. What I want to achieve is to have the system automatically send the first follow-up in one day after the lead creation date, and the second follow up - in 8 days after the lead creation date. Log in as admin to see another account.
It would be great as an administrator to be able to be able to log in to a CRM user's account without them having to give me their password every time. I occasionally run into problems where it would be helpful to log in as the user and see what they are seeing to troubleshoot the problem. I know Sales Force gives users the ability to temporarily grant the administrator access to their account. Any thoughts on this?
Mail Merge
Hi, I'm completely new to Zoho CRM. I want to start creating a number of databases for both prospects and existing clients whom I will be direct mailing (hard copy not email) on an ongoing basis as part of a new marketing campaign. Email template fonts not behaving
I have created several email templates in Zoho CRM that we use as part of responses to leads. I have used the edit tools to set the font to Arial, and to make other format changes. Exporting ZOHO Leads
Hi, I am confused, can someone help. In my ZOHO leads when I check the total number of leads I get a figure of 5,192. When I export the leads I end up with a 3,100 leads. Am I doing something wrong? I would like to export all of my 5,192 leads. Thanks.

Hello, I see the little telephone image next to the phone number at the topic of a contact, lead, or account view... but, phone numbers displayed elsewhere don't show that clickable image... and the normal click-to-call function in Google Chrome for Skype doesn't appear to work anywhere within Zoho. "Subject" field : how to add name in the list
To create a new task, there is the "subject" field which is a required field. Subject field is not a pick list. To fill in this field, we can click on the icon "subject name lookup", so we can chose some name for the subject in a list, and it is also possible to write a specific name. return page web-to-lead
hi, I have actived web-to-lead on my ZohoCRM account (hosted account). I changed the URL shortly after setting the whole thing up, and this new URL does show indeed in the settings. But once the form is submitted, the web visitor is taken to the first URL IO specified, not the updated one. Any body with the same issue? Any help would be appreciated. Best regards. Converting from multiple Quotes fields?
I am a little confused as to how I can work this. I have 3 sections in the layout for our Quotes page for multiple quotes. I want to convert to a Sales Order from a previously created Quote. This issue here is I want to take the information from one of the three sections made in the quote, to make one record for a sales order. Importing best practices and questions
I have a list of 800 accounts in csv format. Most of the accounts are leads, some of the accounts are customers. As a general rule of thumb, where do you recommend a list like this be imported to? If all are imported to leads, those that are customers could be converted to accounts. Do you recommend only one import location per list? Report Buttons Not Working
Our company has a Professional subscription and recently we are not able to access the following buttons/functions on the Reports tab: - Create Report - Create Report Folder - Report Scheduler We also cannot expand the "Account and Contact Reports" section by clicking the "+" sign. We are also unable to access the "Configure Zoho Reports >>" link in the upper right corner of the Reports tab screen. When I check the profile settings, I find that all options for reporting and dashboard are missing.
How to add PHONE number to the Activites view
This just seems like something so obvious and I can't believe I can't find it. When I add a TASK for a person that I want to call back, I'd like to be able to see that persons PHONE NUMBER in the actives list. Ive added every field possible in the views, and the best that it gets is the person's name, but not their phone number. I'd like to be able to just print my tasks, seeing the person I need to call back with their phone number. Is there a way to do this in the FREE edition? thanks.
Convert Potential back to Lead?
Forum Community - I can not figure out how to convert a closed potential back in to a lead. For example: a "lead" was called on and converted in to a "potential", the deal was lost but we need to put then back in to a "lead" to follow up with in another 8 months. How do we do this? Zoho support team, We have the web-to-lead form working fine, and are already getting the data in Zoho CRM, but on pressing submit, it just takes the visitor back to the home page. How do you convert a group of leads into events?
We are trying to convert a group of 30 or more New Leads into Events. It is only allowing to Mass Update them into Alerts but not Events. Is there anyway to set an event through a mass update?

Best way to add a sales visit to a contact record
I have used other CRM's and I am now setting myself up in ZOHO. What is the best way to record a sales visit with a contact. I see sales call, but no way to easily record a visit. As a work around I created a picklist field under event so that I can show a visit, but I am betting that there is an easier way.
Error in importing leads
Hi, I am trying to import leads from an excel sheet and I don't get any error message but no of records imported/ignored/skipped all are zero (0). But when I look at the 'Import History' I see the import has failed. Is there any location or message on which column the import failed or which value triggered the crash?? Thanks.

When I use the migrate from CRM import function, I am unable to get the leads to import with the correct create date. Date format in data file is: 2005-12-31 Would prefer to not have 3000 leads with todays date....
Show lead name in activities
I have a view to show upcoming activity and can display everything apart from the lead name. I can only show the contact name. Is there a way to add this or should I discard my leads and just add everybody to the system as a contact? Thanks

I am unable to determine if ZOHO does or does NOT support the stay in touch feature, allowing to send an email to leads and contacts with a link enabling them to update their own information. Get information from one module into another
Is there any way to pull an e-mail field from a different module. I have leads with a vendor assigned to them. I want to set up notifications that will be sent out to both the lead and the vendor associated with the lead using a workflow. I have created a look up field and am able to pull the vendor name from the vendor module, but is there a way to pull the the e-mail form the vendor module so i can cc them on the auotmatic notifications being sent to the lead?
