We have a lot of customers that have either changed names or have been acquired by larger companies. Is there a quick and easy way to have an alias name for companies so if we search by a new company name or acronym they will appear in the search results?
Look up selection does not work with chrome browser
The look up option does not allow you to select any options when using Google Chrome. You can select the look up box and the box with the look up selections appears but you cannot select any of the options. This has happened for many months. Basically I have to use IE to populate look up fields because I cannot do it with Chrome

How to track referrals . . .
Is there a way to track referrals inside of Zoho? For example I have lead "Jim Smith" Jim refers 4 new clients to me. I would like to be able when I click on the lead "Jim Smith" see a list of the 4 new clients that he has referred that I could click on and be taken to the full record for each of the 4 new clients whether they are still leads or have been converted into contacts.
Linking annual revenue field to potentials won
Is it possible to make a link between the annual revenue field for an account and potentials that have been closed and won? So that when you mark a potential as 'closed won' it updates the annual revenue field? Thanks
Where to import a company I would like to contact . . .
I'm new to Zoho and looking for some suggestions. When I find a company that I would like to contact where should I put that into Zoho? Should it go into the lead column? I usually come across a couple of companies a day where I think, "I would like to contact them in the future" but I'm not sure where to best put them. Thanks,
Error 4401 on insertRecords for Notes

We have quotations which need to show discount and tax % on each line item. Currently, we customized it to show only disocunt and tax amount. Is it possible to show %ages instead. Hello, WHen I create a weblink of a contact to another URL, and set the Query string to have the Company, it doesn't convert - "ACME Inc" to "ACME Inc" Instead it does ACME+Inc Can you fix? Needs proper URL encoding I would think (Under customization, links, create link)

Product Description in Quote Module
I'm a newbie at Zoho having used ACT and an Outlook based CRM. Why is the product description not populated when filling out a quote? I've input the description into the Product module but the description is blank on the quote item. I have had to cut and paste the description from the Product module into the Quote module item moving back and forth between each. With several items on each quote, it is very time consuming and doesn't make sense. Am I missing something?
Send Potentials to approval based on the products entered
Into a Potential page, we need a button to "submit" this potential to approval of a superior user (product manager) based on the products entered into this potential. And after submitting the approval, we would like the potential stay locked until the superior user approves the potential. Is there any way to do this?

Additionally, I have had some good experience with the support staff, so I don't want to seem negative. Moving Member Accounts Info to another location on the Accounts detail record
I have some accounts that are parent accounts. The Member Accounts information is currently at the bottom of the detail record, out of view. How do I move this information further up? I don't see a Member Accounts field in the Customization > Layouts.
Where are Custom Links displayed?
I have created Custom Links (Setup->Customization->Links) for a module. However I can NOT find a way to display it on the form. Another thread says that you can not view a Custom Link in a custom view...what does that mean? Any form layout that has been modified will not show a custom link? Thanks for your help
Removing fields - unable to process your request
I keep getting a message that says "Unable to process your request" when i try to remove an unwanted field. I go to customization / layouts and drag the item to the "List of Removed Fields" section. URL support for search variable
I am trying to figure out how to integrate our phone system....... I would like to issue a URL such as: https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/xml/SOME.asp?authtoken=11255548888887b2b16b6d53a1f8c&SearchStuff=6505551212 where it passes the callerid and have a search completed exactly as if I had typed it in the search box......... If I do this from the search box with a phone number, it can result in multiple hits in Accounts and Contacts, and brings up a multi-hit search page where you choose the record
report criteria
In the report criteria options, when selecting a date criteria it would be very helpful to be able to have an option "over XX days" or "before XX days". This would allow selection of all records which had been modified over XX days ago, but not within the last XX days. Or, if this is already possible, can you tell me how it is done? -Rick Rick Blythe

Web Tabs Not Displaying Page Content
We are experimenting with Web Tabs. The first URL I tried was for Projectmanager.com. Not all pages on that site display properly in the Web Tab. Are there limitations as to what Web Tabs can display? Do I need to add modifiers to the URL? See the attached screen captures to compare.

Hi If you try to create an email in a lead, and the email is illegal e.g. xxx.yyy@<space>zzz.com you get a permissions error rather than an illegal email error ! Regards Malcolm
