Manufacturing control (Item level in Sales Orders)
We use Accounts, Quotes, Sales Orders and Invoices to control a manufacturing order-basis business. When a Sales Order is "Approved", the Manufacturing department starts to produce it. When Sales Order is "Delivered", we convert it to Invoice. We need to control the number of Items in the Sales Orders that are already Manufactured. So, the right way to this is create a Custom Field in the Product Details section of the Sales Orders indicating "Status of the Item" (Pending, Manufactured, etc.) but

web to lead - assigned lead to user - how can you set notifications to alert user they have a lead? Currently we have to login and check manually The user is verfied but nothing comes throught at all. please tell me you can notifiy the user? There must be a setting somewhere, no menu called Notifications anywhere in view. This is the free edition perhaps thats the issue?
Standard Report Filters
I need to create a report which uses more than one standard filter. Adding filters only adds advanced filters which do not have the wide choice of date options (such as Last 30 Days), only specific calendar dates. How can I chain more than one standard filter together?
Industry pick lists
I created a custom pick list for the "Industry" field in the setup area but it does not appear when I select edit the "Industry" field on an account. What am I doing wrong?
Converting leads to contact/accounts
I would like to convert leads to contacts only. Once the contact signup, I would then convert them to an account. Currently I only have the option to convert a lead to both contact and account at the same time. I am new to the software....what am i missing?

Zoho CRM vs Nutshell CRM
I was curious to know if anyone has used Nutshell CRM and what they think of it compared to Zoho CRM? The three things that stood out most to me about Nutshell while briefly researching them is that 1) When creating a new lead in Nutshell CRM, Nutshell automatically searches and finds if that lead / company has been entered before so you do not have a duplicate record. 2) Allows you to de-dup very quickly and easily where as in Zoho, you need to be an Enterprise user, but i have read that it still doesn't work
Direct URL to Lead/user
IS there a way to copy the URL which directly points to a lead or a user so that I can quickly reference it later? When I currently do this, it seems to take me to the Pulse page, which is undesirable.
Zoho free account- the server is not responding

Getting Around the mass email limitation of 250 per day
I have a list of 364 names in Zoho and want to send a Mass Email to all of them. When I used an Mass email with a template, ZOHO responded that they sent 250 emails only. What method can I use to separate my email lists into chunks of 250, so that I can be sure that I emailed everyone on the list. I tried creating views that would do the first letters of their last name, but I was not able to create a view of last names that are greater than "A" and less than "F". I'm new at this - perhaps this is a rookie move... I just saw the links option in the setup/customization page. I have just set it so that I have a link on every contact page to see a list of my emails to this contact from my Gmail account. I first searched in gmail for an email address. What I am trying to do is somehow have a field that calculates the product price based on some criteria that the user enters in our web-to-leads form. Task reminders: one click close from email
When you get an email reminder it would be nice to be able to mark the task as completed (and shut off any existing reminders) directly from the email. As it is now you can follow a link to the task, sign in to Zoho if you are not signed in already, find the section to change the task status to complete, and then also remember to uncheck the reminder box. The difference between a couple of seconds and a minute or more to complete a simple thing.

Some info disappears...
When I convert a Lead to an Account, I can't find see some info such as Notes that I had entered in Leads, in each Account. Even if I click back to Leads, its not there either...it just says it has been converted to an Account.

I am setting up a holiday rental system. Potentials are Bookings and Products are Properties. We have added the rental "from" and "to" dates on the Potential and populated those to the Quote. On the Invoice there is no option to include custom fields from the Potential (or quote) - this seems like a bug or simple omission - the Potential, Quote and Invoice are all linked and should have access to the same data. Sharing leads with another person
Hi there, I'm a startup and have a list of sales leads I want to share with my partner. I'm using Zoho's CRM tool. I've created a Zoho account and imported our leads list into the CRM. I've also invited my partner as a friend, but clearly that is not the way to share the list. She just creates her own blank Zoho account. How do I share my leads list with her? Setting up automated tasks / call list
Hi - just switching to Zoho from an archaic system. One thing I was able to do, however, in this old system, was quickly set a followup date, and the system would display a list of contacts on that date. For example, I leave a voicemail on 3/5, note it, and set the calendar to 3/12. Then on 3/12, this lead, and all other leads appear. Should I be setting up a workflow? What field would trigger this? Were finding it difficult to get a accurate picture of which contacts are hot, it would be an excellent feature if the pulse would update when an email was attached to a contact just like it updates when a note is attached, so our users can see who is in contact with who, and what the current conversation is about is this already available ? if not is it planned ?
