How to use Zoho to track a range of marketing activities over a group of leads
I am struggling to understand how I should use Zoho to track my various marketing initiatives over a period of time to a group of leads and the response I get each time. If I provide an example it may help. Say I gather a database of 1000 leads from various sources and wish to telemarket or email market to 100 leads per week and after 10 weeks I want to start the cycle again, how can I best use Zoho to track the marketing activity so I can see what approaches I have made to each lead over a period
Need Help With Bringing Info From My Website To ZOHO!
I have a problem and is wondering could some help me. I have a website up on the internet called mypmp.ie. You can register on the site to look at the information on it. My problem is when a user registers on the site i want all there details to go from mypmp,.ie straight to zoho instead of manually making excel docs and transferring that information. Google Apps - Zoho CRM login issue
Log in problem: Upgraded to Firefox 4.0 within the past week. Since then when logging into Google apps to access email and apps - I can not load Zoho CRM. In Google apps email when I navigate to "More" where Zoho CRM normally is active I get " Loading" which never resolves. I can access the CRM through the Zoho login page using the Google apps domain name. When I do get access to the CRM the data is slow to load into the Dashboard. Just FYI - I am operational but need additional steps to get there.

Updating calendar activity breaks the related to link?
Just noticed something today that when I update a calendar item (change meeting time for instance) in Outlook and then resync to Zoho, Zoho seems to lose any related to info that I previously set. Is this a bug?
Address is displayed incorrectly
On the Leads layout, I changed the address section to display in one column. When I go to New Leads, the address fields are squashed to the right hand side. (When I view existing leads, the address fields display properly.) How can I get the address fields to line up properly? I've included a screen shot of the problem.
typing bug while while entering account name in the 'creating a new contact' page
While inside the Create a Contact page: typing an Account Name - the cursor jumps and won't type the word correctly. Does this in Firefox and Chrome. Driving everyone here crazy.

How to import Accounts including Contact information?
Hi, Can someone help me with this import problem: I want to import my accounts and related contacts from an Excel-file. All info (like Account name, Billing street, Billing code, Contact, Contact's Street, Contact's phone, Contact's address, etc.) are in the rows of that spreadsheet. If I try to import the Accounts I cannot map the contacts' info from the spreadsheet to the corresponding contact's fields in Zoho CRM. No contact details are showed when I try to look for a contact
I click on Contacts and select one contact. Then I get this screen with no details of may contact. How can I resolve it?
Note formatting
Starting a couple of weeks ago when my co-workers or I click on a note to view the content, the popup that displays the note is often very wide and you can't even read it. The only way we have been able to view our notes is through "Print Preview".
New to CRM have a questions about Direct mailers
I do most of my marketing via Direct Mailers to companies. How would you suggest I do the following: 1. I need to mail a brochure once a month to potential customers. 2. If they buy i take them off the mailing list, and don't mail them again. 3. If they haven't i continue to send them a brochure. I would like to use the "Print Mailing Labels" feature available. Need help reporting on Lead activity
I would like to be able to have both Views and Reports of Leads, with the most recent associated activity (1 to 3 most recent Events or Tasks). Lead Reports can pick up associated emails and Notes, but not Events or Tasks. Views are unable to associate other data modules at all. Document Management through Mail Merging
Hi, does anyone know if there is a workaround whereby Zoho will save a mail merged document (not an email) automatically under the contact/ account attachments section? At present, if you ran a mail merge to 10 people in your database, you would then have to save the doc on your desktop and manually attach it to each of the 10 contacts in your Zoho CRM. David

I have implemented ZOHO in my organisation and it has been used in earnest for over a year now with us steadily Increasing the amount we use it. We have SAP in our organisation and ZOHO overcomes many of the limitations that SAP has. how can I have report on totals of count in groupings in the report and filters
Currently, when I run a report and group by a column value (such as status) I can't get a sub-total count of the number of records for each sub-grouping. The only totals it allows are for actual "values" such as "revenue" or "employee count" -- but I really need to show the number values. Also, for that same report, I need to filter out by lead-source...right now, I can only see it for the entire lead-universe. how can I filter by lead-source?

Hi, I have a question that I would like to be answered. I need to set up different emails, for pre-determined dates, to be sent for external users (could be CRM contacts). Example: you're a teaching enterprise and you need to send emails in defined dates to your students - 3 emails per week, for 5 weeks (15 different emails). Each email has to be sent to various students at the same time. Activities only lets you set up recurrent activities to crm users, not external entities. Could you please help
CRM - can't sign up!
I have signed up for Creator and have been exploring it and just now tried to sign up for CRM but it says my username is already in use - which is true, it ME! :) Does this mean one has to have a totally separate username/pass word for each of the Zoho parts one wants to use? (That doesn't make sense.) Also, when - if? - I do get signed up for CRM, it talks about putting other users on the program that they must have a Zoho account - is this different from the account one has for each part? Tks
Conditions in email
We have a generic template set up for our clients. The problem is that in the message we refer to the persons gender as he or she. We know the gender in our lead form set as male or female. Is there a way in the email template to say: if lead gender = male then he else she. example: we will then pick up your Father when he is ready. we will then pick up your Sister when she is ready.

Update of fields via HTML Form as per Unsubscribe function
I current use code provided by Zoho to allow for automated unsubscribe from within my website (i.e. user supplies email address and form automatically updates the opt-out field associated with that emal within Zoho. I would like to able to do something similar with other fields associated with a specific email address (e.g. by only supplying email address I would like to be able to automatically update any other field for that user). Notes Section in the Vendor Layout

It would be very helpful if you could tab through fields from top to bottom on the left column, then move to the top of the right column and tab down. SalesForce has the option to set-up each section under the page layout to tab left-right or top-bottom. Ability to link Contact to a Campaign
I would like the ability to link or attach an existing Contact to a Campain. Currentyl, you can only create a new contact within a campaign, but not existing ones. For example, I may want to re-assign a group of clients to a new advisor. So, I create a Campaign called "Clients to Reassing to John", then I add all my clients to that Campaign. Then, as we change the agent on a client to John, we remove that contact from the Campagin. If there is another way process this workflow, I am open to ideas.
