Running reports with Parent Account gives an error
I have been creating a simply report with just two criteria, Parent Account is/contains {name}, and Status is New.When I try to run this report I get an error screen telling me to inform Zoho. I did probably 5 or 6 times and this problem still has not been fixed. What is going on here? This is a crucial report for me and zoho is unreliable. Please fix this problem or show me a workaround solution. I want to generate a report that shows me all new cases with specific parent accounts, and right now
No Response - Potentials Available Field List
There has been no response from Zoho to the following post made 4/14. Please provide an update. _________________________________________________________ I am trying to change the selected field list in Potentials. I can remove a field from the Selected Field list but it will not allow me to move a filed from the Available Field List to the Selected Field List. Hi, I got a new laptop on the weekend and that is the only thing I have changed. What I am getting is a day error on the CRM calendar where it is showing it to be tomorrow compared to my computer day (and reality!). Error when sending request to zoho
Hi, Some where in my application there is need to update the Leads record with some data for some specific fields. It is working fine when the data is small/ not too bulky. When there is huge data for a field in the leads record, when my application sends request to zoho for update, i am getting this error "The underlying connection was closed: The connection was closed unexpectedly.". I am not sure why it is happening. Can any body suggest a solution on this issue? Thanks

Every account has its own Distributor/Cusftomer ID text field. I have tried to make a lookup field in my Invoice layout where I chose from a list of Accounts in order to populate the Quote's Distributor/Cusftomer ID field, but it has not worked. Field level security: some fields are greyed out in the visible column
In the doc... http://zohocrm.wiki.zoho.com/Setting-up-Field-level-Security.html it says... For example, "Sales Stage" and "Amount" fields in Potentials module may not be required for a person looking at customer support. Similarly, "Status" of the cases can be hidden for the users other than customer support persons. But I can't untick "status" in "cases", it's greyed out. Also "sub total", "grand total" in "invoices" is greyed out too which would be needed for a customer support/non-sales profile.

I have created 3 reports in CRM that I need to show up on one Dashboard. How do I have the report show up exactly as they show in reports so I can see my metrics on these items. Hi, Please assist. I want my PA to be able to have access to my CRM Calendar as I need her to be able to see my diary when she scedules appointments. Mail not working in CRM
I'm having difficulty getting a user setup with email for our domain. Mine (the administrator) appears to work just fine. However, the other user is not getting email sent to her address at the domain. I've noticed that by name appears followed by the correct email address in the folder frame on the left of the screen. Problem with autoresponder sending initial email again
I set up an autoresponder that is using a custom view in "leads" that contains two names. I set it up to send the inital email, and then subsequent different emails at 2, 5, and 7 days. This all worked fine. But on day 8, both of my "leads" received the initial email AGAIN. Neither of these "leads" were active in any way (on the website or in Zoho). A few minutes ago, I received my 2 day email AGAIN, so it appears that it is cycling through my autoresponses for the second time. Is this a known
Is it possible to link two separate Zoho CRMs systems together?
I am looking to share some of our Zoho CRM data with a sister company without sharing our Zoho CRM system itself. The sister company runs its own version of Zoho CRM. Is there any way of integrating the two separate systems together to share, for example, only leads that relate to a particular territory? Or having automatic forwarding into the CRM of the sister company when certain rules apply? We don't really want to have to go through a process of importing and exporting data as Excel files! Thanks
Email template for workflow alert putting sender info in record, not user's
Have a workflow rule working correctly. I associate an alert, alert working well. The email template is a 'contact' template, with {user.first name} and similar user fields. When the alert runs, the generated email puts in my (admin" user data. I want these fields to be from the record that triggered the alert. The rule is a field match to a specific string in a menu I made.

Lead Management - Entries in under "Brands" and "Lead type" disappear
Whenever I click the "Edit" button within a lead, I loose all the information placed under "Brands". The same is true for what i have selected under "Lead type". How can this be resolved?

Is it possible to change the columns displayed in the views you get when you are in Accounts, Contacts or Home screens. For example, right now under an Account, in the Contacts section it lists the: Contact Name - Email - Phone - Mobile - Fax. I would like to change these columns. I know I am such a new person question here, but how can I see a report of list of the number of hours worked on a case (activities, tasks, etc...)? I would like to know how many hours were spent on tasks in a case. Is there a way to do this?
BUG in Web-to-Lead Form
1) Web-to-Lead Form doesn't work for 1st time when you open http://seomixi.com/contact_us.html 2) Subsequently if you again try to submit the same form, it works. 3) This issue happens from some PCs (out of 7 PCs, 5 were not working consistently). 4) The problem is easily reproducible. 5) We are loosing lots of leads due to this bug.
