Sending emails upon leadregistration
Hi, I am using Zoho CRM and I am using web2lead forms to get customer data from my website. The different webforms adds leads to different leadsources. When a lead is generated, I need to be able to send the form content to spesific email adresses wich are not users i the crm system. Do I need creator for this? If so, where can I find documentation on doing this? Thank you.
Call pop ups
I noticed that using this CRM and other Web based CRM's there is not a call log. The call log being a list of customers or accounts you are suppose to call for the day that are set up as well as a pop up via an alarm functionality. I have really only seen this in Direct software (not web based). Is this something that could be added, or if it is there, where is it. cobbxj
Contact Views - Last Name Sorting
I want to cycle through and call a group of names in our contact list. To narrow the list, I created a new "View" and selected, for example "Mailing State" is "MI" as the search criteria. It doesn't really matter what the criteria is. The narrowed list of only Michigan contacts is on the screen. I want to work the group alphabetically by last name. (Yes Zoho Support, I changed the "Name Format" to "Last Name", "First Name", Salutaion".) I click on the letter "A" above the list to display only
Problem with password change...
I have a new Zoho CRM account. I am trying to change my password, but the Setup->>Change Password function is telling me that the old password I am entering is incorrect. I have tried several times and have entered the old password very carefully, so I don't think I am mistyping it. Additionally, I had just logged in successfully with the old password. Is there some minimum period of time that must pass before I can reset the password? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. statestreetnetworks
Cases not able to use the "Product Name:" Lookup field
Hi, My "Cases" Mod (which is named Design Status) has a bug in it now it started on Monday. If I go to a "Contact" and scroll down & add a "New Case" (or "New Design Status") When the new "Case" (Design Status) comes up and I click on the "Product Name:" to add a product it says "there are no products" if I click New Product & then add a new product all of the rest of the products show up. What is going on? This is making my design team CRAZY! T-Lynn

Records dissappearing
Dear CRM team We have been using the CRM for approximately 5 months now. When a customer makes a purchase we convert a quote into a sales order. The sales order or quote is also converted into an invoice, but not necessarily at the same time the sales order is created. However we will not create an invoice until the sales order is created. CRM Calendar to start on Monday
Hi, I have been searching high and low, but I have not found a place where I could change the CRM Calendar Settings to the European style Mon-to-Sun instead of the current Sun-to-Sat. Please advise how I should do that or if you are planning to add such an option and when? I know this is a matter of habit, but all the members of my team are complaining how disturbing this is. Contact Lists
Hello, I have just read through the WIKI pages for Zoho CRM and I cannot seem to find a solution to the following problem. I basically want to be able to structure my contacts into contact lists. A contact should also be able to be a member of several lists and a list can be a "sublist" of another list. Is that possible to do? I am a small first aid training business and I like the CRM but want to make sure I am using it correctly. This is my process. I plan to run a first aid course, set a date and advertise in various locations. Currently I am logging this info in Campaigns. When a potential customer is interested I go into Campaigns and add a new contact. My reason for this is that if I go into Potentials I need an account name and clearly the first aid course isn't an account as it is mine! If I go into leads then
Automated Invoice Follow-up Emails
In the stand alone Invoice by Zoho, I can customize automated follow-up reminders if an invoice is not paid in X number of days. Is this same level of customization available if I use Invoices as part of my Enterprise CRM subscription?
Owners with the same last name doesn't report correctly
We have users with the same last name. The job tab, when sorted by owner gets a bit mixed up. However, when running a report, only user #1 shows up, and the 2nd user's jobs are mixed in to user #1 list. How can this be fixed?

Hi: CRM experts: I am not sure if that is mission impossible: I am using CRM, since I need ship my products to my customers (we are in USA, so most likely we will use UPS, FedEx), I need a kind of shipping module so I can know the shipping fee based on weight, also need generate a tracking #... I am pretty sure I need use UPS, FedEx API to get data from them (such as shipping fee, tracking #...), but I still want to use current customer information from CRM, what is the best way to make that happens?
Populate custom fields with a mass import (contacts)?
I have created custom fields and I want to mark 500 of my 785 records in one of the fields. I do NOT want to import the 500 records again and have to de-duplicate all of those records. How can I do this? Is it even possible? I want a segment of my total database invited to an event and I need those records marked that the contact was invited.
Internet Explorer Error?
When I am in Zoho on Internet Explorer (CRM - Leads), all of the fields are blank. Yet, when I click on "Print Preview" all of the information is displayed. The "edit" button is also not working properly. I click on Edit (the edit button at the top next to Delete, Clone, etc) and nothing happens. Please Help!
Product List: Accounts & Prospects
When i create a product list, it is common in our industry to have interest from Company's we track who are both prospects and established accounts. Yet, when i create a "product" report, it cannot create a single list, which is a HUGE shortcoming. Since you can tie both prospects and accounts to a SINGLE product, why can you not export a SINGLE report list? Why should we have to create two reports?
Why does Zoho CRM free version not allow me to attach a file to an emai?
It says I have exceeded my file storage limit by storing my attachments. Upgrade your file storage or you can send mail without the attachments. I don't need to store attachments, but I would like to send emails with attachments.
Allocating leads to each user
I would like to have several users each with their own leads. So basically I allocate each user their leads and they are not able to see the leads of the other user. Is this possible? Thank you for any help or advice you can provide
Sent emails not showing in details of contactperson in CRM
We made this setup: Zoho Mail add-on installed. ´Emails´ tab activated in Zoho CRM Syncing emails with our Google Apps account through the filter setup as described. However, Emails sent to a contact person, sent from the email tab or sent from my Google Apps account (supposedly syncing with Zoho Email through the ´sent emails filter´ I set up following the wiki), will all not show up under the ´Emails´ details section of the contactperson in CRM. CEO - Can read write to ALL Accounts and Contacts Sales Manager - Can read write to SELECTED CEO Accounts and Contacts and ALL Sales Staff. Sales Staff - Can see all Sales Staff contacts.

Multiple contacts attached to Potential record
How do I attached multiple contacts to a POTENTIAL? Many times vendors, partners, admin, and other team members are just as involved in the recruitment of a POTENTIAL and their efforts need to be collaberated on the POTENTIAL for the record of the sales cycle. I have tried added contact roles and editing them just find a screen with no navigation or options. Any suggestions?

Viewing Oldest Tasks First
Within Zoho CRM, when I login, I see the outstanding tasks. But the tasks with the farthest away due dates show first instead of the ones that are due the soonest. I can resort them by clicking on the Due Date column, but it is annoying to have to do that every time I come back to the page. What is the field for {User} in a custom view?
I am trying to create a custom view for Leads based on the Industry and Lead Ownership. When I look at the criteria for Lead Owner [is] X in the custom view tool, the User picker only lets me select a specific user. I want to create a rule that will show the leads for the logged in user - no matter who they are. So if Bob logs in he will see his leads. If I log in I will see only my leads. I have googled and searched the forums without success on this issue. Does anyone know how to do this? Taylor
Link an "Event" to a product AND an account
Currently, it is not possible to link an event to a PRODUCT and a ACCOUNT at the same time (I use Person Accounts), lthough it is possible to link one OR another. But not both... please add "Account" to the first drop-down menu after the "Meeting Place" field (currently "Contact/Prospect").
CRM Case field option question
It is possible to do this: When I create a new case, I have a field that is a lookup for contact name. When I choose the contact I want their email to automatically fill in the email field in the case. How do I do this?
