Zoho CRM - all look up functions not working at all
I've also now discovered that all look up functions in Zoho CRM are not working at present - please can someone let me know what is going on??? This is ridiculous!
would like to know if when an employee leaves can they delete all there contacts?
Would like to know if an employee leaves can they delete all there contacts or all contacts? If so can I recover them? These are contacts that were made while working at our company so they should stay with it.

Zoho quote export to PDF not working - please help as I need this urgently
I am having trouble (yet again!) with Zoho CRM in the quotes not being able to export to PDF. Using Templates for Cases in CRM
Hello, When we create a case, we would like to update our contact for that case with information from the case that we generated in Zoho CRM. We create cases for our customers and would like to notify them of certain specifics from the case that we input into the CRM. Unable to process request
Since this morning whenever I plug in a potential, I get the following message: Unable to process your request Also when I submit a note, it says loading but it does not record the note. I use the free version of Zoho CRM
New Version Notes Window
Please add back the ability to resize the window while editing and allow for scrolling while editing the notes. I wrote this earlier but cannot find the posting.
Updated Notes Window
In the update to the notes section of the CRM, you cannot expand the notes section and you cannot scroll within the section either. This needs to be fixed PLEASE.

contacts lost after upgrade from free version
When we upgraded from the free to the paid version we lost access to the contacts that we had entered in the CRM. Is there any way to get these back?

Hi There, I've been using Zoho for a few years now and although CRM is a good app its Quotation module is very, very poor. This really surprises me no-end because I would imagine the business process of "quoting" would be done by majority of your client base and therefore I think its one area that is really letting Zoho CRM down. On that note can I ask what are your specific plans for the future development of your Quotation module and can you please be specific because this will play a big factor

Can the quote number be edited to match our accounting system and after that number has been edited for the first time zoho should add 1 digit to the next quote prepared by any sales person that uses the quote system. is this a possible feature.

product look up not displaying text
Hi, when i select product look up it opens the new window, but does not display any text so I cannot select anything.. I have not had this problem before. is there an on going issue i am unaware of? Help as I cannot now create invoices!

Export contact from Outlook to Zoho
Hello, I have troubles with the plug in. 1) I select contact in outlook 2) I use the export function 3) I can see contacts & account that have been created (not all the one I have selected) 4) I delete all created contact and acount in Zoho + empty recycle bin 5) I export again. Export noticed that many already exist !! And only part of my contact are created.... I'm stucked, please help.... NOTE : I need to fill the Leads from Outlook, not the contacts Thanks

Problems with Zoho CRM Users
Hi, I was trying to add another user to Zoho, whose email ID I can use to send emails from. I tried to add it. The user is already a user of Zoho, and the invitation email was successfully sent to the new user. But the problem is that the user cannot access any contact we have in Zoho in CRM, nor any of the templates. Also, when I write a new email template, I cannot chose the new user's email as the sending email ID. Could you please help me and let me know if there is anything wrong I am doing?

Web Form flexibility
Is there any flexibility to the web forms? Drop down menus, multi-select, etc? All I am seeing is one text box per line and this doesn't suit our needs. We previously used Wufoo for it's flexibility, but we are looking for a CRM system with integrated webforms and landed at Zoho. Anyone have any advice?

I noticed that there has been a change to how the notes look. I see that there is availability to reply to a note. Is there a plan to set up an integration that will notify the original writer of the note that someone has replied?

In ZOHO CRM, can not convert "lead" to an "Account"
In Zoho CRM, when I convert a lead, I only see "convert a Lead to Potential" and a choice to pick "Convert to otential". I don't see convert to "Account" Do you know why this is happening? Thanks.

Sizing of Text fields in Contact Notes
Previously, I was able to increase the size of a notes/comments field to see everything. It appears now that I cannot easily scroll up to the top of a note. Any plans to bring back sizing/editing?
Mass Parent Update
So our company has been adding stores as individual accounts. Each store has an account owner. We also have HQ accounts that represent the owners name. When I do a search for John Smith, I get the HQ account and a bunch of other accounts that are our individual stores. I am wondering if there is a way to mass link John Smith's stores to his HQ account? Thanks!
Notes text field can no longer be expanded
I enter notes all day long and it's a real challenge when the size of the text box is tiny. I used to be able to expand this and now I cannot. Scrolling up and down requires me to use my arrow key. Please fix this -- it ruins my day and I enter notes every day. Thank you!! PS: I can't attach a 41KB .png file which would illustrate this. It just keeps spinning.

Reports link not working

BCC Dropbox Not Working
Hello, We are on the Enterprise Edition and the BCC Dropbox used to work fine but now it is not working for me and my team members. We've double checked the Admin and the BCC e-mail has not changed, but when we use that BCC e-mail to one of our Zoho contacts it does not save the e-mail in ZohoCRM. Thanks, Dennis
