Lookup field does more than I want
I am using the contacts tab and another tab, which I think in the standard CRM is called businesses. At any rate, when I put someone new into the contacts tab , I use a lookup field for the business in which they work (the business name). When I find the business name, the mailing address for the business comes through to the person's personal mailing address. I'm not sure what I did to cause that. I'm not sure what I can do to fix it, either! It becomes a problem especially since by the time

Problem sync mail with Outlook
After sync the Zoho mail with my account in Outlook, the emails in Outlook appear always as read. Let's say, that Zoho is reading the emails before me, and I don't realize that I have received new mails with I check Outlook.

We used VOIP software and have it configured to handle callto: links. Skype handles these links as well, by default. Is it possible to change the Skype link on phone numbers to a callto: link instead?
Report Accessibility by User Roles
Is there a way to lock out user roles from viewing certain reports? Our administrator users need to use many of the standard reports in Zoho. However we only want the sales people to be able to use a handful of reports. For example, we don't want sales people to have access to the "Sales Person's Performance Report". I saw that if I create a new report folder, I can assign users to access it. But I can't find a way to assign users to the standard reports. Any suggestions?
Customer Changes Company
I find that when my customers leave the company they are working with I follow them to their new company. What should I do with my CRM entry? Do I delete the contact that is associated with the old company and create a new contact? Do I edit the old contact and move it to the new company? I don't want to have a situation where the old company who is still a customer loses the relationship with his data or I don't want to bring the old company data to the new company and I certainly dont want to
Can I just archieve my tasks rather than delete them?
I want to be able to reference what was done after a task is completed but don't want completed tasks clogging up my to do list. If I delete them are they gone for good or can I still find them somewhere? In other words how can I move them off of my active list but still reference them as needed?
Notes Window Change (PLEASE FIX)
Hi, the notes section of zoho has been updated. A huge issue now is that you cannot expand the window to see the full note that you are editing. What makes this worse is that you cannot scroll in the window to see what you wrote before. Can you please fix this ASAP. This is very important to our business.

A problem with Activities Listings
Hi there.. here's an interesting wrinkle. If you are looking at a CONTACT and see that you have had 10 Activities with them, but wonder if there are more on the next page. If you CLICK the 1 to 10 arrow on the bottom of the screen, you will go to the second page of the activities listing. Great. HOWEVER, if you only had 10 activities, there is no page 2, and consequently no way to get back to page 1 without signing out of the contact listing and going back in. Hello, I have configured my zoho email account, so I'm able to send email to the contacts I have in Zoho. I can see the mail I have sent in the email module of Zoho AND in the fiche of the contact, no problem. Trying to add new user - Zoho won't display roles to select from and therefore won't allow new user
I have just setup a new subscription for 4 users. I am now trying to add the other 3 users. When I fill in the new user details, I cannot select a role. I have defined 3 roles. But Zoho is not displaying any to choose from and doesn't allow me to enter. Therefore I am unable to add users. Help....

Having trouble accessing Zoho on imac
Hi there, I've just created a new user on our office imac. It was working fine but today my colleague is not able to save any changes. She is able to send emails so that part of the process is working. Tried to change a task to completed but was unable to save. I just signed up with a brand new account on the free trial for the standard version of Zoho CRM. I have then upgraded the subscription to 4 users. Now I want to add the extra users but am unable to do so because Zohoh add user screen won't let me select a role for the new user. Therefore I am unable to add new users. Any ideas? Exporting quotes is very slow today - why?

Zoho projects - Portal User Projects listed in CRM
At the current time I am the County's Administrator for Zoho projects and as such I am defined as a "Portal User". Because I am identified as a "Portal User" whenever I 'Create' a new project or 'Associate' an existing project via CRM Contacts the projects are not identified in the "Projects" list. I am wondering if I am missing something. I see that I can enter email addresses into Leads and even Contacts but for some reason in the Accounts section, there is only a box for website address and not email. Is it possible to add a box for email address in the Accounts section or am I just missing something?
