changing owner of closed activities whenever changes the owner of the record
From friday oct 3rd i´ve noticed that whenever I change the owner of an account, all data -including closed activities- related to that account is then owned by the new user. The problem is that I need to keep the information on who did a previous job on that account.... Unable to get data from Zoho Support to Zoho CRM.
I have purchased Zoho CRM and Zoho Support. I have used the ZSC key under Zoho CRM settings (Zoho Apps/Zoho Support) and have added the correct portal and the only one (realtechsolutions). I am able to go over to Zoho Support site and added tickets into Accounts that I recognize from the Zoho CRM side. However when I go back to that same account in the Zoho CRM there is nothing under support tickets. What am I doing wrong?
Zoho Mail Add to CRM creates Contact based on from email address
I have the Zoho Mail Add On. When you hit Add to CRM, it creates a contact based on the "From" email address. Is there anyway to change this, to create a contact based on the "to" email address.
Zoho CRM Freezing Browser when attaching document
I'm trying to attach a document to an Account record but my browser freezes up each time I click on Document link. I'm using Firefox 32.0.3 which I think is the most current update. I'm running on a Inspiron laptop on Windows 7. Also... down at the bottom of my browser (lower left hand) the words javascript show up when I click on the Document link.
Accidentally deleted Account and Contact Report
I accidentally deleted the Account and Contact report in ZOHO CRM. How do I get it back, or is it gone for good?
Converted Leads Report not working
Up until last week, I was able to use the Converted Leads Report without any problem. Now, when I enter today's date as a filter, it shows me no converted leads (which is not right). If I remove the filter, it shows me all converted leads and I am able to find the ones from today. How do I fix this so it is easy again to find each day's converted leads?

Convert Leads to accounts Notes Issue: Printing Accounts
Any Leads converted to an account the notes will be saved to the contact and not the account the problem with this is, that any contact you delete the comments will ALSO delete. Just to let you all know: What i discovered today is that if you print any accounts, the notes on the contact WILL NOT BE PRINTED as they are separate. Do Carriage Returns Count as Characters from the 32,000 available within Standard 'Description' Fields?
Zoho offers a Standard Field called Description in many of its modules that offers 32,000 characters. We love that about Zoho! We have been getting this red error message after we send emails that states: Error while processing the request! You need to verify the ReplyTo address to send emails using this account. Email meeting request CRM integration
When an email is received containing a meeting request, this is not put into my CRM calendar. Instead, it appears in Zoho Calendar, which seems to be a completely different calendar. Email and CRM do not seem to be integrated very well.
How to move a contact from one account to another?

Yesterday I was using Windows 8 and was able to transfer a Zoho Quote in CRM to a pdf file. Then I updated to Windows 8.1 and now when I go to transfer to PDF, I get the correct template screen, and then get to "Open" the file. then a screen pops up that says "Can't open this file. There's a problem with the file format." Can you help?

Can't modify potential views

HTML code not executing
We are using html code of script at custom fields of Templates and Quotes. It was worked fine. But now the templates exported results are showing the html script instead of the results. html script are not returning the results.

Converting Leads with Custom Module lookups
We are a real estate company, so many of our leads use custom modules for commercial properties and residential properties that the leads own. Leads might own one or more properties, so by creating a custom module we have been able to create this connection using a look-up on the custom module. An issue has arose that when we convert the lead we are unable to transfer the custom module's information to the contact/account. Any ideas of how we can transfer this information along?

Organization logo shows up as broken link
Hi... I have a valid image that is under 20K and when I try to add it from my local PC's HDD as my logo, I can drill down to the file, select it, save it, but it then displays as a broken image. The image was created in MS paint and saved both in JPG and PNG formats. I tried uploading each of those formats and it doesn't work. Is this a known issue? What is the work around?
New to Zoho and need a suggestion regarding contacts and products
I've been working on customizing the Zoho environment to meet our needs here, but there an issue that I can't seem to solve. I need a way to associate a lead (or in worse case, a contact) with a Product we sell. We'd like to be able to search on that Product field for the lead or contact associated with it. I can get a Product in a contact's record, but I can find no way to search on it. Any suggestions? Roy
Custom Field Number Format
We have added a custom field in the "Potentials" module for tracking project numbers. The field is setup as a number. It is limited to 9 digits and it must be a whole number. Our typical format is 12345.0001 which cannot be accepted because of length and also the decimal point. Can I change this? Maybe as a work-around I can place the sub-number .0001 in a second field adjacent to the first and connect them somehow? Eventually we would like to add a custom module to track and sort by project
