Hello The drop down calendar when creating a lead does not have today's date! Also very difficult to read. When I try to view Calendar on my mobile only two of June's entires are partially visible. This is definitely NOT an upgrade!
ZOHO CRM mobile app password
Hi I use ZOHO apps via a federated password (Google Apps for Business). My ZOHO account therefore says that I do not have a ZOHO password. The mobile app (just released) does not appear to make provision for logging in via GApps. What do I do? Thanks Brendon

Free Addition - Import records
Hi, I'm using the CRM Free addition. Importing my data. In my last try I've got the message that I've reached the limit of 5000 records, Buy the count of contacts and Companies that I've counted shows 4472. My last import is less then 500 records, so it should be OK. Why I can't import more contacts. Please help. Thanks in advance. Ami.

PDF Hyperlink on Quotation Template
Hello, we have been trying for awhile now to find a solution to what we need, each of our products has a hyperlink to their respective datasheets (located on our website) however when we create a quotation we want our customers to simply be able to click on the hyperlink to view the datasheet. However we have got as far as adding a hyperlink to the quotation but our current challenge now is to be able to hide the full link under a single word saying "PDF" instead of the entire link being visible

Junk categories for records associated with a contact, all called "{0} Name"
When I open a contact to view the information, if I scroll all the way to the bottom, I see 6 junk categories called "{0} Name". This is where you also see the associated records for Open Activities, Closed Activities, etc. The link to add a new record takes me to the Create Lead form for 5 of the categories and 1 of them links to the Create Contact form. These don't show up under Leads, Accounts or Opportunities. I've attached a screenshot of the issue. I have two ideas on the cause, though these
Cannot view Zoho Calender Events for all owners
We use the calender to assign events to each other within the company relating to cases. I have just tried to create an event and assign and the system seems to have changed. The calender no longer lets me view my colleagues calenders so i cannot see their schedule. Creating the event is also different and although it will allow me to change the owner to my colleague, it means i can no longer see the event to edit etc. Can someone please advise on how we can all view each others schedule of events

Search bar using 1-click navigation?
Problem: Currently when you run a search using the search bar in the upper left it links you to the global search screen. You then have to find your record and open it from this screen. How do I format contacts view?
My contacts view looks like a spreadsheet nightmare. One long field for email, the phone. Name is last, and company has become "Vendor name." How can I make it look like something usable: Name, company, email, phone...? I can't seem to configure the view for ALL the contacts.

Getting multiple task reminders in Chrome
Every time I set a task reminder in chrome, I get multiple pop-up's for a single event which is annoying. Any idea how to fix this or why this is happening?

When importing a lead list I am able to customize the lead source. When manually entering a lead, I have to choose my lead source from the given menu options. Is there any way to enter a customer lead source on a manual lead entry? High Check/Low Tech ;)

Vino was absolutely perfect. He was extremely clear on what had happened and how to fix it. I also had several other questions that he answered for me. Make the web-to-lead Email Notification log as an "Emails" event
The web-to-lead form and custom email notification to the prospect is great however the email the prospect receives is not logged in the Lead record. Before moving to Zoho we used SalesForce this function was available in SalesForce. It's critical as the sales rep knows exactly what emails the prospect has received. At the moment there is no record of this and the sales rep has to keep local copies of each email template and based on the 'Lead Source' look up which template the system would send

Referral Program
How can I successfully add a referral program to Leads that has a start date and expiration for a payment to be made to an outside lead source? After 90 days from the referral the lead can be reassigned to someone else but i want to create a report and pay a referral partner if the lead closes within the 90 day period.

Am I able to create a separate description for each probability so that I can group multiple probabilities under a single stage. I know that I can already map multiple probabilities to a stage but then I would lose the description of that probability, hence my question. Releasing an Email ID from Zoho CRM
Here's the story. My company has an overall IT and Systems Administrator who has been working on setting up Zoho accounts for the company. Presently, he has set up Mail and CRM, among some more apps. While he has already set up an Organization in CRM, he has yet to invite me to be a user. Not knowing that, I logged onto Zoho CRM using my Zoho mail account, which ties my Zoho Mail ID to the new CRM account. Now, when the Administrator tries to invite me to join his Zoho CRM organisation, it says that
CRM Mass email tracking
I sent a mass email to about 120 leads. I sent this through the CRM. I thought these sent emails would appear under each lead in their profile under the email section. I do not see anything to indicate that these emails were sent. Is there a way to track these so when a lead contacts us we can see that they were sent an email?

How to retain contact information in Potential module?
We use Zoho for leads, as soon as they ask for a quote, they become a potential. Unfortunately, this separates their information into a contact record, and a potential record. The way we use Zoho, it would be much easier if the potential's contact information was carried over or copied from the contact form. Is there a way to include the address, email, and phone to the potentials module?
Removing Lead Status

Zoho Moving very slowly
I am finding that Zoho moving very slowly. Takes long time to register any change - any activity. The yellow load button stays on at times for 30 seconds or more.
Lead Source - List not updating.
Updated Lead Source list to include "Referral from Existing Client/Account". Beyond being shocked it wasn't there already, after saving I go to my "Potentials" to enter and my update doesn't show. After an F5 refresh it still doesn't show. Do i have to logout, bad rules if i do, to get it to show in my Lead Source list?
bad customer service
can anyone help me I have now made three phone calls since 9 this morning to customer services with no reply. I cannot add a new contact or add a new task to my accounts. I get a pink box appearing say I have reached my limit in my current edition.
