Hi there, I'm interested in setting up scheduled exports of data from specific modules in CRM, namely Contacts, Accounts and Potentials. task priority by color
Hi all ... In Zoho CRM on the homepage you've got several components. One of them is the "open tasks" component. I was thinking, is it possible to use some color labels, backgrounds, ... to identify the several priority levels. Like red for "urgent" tasks, green for low priority tasks, ... . Duplicated Items in Reports
I created a custom report in Zoho CRM for Potentials, but it duplicates the same potential line with the information 2, 3 or 4 times. I tried to reload the report but the problem is still happening.

Zoho Theme Colors
Hi Zoho Guru's, We are migrating from Goldmine to Zoho. So far like the web interface. The biggest issue is that the current theme contrast puts a lot of strain on the user eyes. I think it is time for Tasks & Events to be upgraded to include some of the more usual features in apps of this nature. Tasks should have the ability to reschedule a task into annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly , daily schedules AND include multiple reminder prompts as most task apps do. The events and task app should have the ability to show or not show completed tasks and events as a selection option. Custom fields to prioritize follow-up with Contacts
I need assistance implementing the Last Activity Time or Last Modified Time into custom forms. Everything I've tried is not working. I have ZohoCRM set up to sort my contacts based on Aged Importance. If I don't need to contact the client, they don't show up on my list. If I need to contact them, those who are more Important show up at the top of the list. Less important clients move up the list the longer I delay contacting them. When I go to a contact and want to add that contact to a campaign I get a popup that shows the first 10 of all campaigns I've ever worked on, including the ones that are complete or inactive. Is there anyway to have this list default to just my active campaigns, so I don't have to wade through a bunch of campaigns I'm no longer working on?
Overall Slow Connection
Our business doesn't use the email services that Zoho provides. However we do use the CRM quite extensively and recently we've been noticing an extreme slow down in overall connection speeds. Is there any particular cause of this and is this issue being addressed? We feel that it shouldn't take 15-20 seconds of loading time for every click on every link within the CRM. Zoho CRM - Importing previously exported Tasks
Hi, I've just exported my Tasks from Zoho CRM. This gave me a nice CSV file with correct columns and data. I didn't modify it in any way. Now I want to import these tasks into Zoho CRM. Everything seems to be ok except one thing - after import there is no Task Owner assigned. I've tried (in the import process) to set field for Task Owner to almost any (reasonable) column from CSV with no success. I thought that the column should be set to that with zcrm_6..some_digits... Customizing a "lead" web form
I've figured out how to seamlessly integrate the web form into my site and it works great. I would like to know if there is a way to customize the look and feel of the page behind the form though. Currently it goes from my site that has a very constant look to an all white page with form boxes. I'd like to be able to code in some html and add colors and so forth. Is this possible? Web to Lead Form Ownership Assignment Not Working
We have recently implemented a Web To Lead form on our site which is proving popular but the records being created are being assigned the user name of the user who created the form despite the form being setup to assign ownership to a different user. Why is this happening and how do we correct it?
Emails within Zoho CRM don't reach inboxes within my organization
Hello, I am exasperated at trying to get this issue resolved. I noticed that when I create an event and then add and send an email in Zoho CRM the email goes to all external email addresses (Yahoo, Gmail, hotmail, etc.) However, no one in my internal company network (including me) is receiving these emails. I have contacted Zoho CRM support through email and chat, we have white listed the two IP addresses given and the zohocrm.com domain still no difference, I even added the include:zohocrm.com
Labels for Phone Numbers?
In general, it seems as though you don't provide any way to have multiple phone numbers other that "Phone" & "Mobile" for a contact. I am just getting started with Zoho, so would like to know if there is a way to add additional phone numbers? Also, is there any way to attach a note to a phone number?
Importing Leads
I tried to import leads from my database. I don't have first name or last name in some of the records that are being imported. How do you remove the mandatory field requirement so I'm not losing 1/2 of my database. The field should be blank as my admins job is to get correct information as she is making calls to the businesses. How do I remove this mandatory field requirement? Hi I have a 21.81Gb (and growing) mailbox in Google Apps. We have 5 user licenses for Zoho CRM Enterprise and the other users mailboxes are all less than 2Gb each. My interest in the integration is so that emails are attached to Leads, Contacts, Cases, Accounts. Hi All, We want some of our channel partners to access our CRM but we would prefer if they pay for their users themselves (we are not in the business of selling CRM's). My question: Is it possible for someone to open a (paid) account and then "link" that account to our profile / CRM / database. So I want them to access records assigned to them, but I do not want to create the additional user under our account - the billing should be separate.

Zoho crm email not working on professional edition
I have a gmail account i am trying to use with zoho crm. Is there a simple set of instructions to get this setup working. My email is dead in the water even though I have followed the "'documentation" . Anyone have an idea of what to fix? I have followed supports instructions but they did not solve the problem. Mapping Fields Account Name in Leads to Account Name in Potentials
I am trying to map a custom field (Account Name) that I created in the leads module to Account Name in the Potentials module. Both are set up as Lookup fields. When I use Map Fields to map Account Name in Leads to Account Name in Potentials, Zoho won't allow it. To me this would be a basic requirement so the user does not have to reenter the account information. Did I overlook something or am I doing something incorrectly? Thank you. John Galich

Currently, the "modified time" works when modifying a field ( though not in the ajax mode) in the usual fields, but NOT when notes or attachments are added. Field update doesn't work on Field edit - only works on Form edit
I created a Field called "TA Rep" in accounts. I created a workflow rule to trigger on Field update.... Now, when I click the edit button that edits the entire form/record, the workflow fires and runs correctly. However, if I click the little "edit" link for just the field and edit and save it, the workflow does not trigger. Is this the design?
