I'm Lost! with merging Accounts
I thought I had this down, but it seems to be lost to me! The other day I was able to just merge 2 accounts no hassle. but today? And I don't mean find and merge or de-duplicate!. I mean I have one account and click on a list or box to say another account needs to be merged! Thanks for any help!
Export CRM data from Custom Section
So we created a custom section in the "Accounts" module with custom fields. We are considering upgrading to the Enterprise Edition of CRM, where we would have 5 custom apps. Would it be possible to Export the data we have in the custom section within Accounts module to a new custom app? Thanks Zoho!

We have the professional version of Zoho. In order to obtain the "Territory Management" tab under "Set Up" do we have to have access to the upgraded version?
Creating invoices in the free edition
I just created a new free account but have a previous edition free account also.I do not see the invoice module in the new edition, does one exist?
Change call timer start time.
Sometimes I forget to start the call timer when I make or receive a call, or I place a call from my cell phone while away from the office. It would be nice to be able to modify the start time so I can record all calls more efficiently.

Webform error code
Hey guys - Wonder if there's a way to get an error code from the web form submission, especially as it relates to HTTP/HTTPS. I have a signup web form running great under https, as source code embedded on my web page. However, due to the way my code builder works, I'm having trouble consistently keeping that page as an HTTPS page. Hi, Learning the system, wanted to convert lead. Forgot to actually create potential, and converted. Lead has been converted to contact and account, but not potential. Can't find a way to go back and edit this. How do I add it to a potential??? Thanks
Pardot - type tracking with Zoho?

All is great, except there's no easy way to add Pardot to it without using a 3rd party package to link them together. I loved Pardot because it let my sales team see which of our prospects had been on the website and see who had opened, forwarded or binned any of our marketing material. Need advice on lead processing
Hi, I've been with Zoho CRM for a year but haven't been able to get the most out of it. I use the Old Professional edition with a few colleagues and I'm familiar with most technical aspect. Invited person cannot respond to meeting request
We need to be able to send meeting requests to external parties like contacts and leads but there is no way for them to respond and be added to the meeting, how can this be fixed, is this a known issue?
Importing Leads
I've been trying to import leads for the past 2 days. The file I'm importing is an XLS file, 250 records, with two fields (first name, & email). The system says it is importing records, however, nothing happens, and eventually I'm logged out. I've also tried converting the XLS to CSV...but same thing happens. Thanks, David

Storage Usage??
Please can somebody explain what the storage space on Zoho is for? I am using Zoho for one of my clients everyday, sending emails with attachments etc (I do not use Zoho email as I have outlook). I have two other users registered to this Free Zoho account who never use it but it shows that I have used 0.00mb of data whilst my colleague - who never uses Zoho has used 9.76mb? Scrolling Components on TV

MAJOR ISSUE - MISSING DATA
I'm not one for using caps, but this is a major issue. I've only recently started using zoho, and had built to well over 200 entries across two categories. Logging in tonight there are now 38 in one category and 42 in another!! Can this be checked out. Please tell me there's a glitch in the system, as it has take hours to input.

Tracking who made a sale
Is it possible to see which user converted a lead into an account? We change the record owner of an account to the user who is managing the relationship but I would like to see which sales user converted the lead.

hi. any suggestions how I can track labor when i sell things. for instance i sell a widget and i need a tech to spend 3 hours building it . when i sell 10 widgets I want to be able to see that i had 3 x 10 hours labor =30 hours. this way i can determin which staff person is the most efficient. so if i allow him 30 hours , but he only actually spends 20 hours , he is elegable for a bonus.
Leads are not converting to Accounts
Leads are not converting into accounts when I try. Instead, they only create contacts &, if I choose, potentials. There is nothing to click or even read that indicates that creating an account with the lead information is an option. Am I wrong in thinking that converting a lead creates both an account & a contact, with the option of creating a potential as well? What can I do to make it so that all that information from the lead becomes an account? The information won't transfer from a closed won
2 Organizations and 1 Database
I own two small companies - unrelated and no cross-over between the two. One buys and resells houses, the other is trucking technology. I have 1 employee in each organization. Today, everything is in the same DB and separated only by a "Product Interest" field. However, I need to set up workflows, which will be different in each organization. Sending emails to Custom Field email ids.
I have created custom fields for email ids, with names like Mother email ID, Father email ID, etc. I can search leads and contacts by manual search criteria, for example: Father email ID - is not empty. and i get results. But the problem is: I cannot send mass emails to father email ID or Mother email ID. Can someone guide me how to select and send mass emails to custom field email ids? Campaigns not showing in associated leads details
I would like to select the leads that are associated to a particular campaign, other than in the campaign page, which doesn't let me to do mass updates or mass emails, export, etc, but only access one at the time. I notice the campaign field within the lead is empty, despite the fact that the leads is listed in the campaign page, so I need to enter this field on each lead manually, one by one, which seems redundant. CRM not sending emaIL reminder
Good Morning - The past week or so I have noticed that I have not been receiving my email reminders from zoho CRM. My aol email address on file is correct. I have checked and rechecked my spam and junk mail folders. Nothing. So I contacted my IT guy, who is a ZOHO Docs reseller and had him take a look. He had the same results. Duplicate
Is there a way to set up the CRM so duplicate contact names cannot be entered by different users? I know you can do a search to check, but realistically that won't happen.
adding new fields
