Leads Back Button
Hi, I've been using Zoho for quite a while now and I must say it really helps me be on top of all my leads. However, one small thing that really annoys me that I think could be fixed easily. Whenever I go through my leads and click into them, then click the back button it takes me to the top of the page rather that the place I was up to. I then have to scroll down again and look for where I was up to. I hope this could be resolved. Thanks in advance, Sal

How do i send automatic notification email to users who are following a potential / contact whenever I attach a new document or add a new note to the record?
Emailing Leads directly into Zoho?
Is it possible to email leads directly into Zoho? I have a service that emails me a specific set of fields regarding leads and I would like to send into Zoho directly rather than copying into a spreadsheet and then importing (I imagine i can figure out importing Leads). Any help would be greatly appreciated! (& of course there are a number of custom fields I want to use regarding the lead..... Thanks! Tom
Search view and contacts names. Screenshot attached
Problem: When you run a search for a contact the actual link to direct you to the contact is all the way over on the far right. This is different that when you search for say an account. The account name is a link on the left. Clarification: Since you can't reorder the fields in the search view it seems this is an issue that can't be resolved. "Full Name" is displayed all the way over on the right instead of over on the left. You would think since you search by a contacts name it would be on
Trying to send emails with an attachment
I cant send anymore emails with attachments it says I have used up my Attachment storage? Is there a way to get that switched to allow me to send with attachments?
Is there a way to track how long a potential has been in a specific Production Status?
I'm fairly new to using ZohoCRM. In the Potential details, I can change the Production Status as the potential moves along its lifecycle. I'm looking for a way to track how long the potential stays in each of the Production Statuses as it goes from creation to being resolved. Any tips/guidance would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Hello, I just added a new user to our CRM and that new user is not able to see the data attached to our leads even if he has the same permissions as the other users. What is the problem ? Should I configure something differently? Thank you
How do I use other information from a look-up record?
Once I have identified a related record through a look-up field, ex for billing out a service whose price is based on 1) the square feet of the job, and 2) utilizing a specific formula which is priced per sq. foot. I have created the table that gathers the information for each job and I can use a look-up field to specify which formula should be used, but I would also like to have the price per square foot of the formula (which is in the formula's record) and then multiply that number by the square

I can't see "Remind at" on any task view to be able to actually use it, but i do see it listed as a field in the task module; Could my database be corrupt since I never upgraded from a legacy plan?

Quick Actions - how do I change what appears here?
When viewing a potential, there are quick actions shown on the right hand side of the page. I'd like to change what options are shown here such as adding in a 'new event' which relates to the potential. How do I do it?

Hi, I have a potential which can be set to different production statuses (see attached) as it progresses from creation to completion. I would like to know how long the potential was set to a specific production status ( ie how long was the potential in 'Verifying Tracking' status). Is there way to set date stamps and access this information ? Ideally, I would like to run an audit report where I can specify a potential name and view the history of its production statuses. Creating New Fields
I created "new fields" under lead module as note1, note2, note3 with corresponding date1, etc. When I converted some leads to contacts, my new fields were not imported from leads. Question - Must I create the same fields under contacts in order to see notes & dates. Will the notes follow to contacts once I've created those same fields under contacts? Question - How do I get note information to appear in my contacts?
main screen display
Hi, I am VERY new to this system, just trialling it at the moment. I like the front screen that displays on the home page. there is a button that says "don't show this screen anymore" which I am interested to see "what the display looks like" if that screen is no longer shown, but if I click it to see.... will I ever be able to get the original display back if I don't like the result ? sorry to ask such a dumb question, but as I said..... I am new to this

Adding an image to an email signature
I am adding the company logo to my account email signature. When I add the image, it displays in emails always the same size ignoring the re sizing settings I use during the add image process. Is there a solution for this issue or am I doing something to invoke this? Thanks
Zoho CRM sync with Mac iCal or Google Calendar?
Hi there, I've only recently found your CRM system and love it, thank you! However I still can't find a way of synchronising my Zoho CRM calendar with either iCal (Mac) or Google Calendars, both of which I suspect would be the most universally accepted ways of syncing offline and onto iPhones etc. I tried already your Outlook plug-in which was great for the initial sync, however as I'm now a very proud Mac (and iPhone) owner I really need someway of having an offline version of the calendar, even

Opt out for mass emails
What needs to go into a footer for a mass email to keep me in compliance with the Anti Spam laws? Our web site doesn't have an "opt out' page that I can borrow code from, so that unsubscribe option is unavailable. How can I offer unsubscribe in another way? Can I put the name and address of our firm in the footer and an email address to the person who would handle that? Does anything else need to go into footer for antispam purposes? Thanks,

Search Multiple Critieria fields
Hi, I have created 2 fields in the search criteria section. :Category 1 and Category 2. Both of these fields are pick lists. In some of the contact records I have the word sponsor as a pick list option. When I search category 1 for Sponsor it pulls up several records. When I search Category 2 it pulls up another set of records. The word Sponsor is used in Category 1 for some records and Category 2 for others. When I try to search using contains “sponsor” in both fields the result is no records found.

Hello , I am trying to search for the same word in 2 different fields and I get "no results" found. when I search the word "Sponsor" in 1 field I get 4 results. When I search in anther field I get 3 different results. This is because we have populated different fields with the same word. Web-to-Lead Emails Not Working with Yahoo and Gamil
Hi Has anyone else had a problem with Yahoo and Gmail customers where they fill out the web-to-lead form and they do not receive the auto-response email? I setup a web-to-lead form for my client at http://denimtherapy.com/repair and it works well for anyone filling out the form, but Yahoo and Gmail customers do not receive the followup instructions. Hi, I'm using Zoho to track task/progress with each of our clients. I'm trying to automate this as much as possible but running into difficulties - I have 3 sets of tasks Stage 1, Stage 2, and Stage 3. Creating the first rule was easy - When a new account is created, assign these 5 tasks to the account and change the Stage Field to = Stage 1. I'd like to have the next rule to trigger when the 5 tasks from the prior rule are complete, and then create the Stage 2 tasks and change the Stage variable,
How do I view support requests for an account?
I've linked Zoho Support and Zoho CRM. In Support, I've added an Account field to the request. All our requests are per account. When looking at an Account in CRM, I want to see all their support requests as a list. This seems to me to be the most obvious thing most people would need from linking crm and support.
