Unable to access roles
I have a paid account and my user is Administrator. However, when I Click Setup > Users & Permissions there is NO "Roles" option. I had renamed the role of "CEO" to "Agent" and now it shows under my user that I have the following permissions: Agent, Administrator However, as I said above, I no longer have access to the "Roles" option. I need this to be able to change the required role to view modules in the "Reports" section. Currently, every report I try to access gives this response: Permission

Hello, We would like to use the Zoho CRM webforms on our site for lead acquisition but our site is running on DotNetNuke and we cannot incorporate <form> elements in the page since the entire page is one giant <form> I know we could add the code to an HTML file and then call that file in an iFrame ourselves, but I am sure other users would also like this feature. Do you have plans to create an iFrame version of your webforms?

Mass edit records
Is it possible to mass edit records. I need for all the records to change information of one field. Is there an easy way to do this. In Salesforce there is the possibility to export all the contacts to an excel with the internal ID of each contact. The field to change could then be modified in Excel, and than we can reimport the information, and the changed field is updated linked by the internal ID. What can be done in Zoho CRM? Custom Field "Percentage" appears to be broken?
The custom field Percentage does not display the % sign and accepts values over a 100 (which doesnt make sense). Not sure if the second part is a bug but the first appears to be since your documentation says a % sign will appear.

Show All Notes not working
Hello, After converting a Lead, then going to the Account page, the previous notes do not show. This is expected. Clicking the "Show All Notes" checkbox should display all notes made on all Contacts for the Account. But, clicking this checkbox seems to do nothing. Everyone in our office is using Google Chrome. I have not had any issues with this specifically, but my colleagues have. I have had a quick glance through the difference in the settings and can't tell anything major. Is there a plugin

Trying to Create a Rule with an alert that send a template e-mail to Lead:e-mail

I may be missing something, but is there a way to include a Shipping Quote that totals into the overall amount of the order? Is the best option simply to create a Shipping Product, so to speak?
Default view (in "tasks") on mobile.zoho.com/crm
I am using mobile.zoho.com/crm which works nice when I'm on the road. One feature I could not find is to define the default views. For example: when I go to tasks, the default view is "all tasks" But I would prefer it to go to the custom view I have created on my laptop (in the full version of Zoho) called "My High Priority Tasks". Is there a setting somewhere so I can define this for my mobile. Thanks, Herbert
Add ID in custom links
Hello, I would really need to be able to add the ID of a lead or a contact in custom links that one can create (Setup -> Customization -> Links). I have been able to do that for a link in module Sales Orders: www.test.com?SO=${SalesOrders.SO Number} but am not able to do the same in module Leads and Contacts. Have been trying with: www.test.com?Lead=${Leads.LEADID} but I get a warning (Given field label does not exist). Could you please add LEADID and CONTACTID in the drop down menu or at least not

If sending an email from a record in accounts , using a email template, is there by default object fields to call the accounts contact name and use it in the email template? I tried standard {Leads.Lead Name} and it doesn't work, only displays the code in the actual email. Thanks in advance
Mass add products to multiple leads or clients
We are trying to use Zoho CRM to manage, among other things, the attendance to our seminars. Attendants can be either leads (since we are trying to attract them to other services) or clients. We thought that products would be the best way to register each seminar on Zoho. Since we have more than 120 attendants to each seminar, it would be better to mass assign the products to selected leads and contacts, instead of opening each one. Is there any way to do that within Zoho CRM?
Why do I not see my "Closed Won" on my pipeline by stage or my dashboard?
I have several potentials that are now "Closed Won" is the stages. But on my dashboard and on my pipeline by stage graphic on the home page there is never any showing. It only displays my "Quoted" potentials and "Indecisive Decision Makers". I have tried numerous time to edit the displays and I can figure out what I am missing. Thanks!
Serialized Inventory
Does zoho CRM support serialized inventory. I am needing the ability to manage my inventory (All of which is uniquely serialized). Ideally the flow would go like this. PO Created, Approved, Processed and when receiving on the PO, I would need to enter the serial number for each of the QTY on the PO. How to track time trigger workflow queue
Hi all! I'm new to Zoho and trying to figure something out. I was able to create a workflow using a time trigger, but I want to know how to track the messages in the "queue" that have no been sent out yet. I want to be able to see a list of e-mails that will be going out soon so that if for whatever reason I need to cancel a message, I could. Reports with company logo?
Are there plans for reports to be generated with company branding/logo? Currently the reports are bland and sparse. The ability to have your company logo on the corner (higher resolution) would make the reports look "better". We use the reports with clients externally so having good looking materials is an issue. Plans?

Hi. Having trouble importing contacts. "File should not contain more than (x) rows" keeps coming up. It has done it before and I have managed to sort it out. But this time, the problem is persisting and nothing I have done can change it. I am trying to upload around 30 contacts (from 3 separate csv files) and regardless of what I do, it keeps coming up with the same error message and the same amount of rows given. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Can a task be created automatically based on rules following a mass email

Making the Report module menu consistent with current modules
Though one can choose to disable / hide some modules (Leads, Tickets, etc.), their related Report Menu still shows in the Reports section. For instance, I have hidden the Leads module, but when I go to the Report module, the Lead report category still shows. I did not find any option to hide any of the categories. Hi, As I understand, the typical flow of creating an invoice is Sales Order => Invoice. The computation of tax etc is done based on the products, volumes, prices and taxes in Sales Order. In the Invoice, isn't it obvious that all taxes should be listed in details - individual items?
