Is it possible to add a new field in Leads, Potentials, etc.?
I just used Zoho and I am starting to set this up and make this work. My question is, would it be possible to add a new field for Leads other than the default ones? What I would want to do is to add a "comment(s)/remark(s)" field. However, I am not seeing the field on Zoho. Instead I only have to utilize "description field" since it is the only one that is available. I already have several sheets that I imported but my "comments field" are the only ones that are not imported. Is this a workaround
Display a new potential field in forecasts

Email Notification for New Tasks
When I create a new task for some time in the future & check the box for an email notification, it sends it to me right away, How can I get the email notification closer to the time for the task? That is when I really need the reminder.
Account Viewing
I have an administrator's log on and when I go to the accounts tab, I can see all the accounts. I can also create accounts and make myself owner and then filter on my name to see only my accounts. If I have one or two other people with accounts, I would like to be able to filter and see only their accounts. How can I accomplish that? Thanks! Nick.

Currently right now you can only search by on parameter per column. It would be incredibly beneficial to have the same control and filtering capability like you can when you are running an actual report. Having the "plus" symbol to add more criteria is great. Having to generate a new report in order to pull a list of companies with multiple arguments is painful. See attached photo to get an idea of what I'm referring to. Any idea on if this is in the dev. pipeline?
Attach an email to an opportunity

Android App loses data on Connection Lost
Hello, One of my colleagues is using the Android App and reported data loss when a message 'connection lost' appears. I don't know if it happens due signal loss (network problem, so really no data connection available) or the sync-part of Zoho App that is crashing. When the message appears the App seems to reload itself, and than shows an empty form he was filling in. So data was not saved as he was still writing text into the form fields, and so the data is lost. Is this a reported bug? On iPhone
Mobile Event Setting Request
When using zoho from either the mobile app or mobile browser... you are unable to add invitee's to events. This is an issue as I have emails go to customers based on event type, right now the easiest way to invite someone via mobile is to clone the event and change the event owner however this sends another email to the customer. Is there a way to get the twitter field for accounts? Currently it seems to just be available for contacts. More importantly than a contacts twitter is following their accounts twitter page. Is this on the roadmap? Seems like an easy add in.

Lead Upload Limits
I am trying to mass upload a number of leads via .csv file however I am coming across some issues with regards to the limits I am allowed upload. I have uploaded aprox 2500 in 4 separate .csv files yet I cannot upload any more due to the limit of rows being reduced. Although I am using the free version, I was under the impression that the upload limits were 1000 rows per batch. Can somebody please correct me if I am mistaken.
Task Reminder. Pop ups revert back email (and even then don't work).
Very recently the Remind at: function on Tasks has ceased working. Task Reminders set to Pop-ups, automatically revert back to email reminders upon saving. I have just tested this and it continues to be the case. Even though it has reverted to email's I do not appear to be getting email reminders either. As we are running mutliple complex tasks, pop-ups are extremely important to us. Please advise of the fix asap as our customer experience will be severely effected by this glitch. Nick

14Mar2014 For the last 3 days whenever I am in a view and want to go to the next page the screen goes grey and a message keeps revolving on the sreen that says: "Please Wait". I wait and wait but nothing happens. So, I close that screen and that goes back to my view. The problem with that is, now the order is all different and I can't use it. I resort the info to the way I want, hit enter and I'm back to the revolving "Please Wait" Is this an issue others are having or is it a problem at my end..

Hi, I have different users with different profiles (Administrator, Standart, etc..) but only Administrator profil can see everything on Contacts. For exemple, Standard profile are not allowed to see closed activites. I want that all profiles can see the same informations on Contacts. What can i do for that ? Please help me ! I chose campaigns but when doing my follow up email the email template menu was just none. so I tried putting it in tasks since I was emailing from a task and it still said "none" for email templates. So then I tried the "contacts" record but the template doesn't come out right. How am I supposed to use email templates for campaigns or a task? If it goes
Sort of invoices is broken?
Since about a week ago I cannot sort invoices by Account name anymore. For unknown reason my email templates for leads as stopped working. We had email templates sent out whenever they where a new lead created. the trigger is working and the email is sent but the email only contains the templates text with out the field value inserted. example this is the template... Auto-detect/populate search box request? Screenshots
Is an auto-detecting/populating search box in road map? Similar to how when you begin trying to add an account to a contact. You start typing the company name the system starts sorting/searching for you. This would eliminate having to view the "search" screen over and over. See attached photos of what I'm referring to. This would be a huge enhancement I feel.

Export CSV data into one Excel spreadsheet - help needed
Hello I have about 40 records in Zoho CRM that I have paid to have exported as a CSV. What I would like to do is have these individual CSV files merged, and have each account on a separate tab within Microsoft Excel. I had thought about copying and pasting, but the data would be impossible to do this way as the downloaded data was supplied as accounts, calls, notes etc. Can someone tell me how I can easily do this please?
