Mass import of past Quotes & Sales orders
Hi everybody, For our company, old Quotes & Sales Orders contains relevant information about our clients activity. Is there a way to import past Quotes or Sales Orders from XLS to ZohoCRM? Thanks!
CRM Email not working
Hello, I have trubles with internal email in CRM It was working for a while (I used it to send invoices directly to customer), for couple weeks It is not available. I saw the message that email sent and nothing happend. 2) seond question, i tried to send to leads form email, but it shows Succesfully sent 0 from 0. What is the problem with emails?
Importing updates
Hi all, I just ran a report of all the Contacts I'd like to send Christmas Cards to based upon specific criteria. The fields my report produced include the basic info out of a contact record (first name, last name, address, etc). Obviously not all the Contacts fields. I then exported this to Excel. Unable to access Sales Orders for a specific user
Good morning. For some reason I am unable to access the Sales Order Module for a specific user in my accounts department. Need PDF in LETTER not A4
I know while the rest of the modern world uses A4, in the U.S. we use LETTER 215.9mm × 279.4mm. Of course the pdf viewer can resize it, but why not make it the correct size. This should be an option.
Exporting Information from Zoho CRM to Excel

am I able to upload documents from places other than desktop? I tried to see if there were other questions like this one but I could not connect for some reason. also, I attach from desktop and delete the desktop item does it delete the attachment?
Locking layouts, etc. to prevent edit
Zoho CRM help says that Layouts can be edited by users with the "Customize Zoho CRM permission" set. I want to prevent users from changing layouts, etc. How do I find this setting?
Can´t sent email from leads
I could not send email from leads and the registered emailadress. this has been working before. I have done it several times before.
Export / Import
I am doing a mass lead update - I would like to use the Record ID (Lead ID) as the record identifier so that I can append values to a new field. I do NOT want to map by email as I do not have complete email data and I expect that this will create duplicates. How can I use Record ID as the only mandatory field? How do I enable Territory Management?
The how-to says To enable territory management Click Setup > Territory Management > Territories. Click Get Started. You will have the following options to create a territory hierarchy. Extend from Role Hierarchy - Click to replicate the hierarchy from roles to territories. Start from Scratch - Click to create territory hierarchy from scratch. However, there is not option for Territory Management in my Setup. See screenshot and please advise.
Problem customizing potential stages
Has anyone had an issue where the Stage field does not appear in Customization > Fields? Email template fields not being populated

Managing Sales Territories
I'm new to Zoho CRM and looking for those who have ideas on how to use the application to manage sales territories. I would like to be able to assign leads by territory and be able to analyze potential and actual sales performance by territories. Converting leads to potential
While converting a lead to potential, all the activities in the notes and attachments are removed. We create case studies to do win-loss analysis. Hence these activities are crucial. Would be great if we can back up or retain for potentials as well.

Hi ppl. I have a problem, i configure my Zoho Crm Module "Activities" to show me the fields that i want. The problem is i fill the fields and when i will search for that "activitie" all the things are ok. CRM Webform leads - can CRM email me when I have new leads?
I have set up a webform that adds new leads via my website (tested, functioning), but can't seem to find an option to email me when new leads are added. The only way to find out that I have new leads is to go into CRM. I'm a new business so don't expect too many leads right now so I won't be in CRM every day. Is there any way to get CRM to email me when I have a new lead added?

Converting Leads to clients
My leads are are patients. I need to convert them as a client not as a contact or account. When they convert as contacts I loose detailed information on my clients. Is what Im trying to do possible?
Recommendation for custom fields to segment accounts/contacts by specific criteria.
I am toying with the type of custom fields to create in the Accounts and Contacts modules to indicate some specific criteria the Account/Contact might meet. Adjusting width of columns in view
Is there a way to make columns wider in view? We need a few things presented in our views, and this makes some of the columns (such as Account Name) very squished and gets split between multiple lines. If we could widen the columns just a bit it would solve the problem. Is this possible? I saw a post from 6 years ago saying support for this would be added soon.

Hello ZOHO Folks..... Just learning ZOHO but it is slick, easy and powerful so far. MyQuestion... My partner started accounts for us a year ago but we didn't use them until now. Now we attempted to restart but we are notified that our account names are in use. How do we reset using the same email names?? Any clues appreciated! Gary

I am struggling to make changes to roles. I added some subordinate roles and nothing shows up in the lookup. I wanted to delete a role. No joy. I can't even get the help to work. Contact address update affecting next contact on the list.
When I update a contact's address details, the next contact inherits the same address info eventhough it is for a different company ????? I create a list of contacts by applying a filter ( > Feb 1, 2013). I then edit one of the contacts on the list. I then lookup the company so that the address details will be populated in my contact. After I save and go back to my list I notice that the next contact has also inherited the same address details eventhough its company name is different. I have screen
WebForm submissions
I have built a webform that submits user information into the cases module. I have also embedded this form on our website and the form submission is working perfectly. The Issue: I have the "Enable Contact Creation" option checked and when a new webform is submitted a corresponding contact is not also being created. Secondly, if I submit a request via a test user that already exists in the CRM, the cases are not being related to the existing contact.
