Hi, quick question about the Closing Date field. Is there any way to set this field up so that on the day of the closing date, a notification is received to advise it's closing? I've also made another custom field the same as that, but with the time also- it might be easier to customise that one. Any help is appreciated. Regards, Dan
Workflow Automation - Link Back to Case Details in CRM
I have created workflow rules based on the creation of a new case. The workflow sends out an email with case details. What I believe this is seriously lacking is a hyperlink back to the case details in Zoho, so that the user may just click the link (assuming they're logged into Zoho CRM) and review the details of the case and/or take action within Zoho. Currently the user has to login and lookup the case - this is wasted effort in my opinion. Is it possible to do what I'm looking for?
auto-respond email is not listed in the email sent from Zoho nor Gmail - where is it?
Hello Zoho Team where can I find auto-response email sent after a web-to-case form has been filled out? The process is as follow: - web-to-cased form to catch request from customers, - auto-respond email to say "thanks for contacting us - xyz is the number of your case for further reference", then we need to see that the auto-respond email was sent to the customer but we can't find it nor in Zoho email nor in google email. Where is it? what should we do to have it in the email list of the account
How to show "Approve Web-to-Lead" on the dashboard?
We are using Web-to-Lead form on our website and have activated the "Manually manage" option. We want to be notified when someone fills up that form. 1) Can Zoho send an email to us that someone used that form? 2) Alternatively, can we have all unapproved web-to-leads on Dashboard? Right now the only way it can be accessed is from Leads > Lead Tools > Approve Leads which is too inconvenient. Please advice

Different layout for different type of leads
My company has several types of leads/clients within the same business domain. Is there a way to create different layouts according to the lead/client type? There are different pieces of information needed for the different leads/clients and to have toss all the fields in the boiling pot is quite clustered and hard to follow.

Allowing a user to only see certain types of leads
Hi I want to add a new user but I don't want to give them access to all of my leads, contacts etc i have segmented my leads into certain groups e.g. type a, type b etc and i want this new user to only be able to see the leads that are type a. Is there a way of doing this? Or is the only way of doing it to export all type a leads to a new Zoho account? many thanks

Layouts not matching up
I've made a number of custom fields and created a layout for each of my leads, contacts, and prospects. The issue I'm having is that when I uploaded my database I had the First Name and Last Name separate, and my layout reflects this. The CRM seems to be automatically combining the first and last names into one field, the Lead Name, Contact Name, or Prospect Name. I do NOT want this to occur. Social integration without search
Hello, I would like to know how can I add Facebook, LinkedIn, information from my lead where I DO have their profile links. Using the social integration where I have to give permission to search directly into the Facebook/LinkedIn database is great, but it is not practical. There are tons of "João da Silva" in Facebook so I must narrow down the search with its unique id for instance or the profile URL. How can I do that? Thank you, Igor.

Associate Multiple Accounts to a single Opportunity

We are looking at setting up Zoho to use a CRM within our company. A couple of our employees have already experimented with the free trial and like it. I'd like to create an account then add users for collaboration and to view user activity. The problem is, when I "add new user" it says "email already in use", because it is. Hello, I have a problem when I'm going to import accounts from Excel. In some columns there are some empty cell, although 80% of contacts are all full cells. When I use the option to import accounts gives me error because there are some empty cells.
