Missing fields
Hi, I am trying to create new reports showing fields Account name, Industry, Status etc, however, when I select Create New Report, those fields do not appear either in the columns view to select which columns I wish to appear in the report or in the drop down criteria menu where I select the criteria for the reports. I have existing reports which clearly have those fields available, but they are not available in the criteria section. Can you please help. Thanks
activity area in customer detail page
Dear all, I have just began to use the activity field and it is very useful. now I can link a task to the related customer already in my db. The point is: Shall I view the activity assigned to the costumer in the costumer details page. As "member organizations" link already does? Thank you
ZCRM on MAC
I have a requirement from our potential client. They use APPLE OSX for their documents and want to use MAC, iPhones and iPads to access ZCRM. Can we attach documents to ZCRM from any remote APPLE server? e.g. I am in an organization and my organisation has document management server accessible on path say //APPLE-SERVER/COMPANY-DOCUMENTS/Vishal/Personal/. Hello, I have subscribed for Standard package, I tried creating some custom fields in Leads but I get a message saying you can add fields in your subscription please upgrade and I could find any limitation mentioned in subscription plans. I am ready to upgrade but my worry is what if i cant create fields even after upgrade. Please help me on this. Regards, Pramod.

Hi, Is there any option to automatically add customer reply to a support call ? User permission denied even after admin sending the access
Hi, I have a user added but her profile is shown as not confirmed. I sent a re-invite for which she responded by clicking the link. But it shows a page saying "My organisation has an account in Zoho CRM, Contact your admin for the access"; and the second one is my organization is new to CRM create my account. Once again, I sent the access to CRM mail for which she clicked the link. It says "you don't have permission to login. Please contact your admin". Meanwhile trying, she once clicked on create
Formula fields do not work
I have been trying to get a formula field working but it just doesn't work... not even if I place 5*2 it does not return anything at all. I thought the bug might be in my account so I created a new account to make another test, but I got the same result. Any ideas?
default views zoho crm
Is there anyway to remove the default views within crm? They're good starters but after a while when certain ones are not used they get a bit annoying sitting through unused views to get to the ones you want . More specifically,the leads views

Inventory units for products
The product codes I created relate to banner ads, advertising. How do I add inventory to each of these codes without having to set up a vendor and creating a purchase order? right now if I create a sales order or an invoice, Zoho tells me I do not have stock and forces me to allow negative inventory.
how to create a lead/contact from the auto-email after submission of a web-to-case form?
when the form web-to-case on our website is filled out a notification is generated to inform us of the new case. We can't generate a lead/contact as the email comes from systemgenerated@zohocrm.com. Only later - manually - we can generate a new contact or simply adds the case to an existing account. Doing the same from the email would be faster and better because we can activate a task as well. Any suggestion how to do it, please?

Zohomeet Dual Control and recording telephone meetings and uploading against client record...
Hi. Please can you help. Am I correct in thinking that Zoho meet does not have dual mouse control? If we had this facility we would be less likely to use other tools. We also need to record zohomeetings, telephone or Skype conversations and upload to the client file as transparent evidence. These meetings can be up to 2 hours in length and the size of file would be more than 20mb. We use Microsoft and Apple iPad. Please can you help? Thank you. Eileen
Uneditable notes required
I'm using professional version of Zoho CRM and need my sales team to be able to input a sales order or even just a note under a Potential and once it's been saved I don't want them to be able to edit or delete it. This is to prevent them going back in at a later date and edited or deleting the note or sales order if they made an error and the customer complains (I don't want them to be able to "cover their tracks"). ZOHO CRM Campaigns -- mass email campaign -- if a contact/lead unsubscribes from campaign
If a lead/contact unsubscribes from a mass email campaign will we still be able to send individual emails to the contact/lead or will our ability to communicate with the contact be no longer possible (through email)? I love the idea of Web-to-Lead, Web-to-Contact forms which basically enables the general public a way to input data directly into the system through a web interface. Delay of mail transmission of periodic reports.
There is a phenomenon to be delayed one hour from November 4, 2013. It did not occur until November 13, 2013. It is delayed by one hour after 14th November 2013. Although not changing the setting of the outgoing time. There is no difference in the record update time of ZohoCRM and local time. Please give me the investigation.
Move recprds from accounts to Prospects.
Hi, I have imported data directly into accounts, however I should have import them into prospect instead. Problem is I have already updated datas, worked on those prospects etc... I would like to know if there is an easy way to move records from Accounts to Prospect instead of exporting and then import on prospect + delete current account records. Thanks! Florian

Just wondering if there should be any concerns with embedding form code from crm form builder into a website (wordpress). I see all the code and lines that reference zoho app items. Just wondering if there is any security issues where someone could use items in the code and make other calls to our app from outside the organization if they happened to look at website code elements.

add contact to existing client
Hello all, I converted a lead into a client which also results in an entry of a contact under my newly created client as well. So far so good. Now I want to add a new contact for the newly created client. If I choose "new" under contacts, I can create a new contact but it will not be linked to the newly created client!!! But this is essential! Am I missing sth. here or does zoho need an improvement? Thanks in advance, Dennis
Header and footer for templates
When invoices require more than page, a header and a footer are compulsory and it's not easy to do with Zoho Templates customization We can find some solutions in Solution for setting up header and footer in a template , but there is still a problem the page-break is not made before the footer, and the main content is printed on the same area as if the footer did not exist. Periodic report send mail delay.
Phenomenon that regularly report mail is delayed one hour has occurred, from November 4, 2013. Delay does not occur until November 3, 2013. It is delayed by one hour from November 4, 2013. Nothing is changing the setting of the transmission time. There is no significant difference in the Zoho record update time and local time. I have also reported to ZohoJapan. New Mass Emailing limits make absolutely no sense. 500 per day, Are you serious?
I was sending a mass email to some of my reports and I got the surprise that with the new pricing structure ZOHO reduced my ability to send mass emails to just 500 records per day. I dont know who was the genius behind this stupid policy because I have close to 10,000 contacts on a Professional subscription, which means that if I, for example, want to send a Happy Holidays email to my contacts I CANT. I have 20,000 names in my lead database. I would like to apply some business rules to better categorize them to focus future marketing efforts.
