CRM problem with inactive account
I have been trying the different CRM options and have finally gone back to the professional option. I have created a new free trial period to get things set up but now cannot set up my Sales reps as users as it says their email address already exists. I know I have deleted all the other trials so why is it still blocking this new user set up.

Help with Auto processes
Hi I was wondering if any of you guys use the auto processes in great details and could answer my question. I have a process set up when a the STAGE field is set to SITE LIVE. This sends Initial Email Email Plus 7 days Email Plus 30 days Email 130 days before another field vlaue. Works fine. I presume that if the Stage filed changes from SITE LIVE at any time the process stops? Also if I add another entry, say Email plus 180 days, would that only apply to records whose process was started AFTER

New Task > Remind At Functionality: Issues in IE
When setting up a new task in the Contact Information page and using IE there is some adherent behavior: 1. The "Remind At" time dropdown has 9:00 AM selected and when attempting to scroll through the list to a later time, the list returns to the selected list item of 9:00AM. This behavior was experienced in IE 10 and earlier. 2. Clicking on the "Done" button on the "Remind At" section cause the entire New Task popup to disappear. Hi, I am testing formula fields and I need to set-up a lead unique code. I want to concat a static string with a substring of list field and with a string transformed auto number field. example : PE000012 Where P is a static value, E is the first letter of a list field, 000012 is an autonumbered field value. I am trying to create a report that contains all the notes for a particular contact and will show which account that contact belongs to. Convert lead to potential (Automatic)
Is there a workflow that will convert a lead to a potential automatically? We have an online store. Right now, I have it so that when a user creates an account, they are send to zoho as a lead. Then, when they put in their credit card, I want to change them to a potential. But doing it by had is VERY tedious. Is there a better way to do this?

As administrator in Zoho CRM, you should be able to reset/change users passwords, as of now all you can do is disable and delete users accounts. Having this feature would help in managing users.

Is it possible to make Price Books not editable? I mean that the salespeople cannot edit the prices entered in the price book. I have a two part question. We have customers that to through a 30 day trial. We want to send them an e-mail on the 3rd day, 15th day, and 25 day of the trial. We would like to automate this process. Event end time changing
Hi, I use CRM to set up appointments (Events) with clients and then update information after the appointment. The appointments can be of varying times and up until recently it has worked well. However, now when I edit the appointment afterwards the date shows a clash of events and changed the end time to half an hour after after the start time. Hi, I use ZOHO to track two types of businesses - completely different So I have in database full mixture of Accounts and Contacts I differentiate only Potentials by Service type, so one business have 1 Service type and second business have 2 Service type. I have two questions: 1. How to filter contacts connected with only 1 Service type? - I want to do mailing to this group 2. For future - how to differentiate Leads/Accounts while enter to CRM and have 2 groups connected with specific business?
