Adding second user
Hi, I would like to offer a second person access to my CRM database and allow them to input data. I want to add this person and know how but I don't want to add them as an "Admin" as I want to limit their ability to delete ANY data and prevent them from running reports. Is this part of the basic "paid" features? Thanks, Lars

Hello All, We use Zoho for our business and we updated the notes for each client in the "Notes for this Contact" section. It there a way we can sort the notes by user? example: Joe called to let us know he fax all of his paperwork (User Kate) 11/15/2013 -- Updated Joe's contact information, waiting on client to call back (User Jerry) 11/10/13. When Kate looks at the client she only wants to see her notes, or sort to only see her notes. When Jerry looks at the client he only wants to see his notes.
Organize Leads by Time/Date Created
Is there a way to organize the leads I see (within a specific view) based on the time/date the lead was created? I see the function of recently created leads but that applies to all lead views. I need it broken down into each specific lead view.

I want to mass email some of my contacts in a certain custom status but only the ones that were created 5 or more days ago. Is it possible to sort by created on date or do I have to email them all to use the mass email functions?
BUG: Module-level Permissions (Inadequate), Restricted Users can Delete/Edit all Organization's Records
Under Module-level Permissions, how can we allow a restricted user to "Delete/Edit" their own records only. By giving a profile the option to delete/edit, they are allowed to delete/edit everyone's records for that model and not just their own! There should be an way restricting the "Restricted Users" from deleting/editing the organization's record. Please share it with us.
Show Company name in activity list
Is it possible to show the company name in the Activity list/tab in the free (or paid) version of Zoho CRM? At the moment is just a list with subject, activity type, times, date, status and priority. Would be easier to use if could see more info on this page.

Creating an Automated Task for ETA
Hello! We are a company focused on export of fresh produce. Our clients needs to get their document around 7-10 days before ETA date. Now i have created a new field (date) in the Sales Order form but yet , i couldnt generate an automated task for myself not to forget to send the documents and also an email template to my customers on ETA date to collect their shippment. Amounts tax inclusive
In Australia as does much of the world outside north America, we create our invoices with products that are tax inclusive then calculate our GST afterwards. By default Zoho CRM is setup to create invoices based on a tax exclusive and then adds on GST. Is there any way to change the settings for invoice calculations to be based on the Australian model if invoicing?

We've been using ZohoCRM for years and have a lot of notes/history with our clients. It would be very nice to have one button option to EXPAND ALL NOTES as opposed to clicking 'more' a dozen plus times to see whole history.
Track emails sent in Zoho CRM
We started using the Zoho BCC Dropbox function in Zoho. How do we create a report/module view based on emails sent using this feature? We use emails and calls in the same manner and want to be able to quantify this information through the CRM reports function.

Hello, I am trying to merge several accounts because they have been created multiple times by other people. This happened mainly because someone misspelled the name, so a new name is created and attached to a contact, but it's incorrect. Is there a way to merge accounts without deleting the contacts that are associated with the wrong ones? Thank you.
Text Area Export
Hi, After exporting a report of all of our accounts there was a seemingly empty row in the middle of the csv file. There was only one cell filled in, which appears to be an overflow of text from the cell above. I'm not sure if this is intended, but it is quite annoying when creating reports with the description field present. What is the character limit before this happens? The field in question has 1,643 characters including spaces.
How to I change the default email program in CRM
We have migrated our email hosting to Zoho and employ Zoho mail. however, in the CRM when we select a clients email address outlook opens a new window to create the email. How can I change this so that the ZOHO mail window opens by default instead? I want to use ZOHO mail. I would rather not use the very basic email writer that pops up if you scroll to the "send email" section of the contact. that program is very limited.
New Password Needed
I have reactivated a user account for our CRM but the user does not remember their password and when we go through the 'forgot password' route we do not get an email sent through for us to either reset the password or create a new one. Please advise. Thanks

Hello, I am the Administrator of the CRM but I need to swap with another user in the CRM. This other user needs to have the same privileges as me now but within his own account because my account needs to be deleted afterwards. He is Administrator but he cannot delete my account. Report on Accounts with Earlier Closed but No Future Open Potentials
With hundreds of accounts (thousands perhaps for some other users), there does not seem to be a way for us to identify Accounts that have earlier closed potentials, but no future dated open ones. The idea here is to identify (neglected) Accounts that need to maintained by the Sales Team. Please identify how we can generate such a report.

Under "Modules List: Potential" an admin can hide the following fields from certain CRM users: - Amount - Probability (%) However, under the Potential's - Stage History, the users from which the earlier fields were hidden, currently have access to: - Amount - Probability (%) - Expected Revenue This is a BUG and should be resolved ASAP. If a field is hidden, it should not be revealed through some other Sub-Module. The only solution currently is remove "Stage History" completely! This is not a practical
