Cant Import into leads
I have imported data previously with no issues The last 2 days I have been trying to import leads from a .csv file and keep getting the following message even though all fields have data and no fields have any special characters in them. I have gone through the importing data checklist and still cant find the issue. Would like some assistance. thanks "(Reason: Due to empty values for any of the mandatory fields)"
CRM - changed fields don't show
Hello, I started using Zoho CRM and in the customization, I changed few fields, then clicked "SAVE". Fields show changed in the customization, but when I try to add new contact, or account, field options remain still the old ones. :( Can you please help me to solve this bug? thank you Neli

Contact Display Issues
Hi All, I am having difficulty displaying my contacts. I am using All Contacts standard view option. When i login, the contacts are display in alphabetical order for the 1st 50 by first name (only 50 display on a page). When i click to go to the next lot of contacts, they display randomly without any sorting whatsoever. When on the 2nd page, if I click to sort asc or desc it starts at the top of the list again for the 1st 50 contacts. Can anyone help me resolve this? Cheers CAT

Customization - adding new values
Hi, I am using Zoho CRM to maintain contacts and follow-up with members served by our non-profit organization. When I first created custom fields, I entered the fields and values I thought we would need. I have since gone back and added some values to several fields but I noticed that those values don't show up in the drop down menu for that field when I'm entering a new contact. Dashboard
I went to reports and modified the opened potentials report. I then saved using Save As with a new name. The only change was to add Created Time and I added a grouping by Created Time. I would like to show this in my Dashboard. When choosing a chart or table in the dashboard (lets say table in this case) my only options are Created Time and Record Count. But I would like Created Time and Amount. How can I show the Amount rather than Record Count?
Date Sensitivity
Hello. I am currently inquiring whether the Date Sensitivity is pre-set or if I need to pre-set my entry dates? If I do need to do so, where would I be able to change this information? I need the dates to reflect month/day/year in a consistent manner, and it has been brought to my attention that the dates are not consistent for the sales orders. This makes life difficult when viewing due dates for days 1-12 as there are 12 months in a year.
Converted Leads Report not accessible?
When I try to run a converted leads report I'm told "You cannot access this report because you do not have the permission. Please provide permissions". I'm the account admin. I'm supposed to have permission to do everything - aren't I? What setting did I miss here?

Naming a section
I added a section on the accounts page. On the set-up page, it appears as "Vendor Information". When I access an account page, that section shows up as "Account Information" so I end up with 2 Account Information sections. Shouldn't the info showing on the set-up page appear on the accounts page?

Default Standard Profile DELETE all data of an Admin?
Zoho Team, The way I have my Zoho CRM set up is that all users roles can access anyones data (public/read/write). However the default standard profile allows users equppied with this profile to mass delete data. Does this mean if I assign a standard profile to someone they will be able to delete all data? hello, when i export reports with amount in Excel, there is a problem with format of amount. The amout is separated with space and excel don't recognize cell as amout and can't make sum. Sales Order Daily Limit?

Is there a way to track duplicate leads that have been merged? Major issue when viewing Contacts
I have never encountered this issue in the past but today i cannot seem to work around it. The problem is as follows: I click on my Contacts Tab which contains something like 111 records and select the option to display 50 records per page. I click to sort by Contact Name - Ascending. No problem there, the list sorts and displays. Now the issue. When I click to view page 2 (records 51-100) the entire list scrambles itself and does not display in any kind of order. BCC Drop Box
Good afternoon, We have recently started to use the BCC Drop Box which has been useful. I do however have some questions. 1) If I have BCC'd Drop box it attaches no problem to the appropriate contact. If someone sends a response to that email the only way I can see of attaching this email is to save as a web page and attached it via the Attachment section which is not useful at all.
