Still can't see Account Name column in Activities
Hi, I submitted a report yesterday that the Account Name column in Activities went missing. I received a reply back from Prakesh saying the problem was fixed, but I still can't see this column in my Activities tab. I tried selecting "edit" to my view and adding the field but don't see it listed as an option to "drag over". Thanks, Angela

Activities page layout - how to add Accounts?
Hi- Under Activities in the top navigation, I usually have All Activities displayed. It does not have an Account column. It has only Contact Name column. How do I add Account name column to this page? I haven't found under Customization where I could do this. Not all my Accounts have contact names, so I like to be able to view the Account name when there is no Contact information.
Multiple Account/Contact on a map
I suggested to ZOHO that I would like to select multiple accounts/contacts and see them all on a map at one time. Can this be done? They responded that if enough people request it they would consider it. As a traveling salesperson it would make my life easier to see where accounts/contacts are located geographically to plan a sales trip. Anyone else interested enough to ask for this feature so that they will consider adding to their roadmap?
CRM copy and paste email issue
1. I brought up a print preview of a potential 2. I selected all and copied all the data in the window to the clipboard 3. I created a new email via send mail within the potential 4. I pasted the clipboard into the window - it looked great - exactly like the screen 5. Task View- "Contact Name" and "Related to" can't be added to view
Hi: I tried multiple times to add the "contact name" and "related to" fields to my task views but I can't seem to make the change or save the fields for some reason. That doesn't seem to be the case with other fields. Is this a glitch? I thought it had worked in the past. Dan Guttman

Multiselect pick list values deleted when editing contact.
Hi there, I have set up my contacts with pick lists and multi select pick lists to capture segment data. I have mapped a dependency field, with the parent field a pick list and the child field a multiselect pick list. When I click edit on an existing contact with these fileds filled (with multiple options selected in the multiselect pick list), only one of the fields in the multiselect pick list field remains highlighted. Delete inactivated accounts (can't reactivate them)
Hi, I started with a free edition and three users. When I switched to the Standard Edition (actually, it is Old Professional), I only needed one user. When I had several users, I could activate one, so that he could log in and then delete his account by himself. Right now, if I activated one user but deleted his account, I would no longer be able to log in. I would like to delete those inactivated users so that my co-workers could use their e-mail again with Zoho. Is there any workaround ? Thanks

First Name Issue
I have a few issues with the name fields. For example in my contacts, I have a first name and last name field. For a while the fields were separate. Today now they are tied together as Contact name. Although in my layout and when I go to enter info they are separate. I want them to be separate in all views!! My other issue is with the main views. for instance when I click contacts that main view, I want just the last name but it wont allow me to do that. It automatically makes it Contact name
Default Contact Role Selection During Convert

Some task fields are being not captured into email template
Hello ZCRM Team, I have created a template in Tasks Module which will be used in email alert which is triggered as time-based action in workflow rule. But when we receive email alerts, the Tasks field values which are inserted into the template are missing in the email. Notes field displays as continuous line, but only on lap top
When cutting and pasting text from MS Word documents into the notes field of the CRM (using Explorer at the browser) on my lap top, the text displays as one continuous line running across the page. Indeed the text runs off the page. However, when I log into the CRM from my PC, using either Explorer or Firefox, there is no problem. Any clues on how to fix this?

I have set up a simple workflow alert to send out an e-mail when an Opportunity has an amount larger then 10000. The e-mail alert works great when a new opportunity is created. However when an existing opportunity is edited (amount) I do not get a new alert. I have set the workflow to alert when creating or editing.
Approve Leads process clumsey
We have had a large number of leads come into Zoho CRM using the Web-to-Lead form. When we go into Setup/Lead Settings/Approve Leads we have to click each name to review all information and confirm that the leads really looks good. Closing a Task List call and auto filling fields for next call

Free text customized field too short
Hi, I'm trying to create an additional free text 'Description' box as a customized field in 'Tasks' in ZOHO CRM. Whenever I create one however (in both Two Column and One Column format), despite asking for the maximum 255 character limit, the text field is very short. Quite ofter I need to refresh a page. This is because we use the API a lot, and if we make changes through the API, the data on the page has changed. So if I want to refresh the page of, let's say, an account, i would press F5, or my browser's refresh button. Unfortunately, this does not work (at least in Chrome) because of Ajax. Also, there is no refresh button on the page to reload the data. So now I have to press Zoho's back-button to go back to my search results and then click the specific account
