Can zoho extract info from an email to add to zoho crm (not using zoho forms as the source of the lead)
I have a real estate site, and when people inquire about a property, i receive an email from the company that provides the property search technology with the username, address they inquired about, contact info and their comments. This is not a form I can create with Zoho because the technology provider has their own form integrated into the property page. I just receive an email with the lead info in it. Is there a way to extract this info based on a subject line (which is always the same for

"Google's Task List" is empty in the "Apps & Add-ons" section of the Setup
Hello, I had no problem to make the link between our Google Apps domain and our Zoho CRM, all is working fine, Except for Tasks. I can't choose a task list in the setup to make te link for this last option. I attached a printscreen to illustrate the case. I tried to create another tasklist, but nothing changed. How to send email as from custom smtp instead from @zoho.com on behalf of...?
When I send mass email - it works. But when I tried to send the email to separate lead/contact it always appears as *@zoho.com on behalf of *@mycompany.com In email tab I have confirmed sending emails from zoho's smtp but using my email address. Why it works for mass email and doesn't work for a separate send email function? I don't want customers to see that I am sending emails through zoho, and I don't want to use mycompany's smtp. Assigning Leads to an Account
Is there any way to assign leads to an Account? For instance if we had a number of leads all working for the same company or department could we group these within an Account? I know you can assign Potentials and Contacts to Accounts but I can't see any way to do the same thing with Leads.
IP Restriction : Access Denied
Hi Support, I am currently unable to log in to my Zoho account. A message 'Access from this machine is not allowed' is popping as i try to log in. Creating a task - dissapearing on date selection

We have our customers go through many steps from Leads to Accounts. After becoming an Account they go through 6 phases of training and setup before becoming Paying customers. Then many stages beyond. How do I track the time spent in each of these stages by days? I would like to know that my Lead spent 28 days in the connecting stage, then 13 days in demo stage, converted to account. Once they became account they spent 32 days in stage 1, 18 days in stage 2, so on. Is this Possible in ZohoCRM?

Restrictions on custom fields
Legend in the top of field pages say you can add up to 130 custom fields. But I get the error message while creating some: "Custom Currency & Percentage Fields exceeds the limit of 15. Hence cannot be created." When I changed the field to decimal, the same message was displayed. What are the restrictions on the fields you can create? Can I only create 15 numeric fields of any type?
