Mass email address export from CRM
In Zoho CRM, I go to customer accounts, and then search by industry. I get a list of all the companies we have in Zoho within that particular industry (ex. Meat processing). I want to send an email to all the contacts listed for that industry (some entries have multiple contacts) without having to go into each entry and copy the email addresses individually. Is there a way to do this? Thank you!

Can't add custom fields - hangs
Hi I am trying to add custom fields. But when I save I just get the "Loading" message. If I refresh the page I can see the custom fields have been added to the correct sections and exist in fields. However, when I go to edit a record or create a new record those fields do not appear. Please can you help. Thanks Gene
Failure of Importing Leads with Excel spreadsheet

Zoho Invoice Imported Contacts Default E-mail
Hi I've imported contracts from Zoho CRM and linked to Zoho Invoice using ZSC key. I've noticed with "Accounts" records the default E-mail Address used is the one associated to a "Contact" that is linked to the account. Is it possible to instead have a choice to instead link a "Potentials" email address as the default e-mail associated with the Account? Many thanks Gene
Linking Product values and units to Potential value
I am a new user. My first challenge is that I want to create potentials that include a number of products. This I can do but I want the value of the products to be linked to the overall potential value. So I may have two Products A = £10 x 2 units B = £20 x 1 Unit Total Value = £40 (I want to make this the total potential value) Any help would be appreciated. Import Contacts CSV Error
Am importing from Apple Address book using a utility that converts the file to CSV. Have tried Comma separated, Tab Separated and Semicolon. All give the same error: "Please check whether the file is a proper XLS, XLSX, CSV or VCF. If it is an XLS or XLSX file, ensure that it does not contain any controls like combo box etc." Let me know how to resolve. Thank you.

Greetings. I really hope someone out there can help us with this one issue with Zoho Crm. 1. We do NOT invoice our customers; all orders are PAID up front. 2. We drop ship orders to our customers. Orders are placed on our website either by the customer OR we place the order on our website while talking to a customer over the telephone. Then an email is automatically sent to the customer AND an email is sent to us... with a new order number. 3. We then forward the email to our supplier.

Problem Sorting Dates

When I look up leads by searching a certain name or whatnot, it only shows ten at a time with no option to list more or a "total amount" link like in the main tab section. Where can I edit the layout, or is this even possible?

Custom Lookup Field Limitation
Hi Why is there a limitation to 5 Custom Lookup fields? On my potentials form, I want to create fields which can look up multiple account entries. So basically, 1 potential can be associated with many accounts i.e. more than 5. Can this limit be increased to say 50 lookup fields? Thanks Gene

I want to be able to see what data has been changed in Zoho on a monthly basis. For example, if a sales rep changes a client's email address, I want to know that change was made, or if a new client has been added, etc. I would like to check this on a monthly basis. Columns for small widgets on dashboard 'Open Tasks'
If I choose the normal dashboard, with 'open tasks' at the top (spanning the screen) and the Events and Pipeline underneath, the 'Open Tasks' view shows the subject AND the related account and contact. On the custom dashboard if I add an 'Open Tasks' widget it doesn't show the related account or contact which makes it next to useless. I prefer the multiple widgets of the custom view but need to know at a glance which accounts / contacts tasks relate to without having to go into their detail page.
Contact Unknown Initially
Hi guys, We have a curtain and blind manufacturing company. Want to track leads and conversion/sales with Zoho. We have access to all the records of the new houses that are being built. But not all have a contact name. I thought it might be easier to load them up as a lead with the address as the main feature. Is there any way to insert the custom fields on the contact record into the email template that is sent to to the associated contact? Only standard fields are given as options.

I see that others have asked about the frequency of sync between the Zoho Calendar and the Google Calendar. Some of these inquiries are more than a year old, I was wondering if the sync capability has been updated recently. Is 6 hours per sync still the shortest interval available? Import Marketing List
Initially when I am building a CRM, I import a csv file containing company information. I then build a separate csv file with the names of people from the companies I just imported. The csv files of people has the same company name. Is there a way to import the people and automatically add them to the contacts for the correct company? For example, company x has a list of 10 people with different titles, phone numbers, etc. I want them to show up as contact for company x using a bulk import.
