CLOCK UPDATE
Dear Support team I have noticed that your clock has not been updated for Europe/paris time as we have moved to winter time on October 28th. The hour in Paris is now one hour less than the existing value. For instance it is now 11 AM Paris time and your clock is giving 12 AM. It is the same in a few european countries. the hour is changing last week-end of October to winter time and last week-end of April to summer time. Thanks for your update on ZohoCRM french version ! Reversion to previous screen - fundamentally important!
One of my single biggest problems and issues with Zoho CRM is that when things are done on the system - e.g. editing contacts or accounts, the system does not revert to the screen it was on before. For example, if I am going through my list of contacts to add to a mailing list, and see something that needs to be edited, it then goes back to a default view and I have to go back in, do the original search and page through to get back where I was. This is enormously inefficient, and means that Zoho

I am using leads and then converted to accounts without converting to potentials first. In the leads screen I added custom fields. How do I make sure that all fields carry over when I convert a lead to an account? Thanks

Hi Peter I tried inserting the integer for my products and require decimals. The manual says that integral allows decimals but somehow I am not able to get the decimal features with the integer.

Is there a way to set up workflow so that if there is a field value change in a lead's record that it automatically emails the lead's whose field value changed? Thanks
Importing Leads
I get the following message: Leads Added. 0 Leads Updated. 0 Leads Skipped. Following Leads are IGNORED. Reason: Some of the Mandatory field values are null. Row Numbers: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 ......... when I try and load from an XLS - the data is all there and I have done the account mapping - any thoughts? Hi here's some questions I posted on the wiki, perhaps here is the better place. :D I have a few questions, I hope this is the right place to post: 1) Can you have Zoho generate incremental Purchase Order numbers for you, just like it does for Quotes etc ? 2) Is there any way to track quotes from Vendors. Export not possible - no response from Zoho
On Sunday I tried to export my contacts from Zoho. I was presented a form to complete, indicating it costs $10 per export, asking why, and saying I would receive a response within 24 hours. Four days later I have still not received any response. I'm prepared to pay for export - it's a reasonable way to monetize. However I find it very strange to be asked why I want to export, and it is absolutely a major problem if being able to export is dependent on Zoho's response and whim. I am beginning to use
Cannot delete the user or edit the ID

hi, Does someone know how to put together Projects with other Zoho apps to log into once? By the way, I get accrose zoho 2-3 years ago but at the time the French translation was not at the top and now i will use it ZOHO IS AMAIZING! I even suspect it is a serious concurent to the Google apps! Or maybe a strong partner. RSS feeds for updates/changes in Zoho CRM
I've just started using Zoho CRM as the changes made to it since the beginning of 2007 have transformed it into a really useable tool for my company. Thank you for this. I have a request however, it would be very useful to get an RSS feed of updates and changes made to any tab within Zoho CRM. We are currently using accounts and contacts abd will soon progress to using the sales forecasting and tracking tools. Is this planned for a future release? Thanks James

We have an AMEX corporate card which you do not take, however, you show no other ways in which to pay for subscriptions other than VISA/Mastercard. No individual is going to feel secure putting a recurring payment on their personal card for monthly expense reimbursement. psimpkins
Outlook Plugin - Checking Duplicates
I've just begun to use the Outlook Plugin with CRM. I have around 1000 contacts in Outlook and just a handful in CRM. I initiated the Contact Sync at around 9AM this morning, and we are still checking for Duplicates at 12:15PM. This seems to be taking quite a bit more time than I would have suspected. Hello...I love your product. I am setting up to use it for my service business (video production). What would be helpful is if I could restrict users to certain views that I choose. Right now...for example...the grand total $ amount of quotes that users enter is visible to all users. For privacy reasons it would be nice if each user was only aware of their own grand total amounts on their own quotes. Task Field
Hi, Is there a way? When I go through the leads and schedule a mass task like "Make the first phone call". Then I proceed to call all of these leads via my activities I can only see the person's name, number and not there company. So is there a way to add a field in the task description that would automatically carry the company name to the task descrip along with the individuals name so I can save time in knowing which comp this person works for? Calender Sync
We are thinking of cancelling zoho, too many things are not usable for example to sync the calender we must sync all past activities which in our case is over 1300. This then clutters the events with so much detail you can not find what you need. Is there a way to only sync current and future calender items and not past items? Is there a way to not view past items? brettthomp
