Question about chronological order of Notes
Is there a way to change the chronological order of notes so that they will remain in that order? I would like for notes to appear with the newest at top. The order can be changed, but reverts back after closing the lead. Thanks in advance, Ron

I have been using Zoho for a few months now, and noticed a limitation that might be fixable. Is there a way to add a "Back" Button to the Detail pages? For example, when I'm pulling up a list of my overdue and current tasks, I sort the results by date. However, when I go into the lead detail, I have to start all over by going to the home page and performing the sort again. If there was a simple "back" button that would go back to the previous page and keep the details of the sort, that would be immensely

Custom Text Area Field under Invoice Settings
I've created a custom field ( text area) under the invoice settings. When I go to input default text, under "fields List", within my new custom text area field...it will only allow me to enter one line of text. Please confirm, a text area refers to more then one line?? It seems like this is possible, as there is a default field "terms and conditions", under the the "fields list", which works the way a text area field should work. I tried to post this in the CRM forum and Zott's log in problems. But I tried 3 times and it never appeared. So, I have decided to try again only as a new topic. The log in process has rejected me at least 3-4 times, since I successfully registered. Each time, I have had to cancel and try again, with the originally accepted password, and then another when the first password wasn't accepted. Now, it is that the second computer-generated password utilised has enabled me to post at this very moment.

I really like your crm solution only the email templates are missing the following options: adding of background images, tables and regular images. Since late last year, it has been possible to have the one ID & password for all the applications. What I would like to know is does this also extend to having open and using at the same time 3 applications eg. CRM + Projects + Sheet?

Why can't the list in the any view be scrolled instead of page by page. Plus the search only looks for names of accounts, why address or any other field. Sometimes I need to find a customers record and know the street or area, surely this is a fundamental requirement for a database. ps not meant to criticise just asking for a fully usable database that covers the needs of a small to medium business. I was wondering how to rename the standard fields in the sections. UK terminology is slightly different and so I created new fields to substitue things lige zip code - postcode and area, town, county etc. now I cannot use 'locate' google map because they are linked internally, and I cant find it! help.... good program I love it. I have sent other questions in the forum, please answer them when you can.

Hi CRM I have sent an email form the web based version to one of my leads to track all info sent through CRM, then I checked the leads record to view the sent email. When it open to show me the email the width of the frame that displays the email is 3 times longer than the width of the screen and wrap around text is not set on (my screen is set at 1280x1024) res, plus I cannot resize the child email window/frame in CRM to fit in the screen area. Can you help.

Back to lead/Account/Contact/Potential View
When working with a list of leads or contact in a particular view, the list is lost when you open a record. When in that record, it would be nice to have a "back to lead list", "back to contact list" option. Although ZOHO is better than SalesForce.com in many ways. This was a nice feature in SFDC.

Last fall I was looking at this and at the time there were a number of posts indicating there were speed/performance problems that made the system difficult to use. I don't see any recently. Have they been fixed? If there are other users viewing this can you just comment if you have been happy w/ performance? Thanks

I am trying to create a summary trend report that will groups sales by Month, Quarter, and/or Year. Is this functionality currently in Zoho, or will it be available in an upcoming release? Hi, 1. I cannot delete inactive users. How to do that? 2. When an autoreply is sent from a user the CRM ID is used from that user instead of the mail address of that user. Is that correct? 3. I have a contact with mail a@b.com. Now this contact generates a case via web and enters the same mail address a@b.com. I sell a variable size product ranging from 1 foot x 1 foot to 20 feet x 100 feet and all sizes in between. The program we now have allows us to enter ______feet x ________feet and the program figures the total square area. For example the invoice would read... 2 each of 3 Widgets 54" x 92" $43.00 each $215.00 total Can or will Zoho be able to do this or how might I set up using your existing tools?
