Although I choosed "Zoho CRM Wins" when conflict between outlook to zoho, still I get the massage that 1050 contact will be deleted on Zoho and not be added to outlook. Why is that? How can I be sure to copy from ZOHO to Outlook? Yacov yacov_ygl

Potential to Case or Order...
I have been playing with CRM for the last week or so. Love the product. We are a computer repair/service company. We get lots of inbound calls and would like to use CRM to track the calls, followup on the calls. I can understand creating a Lead, and then converting the Lead to a Potential. Our customer is facing problem
Our customer have implemented this On premise edition, now there is a bug stating that after they've updated the license file with 8 users license and it will automatically revert back to the FREE EDITION 3 users after they use it for 3-4 days, and it will automatically deactivated other users and remain 3 users available. Can't download Outlook Edition - greyed out
Under setup > Personal Settings > Outlook Edition is greyed out. I am using Outlook 7 - is that the problem? The reason I want to use Outlook Edition is based on what I have found (or not found) so far. It appears that the only way I will be able to sync with a hand held device (other than Palm) - I have an old Toshiba e350 - I need to use the Outlook Edition and synchronize between Zoho CRM & Outlook and then back to my handheld. Has anyone else done this? I have never synchronized with 3 different
Leads Status
I made an auto task to be generated when changing the stage of a Potential. The Task should be generated one time only. I found that when ever I edit the Potential the task is generated which should not be like that. The task should be generated only if the stage is changed. This makes a lot of confusion to my team. Outlook Plugin
I am just looking at the outlook plugin, is there a way to only sync a few contacts rather than all the contacts in Outlook. I need this to prevent persoanl contacts turning up in Zoho.
Big problems with Field Width
The report/view makes the last column so wide that it forces all the other fields to be split onto 2 lines. For the last field, I want description/notes. But it hogs all the room, so all other columns wrap to two lines, even short coloums like phone number and lead owner. I want to tell it to only take a certain % of the width for the notes field.
