How do I create a report that shows by Potential Owner all of the potentials that have not been modified for the last 30 days? Modification in this case also should include creation/modification of any associated activities/tasks I can easily create one that highlights potentials themselves not modified past a "hard coded" date i.e. where I put the date into the criteria section of the report - I would like to be able to put something like "date" before "last 30 days" David Bosomworth

Timezone Difference
Hello, there seems to exist a difference between the "today" viewed from the system and the "today" here in my timezone. Now it is 10/9/2006 - 8 o'clock in the morning here in germany and the home-view-section "Today's Events" says <No events are scheduled to you for today>, "Today's Leads" on the other hand says one new lead. In Contacts for any view selected, 1. I can't sort alphebetically by last name whether I choose to select All or 1 letter in the A to Z list. Depending on the criteria selected the Account Search will return either a "True" or "False" response. It would be better if rather then "False" it displayed "nothing" and "blank" space. Customise sales quote by including other fields to print
Hi, Zoho crm is quite impressive. While trying the online demo, under the Quotes section, when I click the Print Preview, the default fields for the Quote are included. I tried to include fields which would show the Products ordered in the Quote. I cannot seem to find a way to do this. Have there been any reports of lost data entries. I can not swear by it but it seems that when I am in full edit mode on a lead or account that the data entered, particularly check box data, is not displayed when I get back. attach account to task
When I edit a task, then click on the magnifying glass beside the account field, the account selection window opens but the msg I get is "done but with errors". I can't select the account that I want to attach to the task. However, when I look at the account, the task is listed with it, but when I look at my open tasks, the account does not show. We have recently purchased Zoho and I am trying to create tasks linked to contacts. I get an error message that the page is unavailable. On two of our campaigns using web-to-lead, about 50% of the time, when hitting submit on the web to lead form, the landing is page IN NOT what we have in the HTML but it goes to the ZOHO hoime page.
