Web-To-lead Error in Landing Page
On two of our campaigns using web-to-lead, about 50% of the time, when hitting submit on the web to lead form, the landing is page IN NOT what we have in the HTML but it goes to the ZOHO hoime page. Inheritance of selected cotact/account into ext step, i.e. C
Issue: Selected information account/contact in account/contact-view cannot be forwarded to next view, leading to user having to select the contact/account agin in next view (e.g. Opportunity or case view) Suggested improvement: Selecting (ticking) a contact or account in account/conact-view should allow this iformation to be forwarded (remembered) for the next view, and would allow user to NOT having to select the contact details again. runebakken

Problems in submiting quote, invoices, orders
Hello there, I faced a problem when I tried to submit quote when I put cubic meters as for *Qty in format like X,XXX or X.XXX. Calculations are all right, but when I put save button it tells me "Please enter a valid Qty". What can be done here? Thank you!

Importing Contacts from Outlook
I am trying to import Contacts from Microsoft Outlook 2003. Using the raw CSV export from Outlook fails. Saving that CSV as XLS fails, too. Alert advises me to ensure that I am using a proper XLS or CSV format and that my file contains no controls such as combo boxes. I have made multiple atempts to clean up the files - eliminating columns and the like. This seems to help. Under XLS only, I am able to get to the point where I can proceed through field mappings and sometimes even get a warning about
Multiple opportunities
A feature you might want to consider is the ability to create multiple opportunities very quickly by ticking multiple accounts and then creating an opportunity for each of those accounts, without having to manually create each one. philip

Cannot delete leads
Hi, Am using ZoHo CRM with Internet Explorer 7 and am finding that I cannot delete leads. In the leads list I cross off the leads I want to delete and them press 'Delete'. The little rotating circle appears at the top, but doesn't stop and the leads are not deleted. Appreciate any help. By the way: ZoHo CRM is really great. Good job !! Zach

Viewing Other Users Records
There is an option in the setup under the roles that allows one of the following: 1. Everyone can view/edit all users data. 2. Admin only can view/edit all users data. Others can only view/edit their data alone. Can you allow another user to only view anothers records? THX, Al Al Alvares

Can Zoho-CRM be made SOHO friendly...?
I am just starting with Zoho... congratulations on your product... am trying to see if I can adopt it in my SOHO business... I trust that most of the functionality in Zoho-CRM, with a little bit of work, can be made as in SugarCRM... and... if Zoho-CRM would include the basic function of receiving and recording Payments against Invoiced Accounts... and paying Vendos against the issued POs... we would have a very simple way of tracking the coming in, and out, dollars... hope this could be graphed

In accounts view - making website links active

Favorites or Bookmarks

I have sent a couple of requests in regarding emails. I know that you can send mass emails and the system will track it. I need to be able to send emails to individual contacts and leads. I see you have an Outlook integration. I went through the steps in the help section but I am unalbe to click on the Outlook item under set up. Also - does the Outloo feature cost extra? navigating through lists
Currently, I find there is no way to return to a custom view after I have selected a record from a list to edit or view in detail without hitting the back button on the browser. This is very tedious, especially if I edit the record. There needs to be a "Return to View" button that brings me right back to where I started before opening the record. Thanks, Rob Rob Mathewson

Big Deal Alert - problem 2
Another problem with "Big Deal Alert". I turned it off because of the problem that I noted in my previous posting. It shows up with a red X next to "Active" on the "Rule Detail" page....but I got an alert anyway. Two problems with this - 1 - The deal doesn't meet the terms of the formula I set up...I put it in for $1 and I should only get alerts for amounts >= $1,000,000 2 - I turned the alert off! Edit View Function under accounts tab

Comments in Case Details screen

Big Deal Alert
The calculation used to determine if a "Big Deal Alert" should be sent out or not isn't working. I have it set to only go off for deals >= $1,000,000 and it's sending me alerts for deals of $15,000.
