Automatically closing tickets by a flow between CRM and Desk
Hello. I've made a flow (using Zoho Flow) between Desk and CRM. If a ticket is created in Desk, the same ticket is created in a custom module named 'Tickets'. Than we try to solve the problem indicated in the ticket and after that we close the ticket.
